The metering principle of the water meter is that water sequentially enters the inner part of the core from the first joint, the through hole, the cylinder cavity of the lining cylinder, the filter screen and the first water port of the core to impact the impeller to rotate so as to trigger metering, and is discharged from the second water port of the core, the inner cavity of the meter shell and the second joint. The water meter is not only a simple improvement of the structure, but also an innovation of the whole concept. When a user installs, the metering module is only required to be inserted into the watchcase, the lower opening of the insertion interface is in insertion sealing with the upper opening of the lining cylinder, the upper convex ring and the lower convex ring are in sealing and propping, and the two convex rings are clamped by the anchor ear. In this way, water flow enters the inner part of the inner core along the first water pipe, the side through holes, the cylinder cavity of the inner lining cylinder, the filter screen and the first water port of the inner lining cylinder, and the impeller is impacted to rotate so as to trigger metering and is discharged from the second water port of the inner core, the inner cavity of the metering module shell, the annular cavity of the watchcase and the second water pipe; of course, the water can be discharged from the first water pipe through the second water pipe in a completely opposite path. In other words, the metering module screwed with the meter cover and sealed by lead can be spliced with the permanent meter shell to play a role of exchanging the metering module.
From the above analysis, it can be seen that the water meter of the interchangeable metering module of the present application has the following advantages over the prior art.
Firstly, when the metering module is installed, the lower opening of the plugging interface is only required to be inserted into the upper opening of the inner lining cylinder, the upper convex ring and the lower convex ring are tightly sealed, and the two convex rings are tightly clamped by the anchor ear, so that the whole process is simple, the installation difficulty is low, the installation environment is not limited, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe can be installed on the same straight line, so that the installation process is obviously, fast, convenient and labor-saving.
Moreover, because the watch case is a permanent structure which does not need to be replaced, the user can moderately increase the cost of the watch case to select the watch case material which meets the sanitary standard, thereby ensuring that the product meets the drinking water safety; in addition, after the water meter is used for a long time and the impurities are deposited below the filter screen, the metering module can be conveniently disassembled, the upper opening of the meter shell is leaked for thorough and effective cleaning, and the impurities are prevented from being deposited for a long time to form blockage, so that the metering precision of the water meter is ensured, and the secondary pollution of drinking water is reduced.
The meter case can be permanently used only by first installation and later replacement, and only the interchangeable metering module is transported, so that compared with the existing water meter, the volume and weight of the metering module body are obviously reduced, and the logistics cost is greatly reduced; moreover, when faults occur along with the increase of the service life, only a new metering module is needed to be replaced without discarding the permanent watchcase, and compared with the prior art that the watchcase and the movement are synchronously discarded together, the application reduces the waste of resources; according to the national verification regulation requirement of the water meter, the water meter has definite service life and needs periodic recovery and rotation when the water meter is expired, and the application only needs to replace a new metering template, so the manufacturing and using cost is obviously reduced; the water meter even brings about innovation of commercial mode, once a user selects the water meter of the application for price, safety, interchangeability, quality and the like, and the permanent meter shell is arranged in the water supply network, the metering module of the application can be selected continuously in the later period naturally, so the water meter of the application has wide market prospect and huge economic value.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the water meter of the interchangeable metering module of the present invention comprises a movement 1, the movement 1 comprising a first water port 2, a second water port 3 and a step surface 4 separating the first water port 2 and the second water port 3. Specifically, the first water gap 2, the second water gap 3 and the step surface 4 are all located on the surface of the movement 1, an impeller 24 is arranged inside the movement 1, and water flows into the movement 1 to impact the impeller 24, so that the movement 1 rotates, and counting is triggered.

The bottom plate of the watch case 7 is provided with an inner lining cylinder 8 with an upward opening, the inner lining cylinder 8 is provided with a side through hole 9, and the first water pipe 5 is communicated with the cylinder cavity of the inner lining cylinder 8 through the side through hole 9; the area inside the watch case 7 and outside the barrel cavity of the inner lining barrel 8 is an annular cavity of the watch case 7, and the first water pipe 5 is not communicated with the annular cavity. The second water pipe 6 communicates with the annular chamber of the watch case 7. The upper opening of the watch case 7 is provided with a radially outwardly convex lower collar 10.
The machine core 1 is provided with a metering module shell 11, and a meter cover 12 is screwed on the upper opening of the metering module shell 11. The lower part of the metering module shell 11 is provided with a cylindrical plug-in connector 13, and the outer side of the plug-in connector 13 is fixed with the inner side wall of the metering module shell 11 through a plurality of connecting ribs 14. The top of the movement 1 is abutted against the watch cover 12, and the step surface 4 of the movement 1 is hermetically placed on the top ring surface of the plug-in interface 13, namely, water cannot directly flow into the inner cavity of the metering module shell 11 from the inner cavity of the plug-in interface 13 and must flow through the interior of the movement 1. A main sealing ring 17 is arranged between the upper convex ring 16 and the lower convex ring 10, and the main sealing ring 17 is fixed on the bottom ring surface of the upper convex ring 16.
The meter further comprises a locking bolt 19 and a collar 18 for releasably sealing and clamping the two collars. The hoop 18 is formed by hinging left and right semicircular rings 18.1, namely, the right side of the left semicircular ring 18.1 and the left side of the right semicircular ring 18.1 are respectively provided with a shaft seat, and the shaft seats of the left and right semicircular rings are connected through a hinge shaft 26. Two non-hinged ends of the two semicircular rings 18.1 are provided with two locking blocks 18.2, and the two locking blocks 18.2 are fixed through locking bolts 19; namely, one locking block 18.2 is provided with a hexagonal counter bore 20 and the other locking block 18.2 is provided with a round counter bore 21, an inner hexagonal round head screw of the locking bolt 19 is positioned in the round counter bore 21, a nut of the locking bolt 19 is positioned in the hexagonal counter bore 20, and the screw is screwed with the nut. The inner ring of the hoop 18 is provided with a clamping groove 22, and the hoop 18 clamps the upper convex ring 16 and the lower convex ring 10 through the clamping groove 22, so that the upper convex ring 16, the main sealing ring 17 and the lower convex ring 10 are abutted tightly.
The upper annular surface of the upper collar 16 is provided with a bevel 23 which makes the inner side of the upper collar 16 thick and the outer side thin. Of course, the inclined surface 23 may be provided on the lower annular surface of the lower convex ring 10, or on both the upper annular surface of the upper convex ring 16 and the lower annular surface of the lower convex ring 10.
