Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the background art, the invention provides an assembled pay-off stand, aiming at designing the pay-off stand to be assembled so as to be convenient to use, and occupying a smaller space in a disassembled state so as to be convenient to store; the cable reel is assembled to play a role in supporting the cable reel to pay off; on this basis, have supporting height control structure, the cable drum that adapts to different specifications to be convenient for dismouting and transfer.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an assembled pay-off stand comprises a base, two plugs are arranged in the middle of the base, and a vertical pipe is vertically sleeved on each plug; a supporting sliding seat and a floating sliding seat are sleeved between the two vertical pipes; the floating sliding seat is positioned above the supporting sliding seat, and the upper end of the floating sliding seat is connected with a mandrel seat for supporting the mandrel to rotate; the mandrel is inserted in the axis of the cable reel and is used for rotating by taking the mandrel as the axis when the cable reel is paid off;
a threaded support rod is arranged between the supporting sliding seat and the floating sliding seat and is used for supporting the floating sliding seat to move up and down when the lower part of the threaded support rod is screwed in a screw hole preset in the supporting sliding seat; the lateral surface of the supporting sliding seat is hinged with a transverse strut for providing transverse support for the supporting sliding seat;
the bottom of each vertical pipe is rotatably sleeved with a rotating support leg; the tail ends of the rotating support legs are provided with rollers, and when the pair of rotating support legs rotate to relatively far away positions, the rollers are used for supporting on the ground, so that longitudinal support is provided for the pair of vertical pipes;
the vertical pipe is provided with a plurality of bolt holes which are uniformly distributed at intervals along the axial direction, and the rotary support legs and the support sliding seat are detachably connected with the vertical pipe through inserting bolts into the side surfaces of the rotary support legs and the support sliding seat;
the floating sliding seat is formed by connecting two symmetrical floating half seats into a whole through bolts, and is used for detachably mounting the pair of floating half seats on the pair of vertical pipes from the side; and when the pair of rotating legs rotate to relatively close positions, the pair of floating half seats are arranged on the pair of rotating legs from the side surface, and the pair of rotating legs are limited and fixed.
As a further optimization, the rotating support leg comprises a vertical pipe sleeved on the vertical pipe, a horizontal pipe, an inclined support rod and a roller seat for mounting a roller; one end of the transverse pipe is vertically and fixedly connected with the lower part of the vertical pipe, and the other end of the transverse pipe is fixedly connected with the roller seat; two ends of the inclined stay bar are fixedly connected to the upper part of the vertical pipe and one end, close to the roller seat, of the transverse pipe respectively;
the horizontal tube is provided with insertion holes for fixedly connecting the pair of floating half seats and the pair of rotating support legs into a whole by inserting connecting pins into the insertion holes when the pair of floating half seats are installed on the pair of rotating support legs; and the side surface of the floating half seat is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the jack and an assembling hole for combining the pair of floating half seats into a whole.
As a further optimization, the upper end face of the floating half seat is provided with a mounting hole for connecting the mandrel seat; the mandrel seat comprises a bottom plate and a shaft seat fixedly connected to the bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate is provided with bolt holes corresponding to the mounting holes, and the mandrel seat is used for being mounted on the upper surface of the floating sliding seat through bolt connection.
Preferably, the roller seat is provided with a screw hole which is the same as the screw hole of the support sliding seat and is used for supporting the ground by inserting one screw thread support rod.
As a further optimization, the lower end of the transverse strut is hinged with a strut seat, and a screw hole which is the same as that of the support sliding seat is arranged in the strut seat and is used for supporting the ground by inserting one threaded strut.
As a further optimization, the transverse strut comprises an inserting sleeve and an inserting rod; the inserted bar is inserted in the inserting sleeve through threads and is used for adjusting the length of the transverse strut; the upper end of the plug bush is hinged with the supporting sliding seat; the support rod seat is hinged at the lower end of the inserted rod.
