The third hydraulic cylinder 31 controls the piston rod to shrink, drives the cutter holder 32 to move from right to left, and the cutter holder 32 drives the cutter 34 to move again, and the wrapping bag below is split to make the granular hazardous waste in the wrapping bag drop, enter into the wash bowl 1 from first inlet pipe 2.
If more hazardous waste is adhered to the packaging bag, the moving mechanism moves the moving plate 20 into the rear side of the conveying channel 8, and meanwhile, the moving vehicle also moves to the rear side of the conveying channel 8 and is positioned below the moving plate 20. The package is opened by a pneumatic finger 29 so that the package falls onto the cart. The carriage is moved to above the shredder 11 again, and the blanking plate 38 is rotated downwards, so that the packaging bags and the residual hazardous wastes in the packaging bags fall into the shredder 11 to be shredded, and then enter the cleaning barrel 1 through the second feeding pipe 3.
The barreled coagulated hazardous waste can not be directly taken out from the barrel because of the large volume of the hazardous waste, and can be taken into the cleaning barrel 1 after being shredded. The tub is lifted to a high place via a second elevator 7. The moving car moves to the rear side of the height of the second elevator 7, the first hydraulic cylinder 9 controls the extension of the piston rod to drive the pushing plate 10 to move backwards, and the pushing plate 10 pushes the barrel lifted by the second elevator 7 onto the moving car. The moving vehicle moves along the conveying channel 8 to reach the upper part of the shredder 11, the blanking plates 38 rotate downwards, the barrel falls from the gap between the two blanking plates 38 and falls into the shredder 11 below, and after shredding by the shredder 11, the barrel enters the cleaning barrel 1 from the second feeding pipe 3.
After the feeding is completed, the first feeding pipe 2 and the second feeding pipe 3 are closed, the medicament is added into the cleaning barrel 1, the first driving motor 17 and the speed reducer 18 are matched to drive the driving gear 19 to rotate, and the driving gear 19 drives the cleaning barrel 1 to rotate through the meshed toothed ring 4. The cutter 34 moves from right to left and is positioned at an unclamped part of the packaging bag, so that particles falling in the packaging bag cannot fall on the cutter 34 to be splashed.
The mobile vehicle comprises a conveying plate 37, two blanking plates 38 are rotatably arranged in the middle of the conveying plate 37, opposite ends of the blanking plates 38 can be mutually buckled, two supporting blocks 39 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the conveying plate 37, a driving mechanism comprises a hinging seat 43 arranged on the inner side of each supporting block 39, a fourth hydraulic cylinder 44 is hinged to each hinging seat 43, a hinging block 42 is arranged on the lower portion of each blanking plate 38, the front end of a piston rod of each fourth hydraulic cylinder 44 is rotatably connected with each hinging block 42, a moving wheel 40 is rotatably arranged on the outer side of each supporting block 39, a moving wheel channel 36 is arranged on the inner side of each conveying channel 8, each moving wheel 40 is arranged in each moving wheel channel 36, a third driving motor 41 is arranged on one supporting block 39, and a motor shaft of each third driving motor 41 is connected with each moving wheel 40.
