(2) the bag opening and pulling unit 6 firstly opens the hand bag 13, then the rope threading units 7 on the two sides of the bag opening and pulling unit 6 respectively grab the hand-held rope 14 which is cut to a fixed length and insert the two ends of the hand-held rope 14 into the punching holes of the hand bag 14;
(3) the tensioning mechanism 610 tensions the carrying strap 14 inserted into the punched hole, so that the carrying strap 14 is tightly attached to the carrying bag 13.