As a further optimization, the threaded support rod comprises a screw part with the lower part used for being in threaded connection with the screw hole and a screwing part with the upper part used for screwing; the screwing part comprises a first hexagonal head positioned at the uppermost end; the upper surface of the first hexagonal head is used for supporting the floating sliding seat.
As a further optimization, the screwing part further comprises a second hexagonal head located between the screw part and the first hexagonal head.
As a further optimization, the screw part further comprises an annular handle located between the first hexagonal head and the second hexagonal head.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) this device arranges the left and right sides at the cable drum through two pay off stands to through riser activity support dabber, thereby can be suitable for the cable drum of different diameters and different length, the suitability is strong.
(2) Each part is set to be detachable by the device, so that the storage is convenient after the disassembly, and the storage space is saved.
(3) This device is including the transport state after accomodating to can transfer through the transport, avoid the transport, laborsaving convenience.
In a word, the pay-off stand is designed to be assembled, so that the pay-off stand occupies a small space in a disassembled state and is convenient to store; and can support the cable drum unwrapping wire of different specifications after the equipment to be convenient for dismouting and shift.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Example 1: please refer to fig. 1-3;
the present embodiment provides the following technical solutions: an assembled pay-off stand is applied to the left side and the right side of a supporting cable reel, and each pay-off stand comprises a base 1; two plugs 11 are arranged in the middle of the base 1, and each plug 11 is vertically sleeved with one vertical pipe 2; a supporting sliding seat 4 and a floating sliding seat 5 are sleeved between the two vertical pipes 2; the floating slide seat 5 is positioned above the supporting slide seat 4, and the upper end of the floating slide seat is connected with a mandrel seat 6 for supporting a mandrel 7 to rotate; the mandrel 7 is inserted in the axis of the cable drum and is used for rotating the cable drum by taking the mandrel 7 as the axis when paying off; therefore, the double vertical pipes 2 are used as a foundation for vertical support on the base 1, and the supporting slide 4 and the floating slide 5 are used as a supporting foundation for supporting the rotation of the cable reel, so that the height of the supporting slide 4 can be adjusted to adapt to cable reels with different diameters, and the universality is improved; and base 1 and riser 2, riser 2 and support slide 4 and unsteady slide 5, dabber seat 6 and unsteady slide 5, dabber 7 and dabber seat 6 all are detachable, deposit for the split and establish the basis.
In order to provide the floating slide 5 with lifting power, a threaded strut 8 is arranged between the supporting slide 4 and the floating slide 5; the lower part of the threaded support rod 8 is provided with external threads, the middle part of the support sliding seat 4 is provided with a screw hole 41 for screwing the lower part of the threaded support rod 8 in the screw hole 41, and the upper end of the threaded support rod 8 supports the floating sliding seat 5 to move up and down; thus, the cable drum sitting on the ground can be lifted by screwing the threaded support rod 8, thereby releasing the rotational freedom of the cable drum and allowing the cable drum to be rotatably paid out.
In order to provide stable support when lifting the cable drum, the lateral sides of the supporting slide 4 are hinged with lateral struts 9 for supporting the supporting slide 4 on the ground through the ends of the lateral struts 9; the bottom of each vertical pipe 2 is rotatably sleeved with a rotating support leg 3; the tail ends of the rotating legs 3 are provided with rollers 31, and when the pair of rotating legs 3 rotate to relatively far away positions, the rollers 31 are used for supporting on the ground to provide longitudinal support for the pair of vertical pipes 3; therefore, when the cable reel is lifted, the cable reel has stable support in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction; and the rotary supporting legs 3 and the transverse supporting rods 9 have unfolding or accommodating capacity, so that the cable reel is supported when being unfolded conveniently, and storage and transportation are facilitated when being folded.
In order to adapt to cable reels of different diameters, the rotating foot 3 and the supporting slide 4 are both detachably connected to the riser 2 by means of lateral insertion pins; a plurality of bolt holes 21 are formed in the vertical pipe 2 and are uniformly distributed at intervals along the axial direction, and the bolt holes are used for adjusting the height position of the supporting sliding seat 4; the initial position of the floating carriage 5, which is supported by the threaded rod 8, can thus be adjusted to reduce the stroke of the threaded rod 8, so that cable reels of different diameters can all be raised by the same stroke.
