Whole equipment structure is simple, can convenient and fast more boil wax and clearance work to rail vehicle accessory, and it is safe convenient to use, more is favorable to the production and uses. The process has the advantages of simple flow, little pollution, high safety, low cost and more contribution to production.

Claims (10)

1. The wax boiling post-treatment equipment for the railway vehicle accessories is characterized by comprising a box body, wherein one end part of the box body is provided with a feeding area, and the other end part of the box body is provided with a discharging area; the top of the box body is provided with a hoisting assembly, and the hoisting assembly is respectively connected with the feeding area and the discharging area; a wax boiling pot and an air washing assembly are arranged in the box body.

The railway car accessory wax boiling post-treatment device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air washing assembly comprises a high pressure air curtain, a high pressure fan and a high pressure air pipe, and the high pressure air curtain is connected with the high pressure fan through the high pressure air pipe.
3. The railway car accessory wax boiling post-treatment device as claimed in claim 2, wherein part of the high pressure air pipe is located inside the wax boiling pot.

The apparatus for post-processing wax boiling of railway vehicle accessories according to claim 2, wherein the high-pressure air curtain is provided in plurality, a plurality of high-pressure air curtains are arranged in parallel, and any one of the high-pressure air curtains is connected with the high-pressure air pipe.

The railway car accessory wax boiling post-treatment apparatus of claim 2, wherein the wax boiling pan is proximate the feed section, and the high pressure air curtain is proximate the feed section and above the wax boiling pan; and a recovery tank is obliquely arranged below the high-pressure air curtain, and the lower end of the recovery tank is connected with the wax boiling pot.
6. The railway vehicle accessory wax boiling post-treatment equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein an interlayer is arranged on the inner wall of the wax boiling pot, a heating device is arranged in the interlayer, and a heat conducting liquid is filled in the interlayer.
7. The railway vehicle accessory wax boiling post-treatment equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wax boiling pan is in a plurality, and the wax boiling pans are communicated with each other through a balance pipe.
