本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,具体涉及一种耳带。
背景技术
口罩是一种卫生用品,一般指戴在口鼻部位用于过滤进入口鼻的空气,以达到阻挡有害的气体、气味、飞沫、病毒等物质的作用,以纱布或纸等材料做成。口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用。
口罩由口罩罩体和口罩耳带组成,口罩耳带将口罩罩体与使用者进行固定,使口罩罩体贴附使用者脸鼻部。现有的口罩耳带在使用时耳带拉伸回缩率低,导致口罩耳带不能适用不同使用者,给使用者带来了很大的不便,同时产品不能回用,存在资源浪费现象。
因此,对耳带材料进行性能及加工工艺改进,获得一种性能优异的耳带,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种耳带,材料可以回收利用,拉伸倍数高、回缩率高、单位长度克重低,断裂强度高性能满足各设定指标。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是一种耳带,所述耳带面料为改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线经过抗氧化处理,其中改性涤纶纤维含量为30-75wt%,其余为氨纶纤维,通过纺丝溶液制得改性涤纶纤维,所述改性涤纶纤维包括以下重量份成分:涤纶纤维22-55份,芳砜纶5-15份,聚氨酯弹性体5-10份,补强剂2-3份,聚酰亚胺5-10份、调节剂1-2份;所述改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维为皮芯结构,氨纶纤维为芯层,改性涤纶纤维将氨纶纤维包覆形成皮层;混纺纱线经过细纱、络筒、整经、经编机织成耳带、后处理得到产品耳带。
纺丝溶液是指将高聚物浓溶液定量从喷丝孔挤出,溶液细流经凝固浴或热空气或热惰性气体固化成纤维的方法。作为优选的技术方案所述纺丝溶液的溶剂为水、甲酸、二氯甲烷、丙酮中的一种或几种。
补强剂是一类具有两个不同性质官能团的物质,其分子结构的最大特点是分子中含有化学性质不同的两个基团,一个是亲无机物的基团,易与无机物表面产生相互作用。另一个是亲有机物的基团,能与纤维材料或其它聚合物发生物理、化学作用或生成氢键溶于纺丝溶液中,提高纤维材料的性能。作为优选的技术方案所述补强剂为聚乙二醇酯、聚氧乙烯化蓖麻油、磺基甘油三酯中的一种或几种。
调节剂能够降低纤维材料脆性,增大韧性及弹性,提高其承载强度能力,其与纤维材料混溶,含有活性基团,可以参与纤维的固化反应,提高断裂强度和拉伸倍数,增加回缩率。优选的所述调节剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷、钛酸酯、磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
抗氧剂,又称防老剂,是一种对高聚物材料受高温、氧化并出现老化现象能起到延缓作用的化学物质。当其在聚合物体系中仅少量存在时,就可延缓或抑制聚合物氧化过程的进行,从而阻止纤维材料的老化并延长其使用寿命,从而可以对材料拉伸倍数、断裂强度等性能保持起到协同配合作用,选材方面选用对人体友好的天然抗氧剂。优选的所述抗氧剂为谷维素、抗坏血酸、丁基羟基茴香醚中的一种或几种。
优选的所述混纺纱线抗氧化处理操作为,将混纺纱线浸入抗氧剂水溶液中,浸泡至少180分钟后,加热至40-45℃处理至少15分钟,取出进行干燥。
优选的所述干燥为真空干燥,所述干燥温度为50-60℃,时间1-3h。
经编机生产速度快、效率高,用其制备口罩耳带具有显著优势。采用经编机生产口罩耳带,可根据经编耳带宽度、单位长度质量及拉伸倍数等要求,选择适宜的机号、原料及编织方式制备口罩耳带,以达到生产要求。所述经编机上设置有静电移除装置,消除静电对耳带生产过程的影响,提高生产效率,增加生产安全性。在一定湿度条件下,后处理操作可以增加耳带的回缩率,采用红外加热方式增加耳带的回缩率,超声波震荡处理可以减小耳带单位长度克重,增加耳带的蓬松度。作为优选的技术方案所述后处理操作为对耳带进行红外加热超声波震荡处理,加热温度为60-80℃,时间15-60分钟,超声工况频率30-45kHz。优选的所述后处理相对湿度为40%-60%。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明所提供的耳带,其材料可以回收再利用,绿色环保,对资源环境有利。生产操作简便,生产出来的耳带,贴合人体、佩戴舒适,适用性广,适合不同的人群使用。所述耳带,拉伸倍数高大于3,回缩率高,达到1:4-6,单位长度克重低为0.9-1.05g/m,节省材料,同时可以提高产能,且具有较强的断裂强度大于50N,满足了设定指标。本发明采用环保可循环套用材料,生物相容性好,原料成本低廉,产品性能稳定,成本优势明显,具有较强的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种耳带,所述耳带面料为改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线经过抗氧化处理,所述混纺纱线抗氧化处理操作为,将混纺纱线浸入抗氧剂谷维素水溶液中,浸泡180分钟后,加热至40℃处理15分钟,取出进行干燥。