In order to reduce the labor amount of workers during carrying, the stored pay-off rack is designed to be pushed by the roller 31 as much as possible. The floating sliding seat 5 is formed by connecting two symmetrical floating half seats 51 into a whole through bolts, and is used for laterally and detachably installing a pair of floating half seats 51 on a pair of stand pipes 3 through the bolts; and when the pair of rotating legs 3 are rotated to relatively close positions, the pair of floating half seats 51 are connected by bolts and detachably mounted on the pair of rotating legs 3 from the side, so that the pair of rotating legs 3 are fixed in a limited manner. Therefore, the roller 31 has the double functions of supporting during paying off and pushing transfer after storage, and the carrying is avoided, so that the labor intensity is reduced.
It should be noted that the floating slide 5 formed by a pair of said floating half seats 51 has a double function, acting as a basis for lifting the mandrel 7 during unwinding; when the support is transferred, the support can be detached from the stand pipe 2 to be used as a locking component of the two rotating support legs 3, and the support has two purposes.
The rotating foot 3 comprises a vertical pipe 32 sleeved on the vertical pipe 2, a transverse pipe 33, a diagonal brace 34 and a roller seat 35 for mounting a roller 31; one end of the horizontal pipe 33 is vertically and fixedly connected with the lower part of the vertical pipe 32, and the other end of the horizontal pipe is fixedly connected with the roller seat 35; two ends of the inclined strut 34 are fixedly connected to the upper part of the vertical pipe 32 and one end of the horizontal pipe 33 close to the roller seat 35 respectively; the horizontal tube 33 is provided with an insertion hole 36 for fixedly connecting the pair of floating half seats 51 with the pair of rotating legs 3 into a whole by inserting a connecting pin into the insertion hole 36 when the pair of floating half seats 51 are mounted on the pair of rotating legs 3; thus, a pair of the floating half mounts 51 are mounted to the cross tubes 33.
In order to connect the floating slide 5 firmly to the cross tube 33 and to be able to connect the mandrel seats 6 and to merge firmly the pair of floating half-seats 51; the floating half base 51 is provided at a side thereof with a coupling hole 511 corresponding to the insertion hole 36 and an assembling hole 512 for combining a pair of the floating half bases 51 into a single body. Of course, the connection holes 511 are also used for connecting the riser 2, so that the floating slide 5, adjusted in position, can be inserted with a plug as a safety pin through the connection holes 511 and the plug holes 21, thereby further increasing the supporting force for supporting the cable drum. The upper end face of the floating half seat 51 is provided with a mounting hole 513 used for connecting the mandrel seat 6; the mandrel seat 6 comprises a bottom plate 61 and a mandrel seat 62 fixedly connected to the bottom plate 61, wherein a bolt hole 611 corresponding to the mounting hole 513 is formed in the bottom plate 61, and the mandrel seat 6 is mounted on the upper surface of the floating sliding seat 5 through bolt connection.
In order to adapt to the uneven ground, the roller seat 35 is provided with a screw hole 41 which is the same as the screw hole 41 of the support sliding seat 4 and is used for supporting the ground by inserting one screw rod 8. Therefore, the threaded strut 8 can also be used as a threaded support leg to deal with the condition of uneven ground. And the same screw holes 41 are used to improve versatility. In the same principle, the lower end of the transverse strut 9 is hinged with a strut seat 91, and the strut seat 91 is provided with a screw hole 41 which is the same as the screw hole of the support slide 4 and is used for supporting the ground by inserting one screw strut 8.
