After the grain accessory substance is steamed, need cool down to avoid the high temperature influence fermentation effect that it carried, as shown in fig. 4, many air-coolers 341 are installed to the top and the lateral wall of cooler bin 34, inside air outlet orientation cooler bin 34 of air-cooler 341, blow the cooling to the grain accessory substance through the cold wind that air-cooler 341 blew out, can reduce the temperature of grain accessory substance fast, cooler bin 34 is close to steam ager 33 one side top and is equipped with steam discharge pipe 342, and steam discharge pipe 342 can discharge steam, with the moisture content in the control grain accessory substance.
In order to facilitate mixing of the fermentation broth and the grain byproducts, as shown in fig. 5, a stirring device 42 is horizontally installed in the mixing bin 41, the stirring device 42 includes two support plates 421, two stirring rods 422, two support short shafts 423 and a turning rod 424, the two support plates 421 have a plurality of stirring rods 422 uniformly distributed around the axis of the support plates 421, one opposite side of the two support plates 421 is installed with a support short shaft 423 capable of rotating in the mixing bin 41, one of the support short shafts 423 penetrates through the mixing bin 41 and is connected with a motor, the support plates 421 are driven to rotate by the motor, so that the stirring rods 422 drive the grain byproducts to turn over and mix with the fermentation broth provided by the auxiliary material fermentation bin 44, each stirring rod 422 is installed with a plurality of turning rods 424 facing the axis of the mixing bin, and the turning effect of the grain byproducts can be further improved under the action of the turning rods 424, the stirring uniformity is improved.
In order to ensure the fermentation effect, as shown in fig. 5, the auxiliary material fermentation bin 44 includes a fermentation tank 441, a stirring frame 442, an auxiliary material conveying pipe 443 and a fermentation liquid pipe 444, the fermentation tank 441 is provided with the auxiliary material conveying pipe 443 and the fermentation liquid pipe 444, the stirring frame 442 is installed in the fermentation tank 441 and is used for mixing the auxiliary material with the fermentation liquid, the fermentation amount is adsorbed on the grain byproducts under the action of the auxiliary material to ensure the fermentation effect, the auxiliary material is added, the taste of the fermented grain byproducts and the taste of the grain crops can be raised upwards to ensure that the taste of the feed can be accepted by the raised animals, and the bottom of the fermentation tank 441 is provided with a feeding pipe 445 extending into the mixing bin 41.
In order to facilitate the transportation and fermentation of the feed, as shown in fig. 6, the packaging mechanism 5 includes a temporary storage bin 51, a material pressing cylinder 52, a pressing plate 53, a compression pipe 54, a material pushing cylinder 55, a material pushing plate 56 and a packaging fermentation bag 57, the side wall of the temporary storage bin 51 is connected with a discharge port of the material mixing bin 41, the upper part of the temporary storage bin 51 is provided with the pressing plate 53 which is horizontally arranged and in clearance fit with the temporary storage bin 51, the top of the temporary storage bin 51 is provided with the material pressing cylinder 52 for pushing the pressing plate 53 downwards, the top of the temporary storage bin 51 is connected with the compression pipe 54, the grain by-products can be pushed into the compression pipe 54 to be compressed under the action of the pressure cylinder and the pressing plate 53, one end of the compression pipe 54 is connected with the material pushing cylinder 55, the extending end of the material pushing cylinder 55 is provided with the material pushing plate 56 in clearance fit with the compression pipe 54, the other end of the compression pipe 54 is sleeved with the packaging fermentation bag 57, the compressed grain by-products are pushed into the material pushing cylinder 55 to be packaged into the fermentation bag 57, and (3) performing packaging operation, after the grain byproducts are loaded into the packaging fermentation bag 57, fermenting in the packaging fermentation bag 57, and meanwhile, conveying the packaging fermentation bag 57 after packaging is completed, and realizing fermentation in the conveying process, thereby reducing the floor area in a factory.
The using method of the invention is as follows:
when in use, the dried grain by-product is placed on the conveyer belt 1, the grain by-product is sent to the crushing device 2 by using the conveyer belt 1, the grain by-product is crushed into small segments by the cutter frame 24 in the crushing device 2, the crushed grain by-product falls into the collecting hopper 251 and is sent to the grinding device 25 along the collecting hopper 251, fiber is separated by the grinding device 25, the ground grain by-product falls on the conveyer belt 31 and is sent to the softening device 3 for softening by the conveyer belt 31, the grain by-product is dried and sterilized by the drying box 32 on the softening device 3, then the grain by-product is steamed by the steaming box 33, the grain by-product can be steamed by using the steaming box 33, on one hand, the fiber is softened, on the other hand, moisture is supplemented for the grain by-product, so that the grain by-product is convenient for later fermentation, the steamed grain by-product is cooled by the cooling box 34 and then is sent to the mixing device 4, simultaneously, grain and fermentation liquor are added into an auxiliary material fermentation bin 44 and are uniformly mixed, then the mixture is fed into a mixing bin 41, the fermentation auxiliary material and grain byproducts are uniformly mixed by using a stirring device 42, the fermentation auxiliary material and the fermentation liquor can be uniformly adsorbed on the grain byproducts after being mixed, so that the later-period fermentation efficiency is ensured, the grain byproducts and the fermentation auxiliary material are mixed and then are fed into a packaging mechanism 5, a material pressing cylinder 52 compresses the grain byproducts, a material pushing cylinder 55 loads the compressed grain byproducts into a packaging fermentation bag 57 for fermentation, the grain byproducts can be transported after being loaded into the packaging fermentation bag 57, and the fermentation is carried out in the transportation process, so that the condition that the occupied area of a factory is small is relieved. After the grain byproducts are transported to a breeding plant, the grain byproducts are mixed with common feed to feed, so that the using amount of the grain is reduced, the fiber contained in the grain byproducts can improve the intestinal tract peristalsis of animals, and the constipation of the animals is effectively relieved.