所述干燥为真空干燥,所述干燥温度为50℃,时间1h。其中改性涤纶纤维含量为30wt%,其余为氨纶纤维,通过纺丝水溶液制得改性涤纶纤维,所述改性涤纶纤维包括以下重量份成分:涤纶纤维22份,芳砜纶5份,聚氨酯弹性体5份,补强剂聚乙二醇酯2份,聚酰亚胺5份、调节剂甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷1份;所述改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维为皮芯结构,氨纶纤维为芯层,改性涤纶纤维将氨纶纤维包覆形成皮层;混纺纱线经过细纱、络筒、整经、经编机织成耳带、后处理操作为对耳带进行红外加热超声波震荡处理,加热温度为60℃,时间15分钟,超声工况频率30kHz,相对湿度为40%,得到产品耳带。
实施例2
一种耳带,所述耳带面料为改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线经过抗氧化处理,所述混纺纱线抗氧化处理操作为,将混纺纱线浸入抗氧剂抗坏血酸水溶液中,浸泡200分钟后,加热至45℃处理至少20分钟,取出进行干燥。所述干燥为真空干燥,所述干燥温度为60℃,时间3h。其中改性涤纶纤维含量为75wt%,其余为氨纶纤维,通过纺丝甲酸溶液制得改性涤纶纤维,所述改性涤纶纤维包括以下重量份成分:涤纶纤维55份,芳砜纶15份,聚氨酯弹性体10份,补强剂聚氧乙烯化蓖麻油3份,聚酰亚胺10份、钛酸酯调节剂2份;所述改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维为皮芯结构,氨纶纤维为芯层,改性涤纶纤维将氨纶纤维包覆形成皮层;混纺纱线经过细纱、络筒、整经、经编机织成耳带、后处理操作为对耳带进行红外加热超声波震荡处理,加热温度为80℃,时间60分钟,超声工况频率45kHz,相对湿度为60%,得到产品耳带。
实施例3
一种耳带,所述耳带面料为改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线经过抗氧化处理,所述混纺纱线抗氧化处理操作为,将混纺纱线浸入抗氧剂丁基羟基茴香醚水溶液中,浸泡240分钟后,加热至43℃处理35分钟,取出进行干燥。所述干燥为真空干燥,所述干燥温度为55℃,时间2h。其中改性涤纶纤维含量为55wt%,其余为氨纶纤维,通过纺丝二氯甲烷溶液制得改性涤纶纤维,所述改性涤纶纤维包括以下重量份成分:涤纶纤维35份,芳砜纶10份,聚氨酯弹性体12份,补强剂磺基甘油三酯2.5份,聚酰亚胺8份、调节剂磷酸酯1.5份;所述改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维为皮芯结构,氨纶纤维为芯层,改性涤纶纤维将氨纶纤维包覆形成皮层;混纺纱线经过细纱、络筒、整经、经编机织成耳带、后处理操作为对耳带进行红外加热超声波震荡处理,加热温度为70℃,时间30分钟,超声工况频率35kHz,相对湿度为50%,得到产品耳带。
实施例4
一种耳带,所述耳带面料为改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线经过抗氧化处理,所述混纺纱线抗氧化处理操作为,将混纺纱线浸入抗氧剂谷维素wt%:抗坏血酸wt%=2:1的水溶液中,浸泡200分钟后,加热至40℃处理15分钟,取出进行干燥。所述干燥为真空干燥,所述干燥温度为60℃,时间2h。其中改性涤纶纤维含量为65wt%,其余为氨纶纤维,通过纺丝丙酮溶液制得改性涤纶纤维,所述改性涤纶纤维包括以下重量份成分:涤纶纤维45份,芳砜纶15份,聚氨酯弹性体10份,补强剂聚氧乙烯化蓖麻油3份,聚酰亚胺6份、调节剂磷酸酯2份;所述改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维为皮芯结构,氨纶纤维为芯层,改性涤纶纤维将氨纶纤维包覆形成皮层;混纺纱线经过细纱、络筒、整经、经编机织成耳带、后处理操作为对耳带进行红外加热超声波震荡处理,加热温度为65℃,时间45分钟,超声工况频率40kHz,相对湿度为45%,得到产品耳带。
实施例5
一种耳带,所述耳带面料为改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线经过抗氧化处理,所述混纺纱线抗氧化处理操作为,将混纺纱线浸入抗氧剂抗坏血酸水溶液中,浸泡180分钟后,加热至45℃处理25分钟,取出进行干燥。所述干燥为真空干燥,所述干燥温度为60℃,时间2.5h。其中改性涤纶纤维含量为45wt%,其余为氨纶纤维,通过纺丝水wt%:甲酸wt%:丙酮wt%=1:2:2的溶液制得改性涤纶纤维,所述改性涤纶纤维包括以下重量份成分:涤纶纤维50份,芳砜纶5份,聚氨酯弹性体7份,3份聚乙二醇酯wt%:聚氧乙烯化蓖麻油wt%=3:1的补强剂,聚酰亚胺6份、调节剂钛酸酯2份;所述改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维为皮芯结构,氨纶纤维为芯层,改性涤纶纤维将氨纶纤维包覆形成皮层;混纺纱线经过细纱、络筒、整经、经编机织成耳带、后处理操作为对耳带进行红外加热超声波震荡处理,加热温度为80℃,时间20分钟,超声工况频率30kHz,相对湿度为40%,得到产品耳带。
