Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an automatic hair washing device for bedridden patients.
The technical scheme is that the device comprises a washing sheath, a clean water tank and a sewage tank which are respectively communicated with the washing sheath;
the washing sheath comprises a cover body and a fastening edge arranged at the edge of an opening of the cover body, the cover body is close to the physiological shape of the head of a human body, the cover body wraps the hair, and the fastening edge is attached to the skin at the edge of the hair.
The water pump is characterized in that one end, far away from the fastening edge, of the cover body is connected with a main water pipe, the end portion of the main water pipe is respectively connected with a clean water branch pipe and a sewage branch pipe through a valve, the end portion of the clean water branch pipe is communicated with the clean water tank, the end portion of the sewage branch pipe is communicated with the sewage tank, and a water pump is arranged on the clean water branch pipe between the valve and the clean water tank.
The heating device and the temperature control device are arranged in the clear water tank and used for heating and preserving heat of clear water in the clear water tank, so that discomfort of a bedridden patient caused by washing hair with cold water at low temperature is avoided;
the main water pipe, the clear water branch pipe and the sewage branch pipe are all made of soft water pipes;
the valves used are prior art and will not be described further herein. When the hair is washed, clean water in the clean water tank is pumped up through the water pump, the valve is opened, the clean water branch pipe is communicated with the main water pipe, the clean water enters the cover body for washing the sheath through the clean water branch pipe and the main water pipe, when sewage is discharged, the water outlet of the sheath is lifted upwards slightly, the valve is opened, the sewage branch pipe is communicated with the main water pipe, and under the action of gravity, the sewage is discharged into the sewage tank through the sewage branch pipe and the main water pipe.
The washing sheath is made of elastic material which is elastic enough and waterproof.
The main water pipe is provided with a plurality of shampoo inlets, and the shampoo inlets are connected with a plurality of shampoo storage bottles through threads.
The clear water tank with the sewage case all sets up on a small handcart, one side of small handcart is provided with the handrail, the bottom of small handcart is provided with the universal wheel of area brake.
The device is characterized by further comprising a liquid tank, a partition plate is connected inside the liquid tank in a sliding mode, the partition plate divides an inner cavity of the liquid tank into an upper closed area and a lower closed area, the upper area is a sewage collecting area, the lower area is a clear water storing area, sliding rails are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the liquid tank, sliding blocks matched with the sliding rails are arranged at two ends of the partition plate, and sealing rubber strips are arranged on the peripheral edge of the partition plate;
one end of the cover body, which is far away from the fastening edge, is connected with a main water pipe, the end part of the main water pipe is respectively connected with a clean water branch pipe and a sewage branch pipe through a valve, the end part of the clean water branch pipe is communicated with the clean water storage area, the end part of the sewage branch pipe is communicated with the sewage collecting area, and a water pump is arranged on the clean water branch pipe between the valve and the clean water storage area;
one side of clear water reservoir is provided with the water inlet, one side of sewage collecting region is provided with the outlet, liquid tank top one side is provided with the pull rod of pull, and the liquid tank top is provided with the storage tank, the storage tank is provided with the upper cover.
A head bending mechanism is arranged in the washing sheath and comprises a driving unit, a chassis and head bending grabbing rods fixedly arranged on one side of the chassis, the head bending grabbing rods are made of arc-shaped elastic materials and distributed in a circumferential array mode relative to the center of the chassis, the free end portions of the head bending grabbing rods face the fastening edge, massage balls with smooth surfaces are fixedly arranged at the end portions of the free ends of the head bending grabbing rods, and extension rods are arranged on the side wall of the chassis;
the driving unit comprises a moving groove, one side in the moving groove is rotatably connected with a lead screw, the other side in the moving groove is fixedly connected with a sliding rod, the lead screw is driven by a motor, one side of the end part of the extension rod is provided with a moving block, the moving block is slidably connected with the moving groove, the moving block is provided with a threaded hole and a through hole, the threaded hole is in threaded connection with the lead screw, and the through hole is slidably connected with the sliding rod.
An annular limiting ring is arranged at the top of one end, facing the flexible head grabbing rod, of the moving groove, and the flexible head grabbing rod is located inside the limiting ring;
the side wall of one end, far away from the scratching head grabbing rod, of the moving groove is provided with a supporting rod, a holding rod is arranged on one side of the supporting rod, a groove is formed between the supporting rod and the holding rod, the holding rod is fixed on the cover body, the cover body is located between the supporting rod and the holding rod, a switch is arranged at the end of the holding rod, and the switch controls and drives a motor of the screw rod.