It will be noted that, when the diameter of the cable drum is large, the support carriage 4 and the floating carriage 5 are high, and in order to provide sufficient lateral support, the lateral strut 9 must have a sufficient length, so that the lower part of the lateral strut 9 is an externally threaded insert rod 92, and the insert rod 92 is screwed into an insert sleeve 93 on the upper part of the lateral strut 9, for the length of the lateral strut 9 to be adjustable; thereby adapting to cable reels of different diameters. Wherein the upper end of the insert 93 is hinged with the support slide 4; the strut seat 91 is hinged to the lower end of the insert rod 92.
As a driving means for driving the floating carriage 5 to lift, it should be possible to drive the threaded rod 8 to rotate, so that the threaded rod 8 comprises a lower screw portion 81 for screwing the threaded hole 41 and an upper screwing portion 82 for screwing; the screw 82 includes a first hexagonal head 821 at the uppermost end; the upper surface of the first hexagonal head 821 is used for supporting the floating slide 5. The staff connects big spanner through first hexagonal head 821, orders about the screw thread branch 8 to rotate.
In order to increase the power of rotation, the screw part 82 further includes a second hexagonal head 822 between the screw part 81 and the first hexagonal head 821. So as to connect two wrenches that twist simultaneously, make things convenient for two staff to twist simultaneously and twist the operation.
In order to facilitate the unloading operation by rapidly rotating the screw portion 81, the screw portion 82 further includes an annular handle 823 between the first hexagonal head 821 and the second hexagonal head 822. When unloading or adjusting the height, the threaded rod 8 can be rotated quickly by gripping the annular handle 823.
When the device is used, obviously, the device comprises three working states, the first working state is shown in figure 1, and is a working state for supporting a cable reel to pay off, during installation, a mandrel 7 is firstly inserted in the center of the cable reel, then a base 1 is respectively placed on one side of the cable reel, a pair of vertical pipes 2 is inserted, the positions of the high rotating support legs 3 and the transverse support rods 9 are placed, after the support is stabilized, the support sliding seat 4 is moved upwards until a mandrel seat 6 connected to the upper end of the floating sliding seat 5 abuts against the mandrel 7, the support sliding seat 4 is fixed on the vertical pipe 2 through a bolt, then a threaded support rod 8 is rotated, and when the floating sliding seat 5 is lifted, the mandrel 7 drives the cable reel to lift off the ground, so that the cable reel can be paid off in a rotating mode. In the second working state, as shown in fig. 2, the pair of rotating legs 3 are folded, the floating slide carriage 5 is detached from the vertical pipe 2 and then is mounted on the pair of horizontal pipes 33, and the pair of rotating legs 3 are limited and fixed; at this moment, can arrange the end of horizontal branch 9 in between base 1 and the slide 5 that floats to horizontal branch 9 can remove together, dismantle the back to dabber seat 6 again, through horizontal branch 9 centre gripping at support slide 4, make dabber seat 6 also can remove together, at last, regard two riser 2 as the tongs, through a pair of gyro wheel 31, the pay off rack after will accomodating promotes the transfer, has avoided the transport, laborsaving convenience. Wherein the mandrel 7 can be transported separately. The third operating condition, when the pay off rack after accomodating passed to storage position, for example during the packing box position of freight train, with the loading behind each part split of this device, occupation space is less to can also load other articles such as instrument equipment in the packing box, improved conveying efficiency.
The advantage of this embodiment is that, compared to the prior art,
(1) this device arranges the left and right sides at the cable drum through two pay off stands to through 2 movable support dabbers 7 of riser, thereby can be suitable for the cable drum of different diameters and different length, the suitability is strong.
(2) Each part is set to be detachable by the device, so that the storage is convenient after the disassembly, and the storage space is saved.
(3) This device is including the transport state after accomodating to can shift through the transport, avoid the transport, laborsaving convenience.
In summary, the present embodiment designs the pay-off stand to be assemblable, so that it occupies a smaller space in the disassembled state for storage; and can support the cable drum unwrapping wire of different specifications after the equipment to be convenient for dismouting and transfer.
The invention is not described in detail in the prior art; for a person skilled in the art, various technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of simplicity of description, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, the technical features should be considered as the scope of the description in the present specification. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
