Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a detachable valve rod nut locking device, which can effectively solve the problems that the prior stop valve in the background art can vibrate due to various reasons, such as flow resistance, flow velocity, pressure change and the like, and can easily cause axial movement between a nut cap and a valve rod, so that an adjusting wheel is loosened to influence use.

the locking assembly comprises a clamping component and a positioning component;
the clamping component comprises a threaded section, a pull rod, a limiting plate, a clamping column and a collision spring, wherein the diameter of the threaded section is smaller than that of the valve rod main body, the nut sleeve is in threaded connection with the threaded section, the threaded section is fixedly connected with the top end of the valve rod main body, the limiting plate is movably arranged in the cavity, one side of the limiting plate is fixedly connected with the pull rod, the other end of the limiting plate is fixedly connected with the clamping column, a fixing groove matched with the clamping column is formed in the side face of the threaded section, when the nut sleeve is in threaded connection with the threaded section, the clamping column can be just aligned with the fixing groove when the nut sleeve is rotated to be in contact with the top of the adjusting wheel, one end of the collision spring is fixedly connected with the side face of the limiting plate, and the other end of the collision spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cavity, so that locking can be carried out between the nut sleeve and the threaded section;
the locating part includes screwed ring, extension spring and fixture block, screwed ring and the bottom fixed connection of nut cover, the spacing groove with screwed ring looks adaptation has been seted up at the top of regulating wheel, during screwed ring rotates to spacing groove bottom, the fixture block can just block mutually with the draw-in groove, the mounting groove has been seted up to the inner wall of spacing groove, the one end and the inner wall fixed connection of mounting groove of extension spring, the other end and the fixture block fixed connection of extension spring, the draw-in groove with the fixture block looks adaptation has been seted up to the side of screwed ring, can fix a position between screwed ring and the regulating wheel.
Preferably, the side of limiting plate is provided with the pulley, the spout with pulley looks adaptation has been seted up to the cavity inner wall, can improve the flexibility that the limiting plate removed.
Preferably, the number of the clamping components is two, and the two clamping components are symmetrically distributed along the vertical central axis of the thread section, wherein the number of the clamping columns in each clamping component is two, and the two clamping columns are symmetrically distributed along the horizontal central axis of the limiting plate, so that the stability of locking between the nut sleeve and the thread section can be improved.

Preferably, an annular groove is formed in the outer ring side of the threaded ring, the longitudinal section of the annular groove is in a right triangle shape, and the clamping block can conveniently slide outside the threaded ring through the annular groove.

2. According to the invention, the locating component is arranged, the threaded ring can be clamped with the limit groove when the nut sleeve moves downwards, when the bottom end of the threaded ring is contacted with the clamping block, the clamping ring can move inwards towards the mounting groove under the action of the annular groove, the tension spring is in a compressed state until the threaded ring moves to the bottom of the limit groove, and the clamping groove is opposite to the clamping block, so that the clamping block can be mutually clamped with the clamping groove under the reset action of the tension spring, the connection and the location between the threaded ring and the adjusting wheel are completed, the nut sleeve and the adjusting nut can be clamped by arranging the clamped threaded ring, the connection stability among the adjusting wheel, the nut sleeve and the threaded section is further improved, and looseness is prevented.

Referring to fig. 1-6, the invention discloses a detachable valve rod nut locking device, which comprises a valve body 1 and a valve rod main body 2 movably arranged on the valve body 1, wherein a nut sleeve 3 and an adjusting wheel 4 are movably arranged at the top of the valve rod main body 2, a locking component is arranged between the nut sleeve 3 and the adjusting wheel 4, and a cavity 5 is formed in the nut sleeve 3;

