6. A rapid reinforcing method for a bridge pier after transverse damage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing two anchor ears (1), wherein the inner diameter of each anchor ear (1) is larger than the outer diameter of each pier;
installing two anchor ears (1) on two piers respectively;
connecting the two anchor ears (1) through the transverse connecting piece (2), and enabling the transverse connecting piece (2) to be in a horizontal state;
and (3) irrigating high-strength grouting material in the space formed between the anchor ear (1) and the pier.

The method for rapidly reinforcing the bridge pier after being transversely damaged according to claim 6, wherein: when the transverse connecting piece (2) is installed, the space formed between the hoop (1) and the bridge pier is adjusted, and the axle center of the hoop (1) and the axle center of the bridge pier are positioned on the same vertical line.

The method for rapidly reinforcing the bridge pier after being transversely damaged according to claim 6, wherein: when installing two staple bolts (1) respectively on two piers, staple bolt (1) includes two reinforcement (10) and a plurality of first connecting piece (14), two reinforcement (10) one end can be dismantled through partly first connecting piece (14) and connect, and the other end can be dismantled through remaining first connecting piece (14) and connect.
9. The method for rapidly reinforcing the bridge pier after being transversely damaged according to claim 6, wherein: the installation height of the anchor ear (1) on the pier is consistent, and the diameter of the anchor ear (1) is 10cm larger than that of the pier.
