When the upper part moves to the upper part of the lower part, the third hydraulic rod 9 and the second hydraulic rod 6 are firstly lowered, and meanwhile the supporting plate 7 is overturned upwards to gather under the action of the torsion spring, so that the blocking effect is not caused in the lowering process of the hydraulic rod 4.