实施例6
一种耳带,所述耳带面料为改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线经过抗氧化处理,所述混纺纱线抗氧化处理操作为,将混纺纱线浸入抗氧剂谷维素水溶液中,浸泡180分钟后,加热至40℃处理20分钟,取出进行干燥。所述干燥为真空干燥,所述干燥温度为60℃,时间1.5h。其中改性涤纶纤维含量为65wt%,其余为氨纶纤维,通过纺丝丙酮溶液制得改性涤纶纤维,所述改性涤纶纤维包括以下重量份成分:涤纶纤维25份,芳砜纶15份,聚氨酯弹性体10份,补强剂聚乙二醇酯2份,聚酰亚胺10份、2份甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷wt%:磷酸酯wt%=1:1的调节剂;所述改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维为皮芯结构,氨纶纤维为芯层,改性涤纶纤维将氨纶纤维包覆形成皮层;混纺纱线经过细纱、络筒、整经、经编机织成耳带、后处理操作为对耳带进行红外加热超声波震荡处理,加热温度为80℃,时间35分钟,超声工况频率30kHz,相对湿度为40%,得到产品耳带。
对比例
对比例以实施例1为基础,区别在于,对比例1中未加入补强剂,对比例2中未加入调节剂,对比例3中耳带未进行后处理。

通过上表数据可以看出实施例1-6的发明拉伸倍数高大于3,对比例1中未加入补强剂、对比例2中未加入调节剂,对比例3中耳带未进行后处理,它们的拉伸倍数下降明显。发明的回缩率达到1:4-6,对比例3的回缩率仅为1:2,可见耳带的后处理操作可以显著提高回缩率。实施例4耳带的断裂强度达到了62N,其他的实施例断裂强度数据也在50N以上,对比例1、对比例2的断裂强度均有较大幅度的下降,可见补强剂、调节剂的加入对纤维材料的断裂强度提高有重要影响。发明的单位长度克重低,而对比例3的单位长度克重达到了1.15,可见耳带后处理操作可以很好地改善耳带单位长度克重情况。
综上所述本发明所提供的耳带,其材料可以回收再利用,绿色环保,对资源环境有利。生产操作简便,生产出来的耳带,贴合人体、佩戴舒适,适用性广,适合不同的人群使用。所述耳带,拉伸倍数高大于3,回缩率高,达到1:4-6,单位长度克重低为0.9-1.05g/m,节省材料,同时可以提高产能,且具有较强的断裂强度大于50N,满足了设定指标。本发明采用环保可循环套用材料,生物相容性好,原料成本低廉,产品性能稳定,成本优势明显,具有较强的应用前景。

Claims (9)
1.一种耳带,其特征在于:所述耳带面料为改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维混纺纱线,所述混纺纱线经过抗氧化处理,其中改性涤纶纤维含量为30-75wt%,其余为氨纶纤维,通过纺丝溶液制得改性涤纶纤维,所述改性涤纶纤维包括以下重量份成分:涤纶纤维22-55份,芳砜纶5-15份,聚氨酯弹性体5-10份,补强剂2-3份,聚酰亚胺5-10份、调节剂1-2份;所述改性涤纶纤维与氨纶纤维为皮芯结构,氨纶纤维为芯层,改性涤纶纤维将氨纶纤维包覆形成皮层;混纺纱线经过细纱、络筒、整经、经编机织成耳带、后处理得到产品耳带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耳带,其特征在于:所述纺丝溶液的溶剂为水、甲酸、二氯甲烷、丙酮中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耳带,其特征在于:所述补强剂为聚乙二醇酯、聚氧乙烯化蓖麻油、磺基甘油三酯中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耳带,其特征在于:所述调节剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷、钛酸酯、磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耳带,其特征在于:所述混纺纱线抗氧化处理操作为,将混纺纱线浸入抗氧剂水溶液中,浸泡至少180分钟后,加热至40-45℃处理至少15分钟,取出进行干燥。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种耳带,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为谷维素、抗坏血酸、丁基羟基茴香醚中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种耳带,其特征在于:所述干燥为真空干燥,所述干燥温度为50-60℃,时间1-3h。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耳带,其特征在于:所述后处理操作为对耳带进行红外加热超声波震荡处理,加热温度为60-80℃,时间15-60分钟,超声工况频率30-45kHz。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种耳带,其特征在于:所述后处理相对湿度为40%-60%。
