本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
螨虫是一种肉眼无法看见的微型害虫,螨虫可侵害皮肤,引起“酒糟鼻”或蠕螨症、过敏症、尿路螨症、肺螨症、肠螨症和疥疮,严重危害人类的身体健康,床单、被罩等是螨虫的重灾区,而床又是人们休息的重要场所,非常容易找成皮肤问题,床单、被罩的面料一般又比较温润,没有除螨的功能。
因此急需一种具有除螨效果的面料,用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料及其生产工艺,旨在解决现有面料无除螨功能,无法抑制螨虫生长的问题。
为实现上述目的,第一方面,本发明提供了一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料,包括基层、弹性层、抗皱层、抗氧化层和耐磨层,所述弹性层与所述基层连接,所述抗皱层与所述弹性层连接,所述抗氧化层与所述抗皱层连接,所述耐磨层与所述抗氧化层连接。
其中,所述弹性层由弹性纤维制成,所述抗皱层为聚乙烯涤纶材料制成。
其中,所述抗氧化层由环氧树脂材料制作而成,所述耐磨层由碳纤维材料制成。
第二方面,本发明还提供了一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
通过纺织机编制纤维和羊毛,得到所述基层;
对所述基层进行碾压浸泡预处理,得到待织原料;
通过纺织机将所述待织原料、所述弹性层、所述抗皱层、所述抗氧化层和所述耐磨层依次纺织,并对纺织后的成品进行加工,得到所述高档面料。
其中,所述对所述基层进行碾压浸泡预处理,得到待织原料的具体方式:
通过压辊碾压所述基层;
通过柔软剂增柔和除螨剂处理所述基层,得到所述待织原料。
其中,所述柔软剂为聚醚氨基改性硅油,所述除螨剂由桉树油、香茅、迭迭香萃取制得。
其中,所述通过纺织机将所述待织原料、所述弹性层、所述抗皱层、所述抗氧化层和所述耐磨层依次纺织,并对纺织后的成品进行加工,得到所述高档面料的具体方式:
通过纺织机将所述待织原料、所述弹性层、所述抗皱层、所述抗氧化层和所述耐磨层依次纺织,得到纺织物;
将所述纺织物根据需求进行裁剪,得到所述高档面料。

具体的,所述柔软剂为聚醚氨基改性硅油,所述除螨剂由桉树油、香茅、迭迭香萃取制得。
具体方式:
S221将所述基层1放入盛有柔软剂和除螨剂的浸泡罐内浸泡,得到二次基层;
S222将所述二次基层冻干,得到所述待织原料。
具体方式:
S2221将所述二次基层捞出沥尽柔软剂和除螨剂,得到湿润基层;
具体的,所述柔软剂为聚醚氨基改性硅油,所述除螨剂由桉树油、香茅、迭迭香萃取制得。
S2222将所述湿润基层放入冻干机内干燥,得到所述待织原料。
具体的,通过冻干机冷冻干燥所述湿润基层,较传统的烘焙装置烘干而言,减少了所述待织原料的冷却步骤,节约了生产时间,提高了面料的生产效率。
S3通过纺织机将所述待织原料、所述弹性层2、所述抗皱层3、所述抗氧化层4和所述耐磨层5依次纺织,并对纺织后的成品进行加工,得到所述高档面料。
具体方式:
S31通过纺织机将所述待织原料、所述弹性层2、所述抗皱层3、所述抗氧化层4和所述耐磨层5依次纺织,得到纺织物;
S32将所述纺织物根据需求进行裁剪,得到所述高档面料。
具体的,通过卡尺、剪刀等工具按照需求裁剪,得到所述所述高档面料。

1.一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料,其特征在于,
包括基层、弹性层、抗皱层、抗氧化层和耐磨层,所述弹性层与所述基层连接,所述抗皱层与所述弹性层连接,所述抗氧化层与所述抗皱层连接,所述耐磨层与所述抗氧化层连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料,其特征在于,
所述弹性层由弹性纤维制成,所述抗皱层为聚乙烯涤纶材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料,其特征在于,
所述抗氧化层由环氧树脂材料制作而成,所述耐磨层由碳纤维材料制成。
4.一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料生产工艺,应用于如权利要求1-3所述的一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
通过纺织机编制纤维和羊毛,得到所述基层;
对所述基层进行碾压浸泡预处理,得到待织原料;
通过纺织机将所述待织原料、所述弹性层、所述抗皱层、所述抗氧化层和所述耐磨层依次纺织,并对纺织后的成品进行加工,得到所述高档面料。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料生产工艺,其特征在于,
所述对所述基层进行碾压浸泡预处理,得到待织原料的具体方式:
通过压辊碾压所述基层;
通过柔软剂增柔和除螨剂处理所述基层,得到所述待织原料。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料生产工艺,其特征在于,
所述柔软剂为聚醚氨基改性硅油,所述除螨剂由桉树油、香茅、迭迭香萃取制得。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料生产工艺,其特征在于,
所述通过纺织机将所述待织原料、所述弹性层、所述抗皱层、所述抗氧化层和所述耐磨层依次纺织,并对纺织后的成品进行加工,得到所述高档面料的具体方式:
通过纺织机将所述待织原料、所述弹性层、所述抗皱层、所述抗氧化层和所述耐磨层依次纺织,得到纺织物;
将所述纺织物根据需求进行裁剪,得到所述高档面料。
