The composite material air filter screen device with the antibacterial and deodorizing functions comprises a shell (1) with an upper inner wall fixed with a composite material filter screen (2), and is characterized in that a sterilizing mechanism, a deodorizing mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a wind direction adjusting mechanism are sequentially arranged in the shell (1);
the deodorizing mechanism comprises a ventilation net drum (3) fixedly penetrating through the middle of the shell (1), a double-shaft motor (4) fixedly arranged on the side wall of the ventilation net drum (3), a transmission rod (5) coaxially connected with a first output shaft of the double-shaft motor (4) through a coupling, an active carbon filter screen (6) fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the ventilation net drum (3), and an exhaust fan blade (7) and a spiral stirring blade (8) sleeved on the transmission rod (5);
the sterilization mechanism comprises a reciprocating screw (9) rotatably installed in the shell (1), a T-shaped sliding block (10) arranged in the middle of the reciprocating screw (9), an ultraviolet sterilization lamp (11) installed on the outer wall of the top of the T-shaped sliding block (10) and a limit groove (12) formed in the inner wall of the bottom of the shell (1);
the inner wall of the limit groove (12) is in sliding connection with the outer wall of the T-shaped sliding block (10), the transmission mechanism comprises a driving belt pulley (13) sleeved on a second output shaft of the double-shaft motor (4) and a driven belt pulley (14) sleeved on the reciprocating screw (9), and the driven belt pulley (14) is in transmission connection with the driving belt pulley (13) through an O-shaped belt (15);
the cleaning mechanism comprises a threaded rod (16) rotatably arranged at the upper part of the shell (1), a limit rod (17) fixed on the inner wall of the upper part of the shell (1) and a T-shaped hairbrush (18) screwed at the middle part of the threaded rod (16);
the cleaning mechanism further comprises a hand wheel (19) sleeved on the threaded rod (16), a discharge hole formed in the upper part of one side of the shell (1) and a sealing plug (20) plugged in the discharge hole, and the limiting rod (17) is further inserted into the upper part of the T-shaped hairbrush (18);
the wind direction adjusting mechanism comprises an air inlet (21) formed in the top of the shell (1), and a plurality of swing assemblies and driving assemblies which are uniformly distributed and arranged in the air inlet (21);
the driving assembly comprises a mounting plate (22) and a supporting seat (26) which are fixed on the outer wall of the upper part of the back of the shell (1), a driving motor (23) which is fixed on the side wall of the mounting plate (22), a connecting shaft (24) which is coaxially connected with the output shaft of the driving motor (23) through a coupler, and a worm sleeve (25) which is sleeved on the connecting shaft (24) and is matched with the swinging assembly;
the swing assembly comprises a rotating rod (27) rotatably installed in the air inlet (21), a worm wheel (28) sleeved on the rotating rod (27) and meshed with the worm sleeve (25), and a swing plate (29) sleeved on the rotating rod (27);
the first output shaft of the double-shaft motor (4) is connected with the inner wall of one side of the ventilation net drum (3) in a penetrating way through a sealing bearing, and the front surface of the shell (1) is hinged with a sealing door (30).
