螨虫是一种肉眼无法看见的微型害虫，螨虫可侵害皮肤，引起“酒糟鼻”或蠕螨症、过敏症、尿路螨症、肺螨症、肠螨症和疥疮，严重危害人类的身体健康，床单、被罩等是螨虫的重灾区，而床又是人们休息的重要场所，非常容易找成皮肤问题，床单、被罩的面料一般又比较温润，没有除螨的功能。
因此急需一种具有除螨效果的面料，用于解决上述问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种能吸湿导热除螨的高档面料及其生产工艺，旨在解决现有面料无除螨功能，无法抑制螨虫生长的问题。
