Working principle: when the engine air inlet connecting pipe 7 is connected with the engine in use, the air filtered by the filter is led into the engine, when the air passes through the engine air inlet connecting pipe 7, the gas dust detector 9 detects the dust particle content in the air passing through, the filtering effect of the filter element assembly 2 is judged, when the air dust content is large, and the air quantity sensor 10 detects that the air passing through the air quantity is small, the gas dust detector 9 and the air quantity sensor 10 send signals to the controller, the controller judges that the dust of the filter element assembly 2 in the air filter is more, the self-cleaning of the filter element assembly 2 is needed, when a vehicle runs, the controller controls the three-way valve 27, closes the channel at the bottom of the cleaning connecting pipe 15, enables the upper half part of the cleaning connecting pipe 15 to be communicated with the preparation vent pipe 34, enables the cleaning connecting pipe 15 to introduce the air filtered by the oil immersed air filter 18 into the filter, when the vehicle is not in a running state, the controller controls the filter to perform cleaning work energy, the function of the filter element assembly 2 is recovered, the effect of the air inlet filter is improved, and when the self-cleaning is performed, the self-cleaning is needed, the self-cleaning is avoided, the self-cleaning is performed, the dust is connected with the engine air inlet connecting pipe 7 through the first connecting pipe 25, and the air inlet connecting pipe 7 is closed, and the air inlet connecting pipe 7 is prevented from being connected to the engine air inlet filter.
When the filter is self-cleaned, the second air valve 26 is arranged at the inlet of the cleaning air inlet pipe 13, so that the cleaning air inlet pipe 13 is sealed when the filter works, external air cannot enter the middle part of the inner filter element 4 from the position of the cleaning air inlet pipe 13, and the introduced air is filtered by the oil immersed air filter 18, so that particle powder in the introduced self-cleaned air is reduced.
The outer cleaning pipe 14 ventilates the second annular channel 23, and blows and cleans the outer filter element 3, wherein when the filter element assembly 2 in the air filter is cleaned by self, the first air valve 25 at the engine air inlet connecting pipe 7 is closed, then the cleaning air pump 12 is started, air passes through the cleaning air inlet pipe 13 to the inside of the filter, the three-way valve 27 is controlled, the cleaning connecting pipe 15 is communicated up and down, the preliminary air pipe 34 is closed, and the filtered air is respectively guided into the outer cleaning pipe 14 and the inner cleaning pipe 17 by the cleaning connecting pipe 15.
When the cleaning connecting pipe 15 lets in air to the rotary jet disc 16, the inclined air outlet holes 29 are formed in the periphery of the rotary jet disc 16, and due to the arrangement of the inclined air outlet holes 29, the rotary jet disc 16 rotates and drives the inner cleaning pipe 17 at the bottom of the rotary jet disc to rotate, and air is led into the inner cleaning pipe 17, so that the inner cleaning pipe 17 blows air to clean the inner filter element 4, and the inner cleaning pipe 17 blows air outwards while rotating, so that the inner side of the inner filter element 4 is cleaned more uniformly.
The outer pipe air outlet hole 28 arranged outside the outer cleaning pipe 14 is used for directly blowing and cleaning the outer filter element 3, so that dust particles on the outer filter element 3 are discharged and guided into the dust collecting box 21 at the bottom of the installation shell 1 through the annular installation shell 1, the inner cleaning pipe 17 is used for cleaning the inner filter element 4, dust particles on the inner filter element 4 are diffused into the first annular channel 22, dust in the first annular channel 22 is blown outwards through the outer cleaning pipe 14, and self cleaning of the filter element assembly 2 is realized through the second annular channel 23.