the clamping component comprises a threaded section 6, a pull rod 7, a limiting plate 8, a clamping column 9 and a collision spring 10, the diameter of the threaded section 6 is smaller than that of the valve rod main body 2, the nut sleeve 3 is in threaded connection with the threaded section 6, the threaded section 6 is fixedly connected with the top end of the valve rod main body, the limiting plate 8 is movably arranged in the cavity 5, one side of the limiting plate 8 is fixedly connected with the pull rod 7, the other end of the limiting plate 8 is fixedly connected with the clamping column 9, a fixing groove matched with the clamping column 9 is formed in the side face of the threaded section 6, when the nut sleeve 3 is in threaded connection with the threaded section 6, the clamping column 9 can be just aligned with the fixing groove when the nut sleeve 3 is rotated to be in contact with the top of the adjusting wheel 4, one end of the collision spring 10 is fixedly connected with the side face of the limiting plate 8, and the other end of the collision spring 10 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the cavity 5, and locking can be carried out between the nut sleeve 3 and the threaded section 6;
the locating component includes screwed ring 11, extension spring 12 and fixture block 13, screwed ring 11 and the bottom fixed connection of nut cover 3, the spacing groove 14 with screwed ring 11 looks adaptation has been seted up at the top of regulating wheel 4, screwed ring 11 rotates to the spacing groove 14 bottom time, fixture block 13 can just block mutually with the draw-in groove, mounting groove 15 has been seted up to the inner wall of spacing groove 14, the inner wall fixed connection of one end and mounting groove 15 of extension spring 12, the other end and the fixture block 13 fixed connection of extension spring 12, the draw-in groove with fixture block 13 looks adaptation has been seted up to the side of screwed ring 11, can fix a position between screwed ring 11 and regulating wheel 4.
The pulley 16 is arranged on the side face of the limiting plate 8, the sliding groove matched with the pulley 16 is formed in the inner wall of the cavity 5, and therefore the flexibility of movement of the limiting plate 8 can be improved.
The number of the clamping components is two, the two clamping components are symmetrically distributed along the vertical central axis of the threaded section 6, the number of the clamping columns 9 in each clamping component is two, the two clamping columns 9 are symmetrically distributed along the horizontal central axis of the limiting plate 8, and the locking stability between the nut sleeve 3 and the threaded section 6 can be improved.
The number of the positioning parts is two, and the two positioning parts are symmetrically distributed along the vertical central axis of the thread section 6, so that the connection stability between the thread ring 11 and the adjusting wheel 4 can be improved.
One end of the pull rod 7, which is far away from the limiting plate 8, extends out of the nut sleeve 3, and a check bolt 17 is arranged on the pull rod 7, and a threaded hole matched with the nut sleeve 3 is formed in the outer side of the nut sleeve 3, so that the pull rod 7 is conveniently locked, and movement is prevented.
The bottom fixedly connected with holding ring 18 of regulating wheel 4, the constant head tank 19 with holding ring 18 looks adaptation has been seted up at the top of valve rod body, can fix a position regulating wheel 4.
The bottom fixedly connected with chucking ring 20 of nut cover 3, chucking groove 21 with chucking ring 20 looks adaptation has been seted up at the top of regulating wheel 4, can fix a position the thread bush to carry out mutual block to regulating wheel 4.
An oil filling port 22 is formed in the top of the nut sleeve 3, a sealing plug 23 is arranged on the oil filling port 22, and the oil filling port 22 is communicated with the inner side of the nut sleeve 3, so that oil can be filled in the nut sleeve 3 conveniently, and the thread section 6 can be lubricated.
An annular groove is formed in the outer ring side of the threaded ring 11, the longitudinal section of the annular groove is in a right triangle shape, and the clamping block 13 can conveniently slide outside the threaded ring 11 through the annular groove.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the nut sleeve 3 is used, firstly, the adjusting wheel 4 is sleeved on the outer ring side of the threaded section 6, the pull rod 7 is pulled, the pull rod 7 drives the limiting block to move, and accordingly the clamping column 9 is driven to move, the clamping column 9 can be separated from the inner side of the nut sleeve 3, the abutting spring 10 is in a compressed state under the extrusion of the limiting block, the nut sleeve 3 is in threaded connection with the threaded section 6, the pull rod 7 is loosened until the nut sleeve 3 rotates to the bottom of the device to be attached to the top of the adjusting wheel 4, at the moment, the limiting block moves under the reset action of the abutting spring 10, the clamping column 9 can be driven to move until the clamping column 9 is clamped with the fixing groove, at the same time, the threaded ring 11 can be clamped with the limiting groove 14 when the nut sleeve 3 moves downwards, when the bottom of the threaded ring 11 is contacted with the clamping block 13, the clamping ring can move into the mounting groove 15 under the action of the annular groove, at the moment, the stretching spring 12 is in a compressed state until the threaded ring 11 moves to the bottom of the limiting groove 14, at the moment, the clamping groove is opposite to the position of the clamping block 13, the clamping groove can drive the clamping block 13 to reset action of the stretching spring 12, and the clamping groove 11 to be clamped with the clamping groove to the fixing groove 4, and the positioning ring 4 to be mutually connected with the adjusting wheel.
