The lower extreme of hard tube is connected through the iron wire winding with the upper end of a cover section of thick bamboo, the lower extreme of a cover section of thick bamboo passes through bolt and suction hood fixed connection, the slide rail welding has the locating lever, servo motor passes through bolt fixed mounting on the slide rail, servo motor's output shaft and bracing piece welding, the bracing piece is located a cover section of thick bamboo rear, coaxial welding has two winding wheels on the bracing piece, wire rope's upper end is tight with the winding train, wire rope's lower extreme is walked around behind the locating lever and is passed through the screw connection with the suction hood. Certainly, the upper end of the steel wire rope can also bypass the winding wheel to be directly bound on the sliding rail, and when the dust hood needs to move upwards, an operator can directly pull the steel wire rope by untiing the bound steel wire rope, so that the dust hood is pulled.
Claims (6)
1. A material transportation dust removal device for recycling construction wastes is characterized in that the main structure of the device comprises a construction waste recycling body, a first dust absorption device, a second dust absorption device, a first construction aggregate discharge port, an inclined plate groove, a construction aggregate conveying channel, a conveying belt and a second construction aggregate discharge port; the left side of the construction waste recycling body is provided with a first dust collecting device, a first construction aggregate discharge port is welded at the bottom of the construction waste recycling body, two sides of the first construction aggregate discharge port are connected with the top end of a sloping plate groove through bolts, a construction aggregate conveying channel is welded with the sloping plate groove, a second dust collecting device is arranged right above the construction aggregate conveying channel and communicated with the construction aggregate conveying channel, a conveying belt is arranged at the bottom of the construction aggregate conveying channel, a second construction aggregate discharge port is located at the rightmost end of the construction aggregate conveying channel and connected with a feed inlet of a construction aggregate transport vehicle, a controller is respectively connected with the first dust collecting device, the second dust collecting device and the conveying belt in an electrical information connection mode, and controls the first dust collecting device, the second dust collecting device and the conveying belt to be opened and closed.

The material transporting and dedusting device for recycling the construction wastes as recited in claim 1, wherein the first dust absorption equipment comprises: an air suction opening, a suction fan, an air suction chamber, a through hole, a baffle plate, a dust suction chamber and a dust recoverer; the suction opening is embedded in the side surface of the construction waste recovery body, a suction fan is installed on the left side of the suction opening, the inlet of the suction chamber is connected with the air outlet of the suction fan, the through hole is welded with the baffle plate, and the baffle plate is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the dust chamber; the air suction chamber is connected with the dust suction chamber in a sealing way and can be detached, and the dust recoverer is detachably connected with the dust suction chamber.
3. The material transporting and dedusting device for recycling construction wastes as recited in claim 2, wherein a suction fan is fixedly arranged in the dust collection chamber, and a detachable dust collection box is arranged at the lower end of the suction chamber.

The material transportation and dust removal device for recycling the construction wastes as recited in claim 2 or 3, wherein the bottom of the through hole is provided with a filter bag, the through hole is arranged at the bottom of the through hole body, sprayers are arranged at both sides of the through hole body, and the controller controls the action of the sprayers.

The material transporting and dedusting device for recycling the construction wastes as recited in claim 4, wherein the second dust suction apparatus comprises: the device comprises an extension plate, a dust hood, a cover cylinder, a steel wire rope, a positioning rod, a sliding rail, a winding wheel, a servo motor and a hard tube; the lower extreme of hard tube is connected through the iron wire winding with the upper end of a cover section of thick bamboo, the lower extreme of a cover section of thick bamboo passes through bolt and suction hood fixed connection, the fixed extension board that is equipped with of lower port of suction hood, the pipe wall welding of hard tube has the crossbeam, crossbeam fixed mounting is on the slide rail, the welding of slide rail lower part has the locating lever, servo motor passes through bolt fixed mounting on the slide rail, servo motor's output shaft and bracing piece welding, the bracing piece is located cover section of thick bamboo rear, the bracing piece both sides are fixed on the locating lever through the bearing, the bracing piece can rotate, coaxial welding has two winding wheels on the bracing piece, wire rope's upper end and winding wheel fixed connection, wire rope's lower extreme passes through the screw connection with the suction hood after bypassing the locating lever. When the dust hood needs to move up and down, the control controller controls the servo motor to rotate, the steel wire rope is driven to be wound and tightened, and therefore the dust hood is pulled to move upwards.
6. The material transportation and dust removal device for recycling construction wastes as claimed in claim 5, wherein the front and rear pipe walls of the rigid pipe are welded with beams, two ends of each beam are connected with rotatable pulleys, the pulleys are slidably mounted on slide rails, positioning rods are fixed on the beams, a motor is mounted on the slide rails through the pulleys, and when the suction hood needs to be moved left and right, the suction hood is pulled left and right to move to a required position to stop.
