Algae removing device for secondary sedimentation tank effluent weir of sewage treatment plant
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly relates to a secondary sedimentation tank effluent weir algae removal device for a sewage treatment plant.
Background
The daily operation condition of a sewage treatment plant shows that the sewage enters a secondary sedimentation tank after secondary treatment, and the effluent after sludge-water separation still contains COD and BOD with certain concentration 5 、TP、NH 3 N, SS and oil substances and the like, and a secondary sedimentation tank effluent weir IVThe surrounding is not shielded and is directly exposed to the sun, algae are easily bred in the secondary sedimentation tank effluent weir, particularly, the algae grow in a large amount in summer and fall off and then enter a subsequent treatment unit along with the secondary sedimentation tank effluent, so that the filter load and the filter backwashing frequency are increased, and the filter performance of the filter is seriously influenced; the SS concentration of the fallen algae in the water can be increased, the ultraviolet disinfection effect is seriously influenced, the algae die to generate stink after disinfection treatment, the effluent landscape and the effluent quality are seriously influenced, and the potential hazards are brought to the safe operation of a filter pool and ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
Most of the existing algae removal treatment methods for the secondary sedimentation tank effluent weir of the sewage treatment plant adopt chemical algae removal methods, such as adding bleaching powder or disinfectant, but a new medicament adding device is needed to be added, so that the medicament operation cost is increased, and uniform adding is difficult to realize, or a manual cleaning mode is adopted, but because algae is attached to the tank wall, workers need to use an extension bar scrubbing brush to regularly brush and remove the algae, and the algae can be cleaned, so that the potential safety hazard is large; in addition, the temperature in summer is high, algae grows rapidly, the cleaning frequency is high (cleaning is needed once every week basically), the cleaning workload is large, effective cleaning is difficult to guarantee, a large amount of moss still remains on a secondary sedimentation tank effluent weir, and the blockage rate of a filter tank is also obviously improved due to the fact that algae which is cleaned manually is deposited in the filter tank, so that the problems of poor cleaning effect, low speed, high cost, high labor intensity, influence on effluent quality, potential safety hazards and the like exist in manual cleaning.