The fastening edge of the washing sheath is fixed with a plurality of long strips made of towel materials, and the free ends of the long strips are located inside the washing sheath.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention provides an automatic hair washing device for bedridden patients, which can solve the problem that the bedridden patients or the people who are inconvenient to move can wash hair on the bed, and has the advantages that:
(1) the device is convenient to carry, can be pushed by a trolley or can be directly carried by hands, occupies little space, is simple and convenient to operate, can finish the processes of washing and rinsing the hair when a patient or a person who is inconvenient to move lies on a bed without moving to get up or bending down, saves the complicated operation process of washing the hair by a machine, has gentle action during hair washing, brings comfortable use experience for the patient, saves time and labor, and is economical and practical;
(2) the washing sheath is made of elastic material which is elastic enough and waterproof, so that water cannot flow out of the washing sheath, the water cannot flow down along the neck, clothes or bed sheets cannot be polluted, convenience and sanitation are realized, and infection is avoided;
(3) the head bending mechanism adopts the head bending grabbing rod made of arc elastic materials, so that the scalp and hair of a patient can be massaged and kneaded by simulating hands of a person, the hair is fully contacted with shampoo and clear water, the full completion of cleaning is ensured, the hair winding can be avoided, and the head bending grabbing rod can play a role in straightening the hair when the washing sheath is taken down;
(4) the fastening edge of the washing sheath is fixed with a plurality of long strips made of towel materials, so that hairs can be prevented from being wound together during kneading, and the use experience is improved.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an automatic hair washing device for bedridden patients, which comprises a washing sheath 1, and a clean water tank 2 and a sewage tank 3 respectively communicated with the washing sheath 1;
the washing sheath 1 comprises a cover body 101 and a fastening edge 102 arranged at the edge of an opening of the cover body 101, the cover body 101 is close to the physiological shape of the head of a human body, the cover body 101 wraps the hair, and the fastening edge 102 is attached to the skin at the edge of the hair.
One end of the cover body 101, which is far away from the fastening edge 102, is connected with a main water pipe 4, the end part of the main water pipe 4 is respectively connected with a clean water branch pipe 401 and a sewage branch pipe 402 through a valve 6, the end part of the clean water branch pipe 401 is communicated with the clean water tank 2, the end part of the sewage branch pipe 402 is communicated with the sewage tank 3, and a water pump 7 is arranged on the clean water branch pipe 401 between the valve 6 and the clean water tank 2.
The clear water tank 2 is internally provided with a heating device and a temperature control device for heating and preserving the clear water in the clear water tank 2, so that the discomfort of bedridden patients caused by washing the hair with cold water with low temperature is avoided;
the main water pipe 4, the clear water branch pipe 401 and the sewage branch pipe 402 are all made of soft water pipes;
the valves used are prior art and will not be described further herein. When the hair needs to be washed, clean water in the clean water tank 2 is pumped up through the water pump 7, the valve 6 is opened, the clean water branch pipe 401 is communicated with the main water pipe 4, the clean water enters the cover body 101 of the washing sheath 1 through the clean water branch pipe 401 and the main water pipe 4, when sewage needs to be discharged, the water outlet of the washing sheath 1 is lifted upwards slightly, the valve 6 is opened, the sewage branch pipe 402 is communicated with the main water pipe 4, and under the action of gravity, the sewage is discharged into the sewage tank 3 through the sewage branch pipe 402 and the main water pipe 4.
The sheath 1 is made of a sufficiently elastic, water-impermeable elastic material.
A plurality of shampoo inlets 5 are arranged on the main water pipe 4, and a plurality of shampoo storage bottles 8 are connected to the shampoo inlets 5 through threads.
The clean water tank 2 and the sewage tank 3 are both arranged on a small cart 9, one side of the small cart 9 is provided with a handrail 901, and the bottom of the small cart 9 is provided with a universal wheel 902 with a brake.
When the invention is used, the clean water tank 2 is filled with clean water, the clean water in the clean water tank 2 can be heated and insulated through the heating device and the temperature control device, the trolley 9 is pushed to the side of a patient to slightly lift the head of the patient, the washing sheath 1 is sleeved on the head of the patient, the hair of the patient is wrapped by the cover body 101, the fastening edge 102 at the opening edge of the cover body 101 is clamped on the skin at the hair edge, the shampoo can be added into the shampoo storage bottle 8 in advance, then the shampoo storage bottle 8 is screwed on the shampoo adding opening 5, the shampoo in the shampoo storage bottle 8 is squeezed into the main water pipe 4, then the valve 6 is opened to communicate the clean water branch pipe 401 with the main water pipe 4, the clean water in the clean water tank 2 is pumped up through the water pump 7, the clean water enters the cover body 101 of the washing sheath 1 through the clean water branch pipe 401 and the main water pipe 4, when enough clean water is in the washing sheath 1, closing the valve 6, because the washing sheath 1 is made of a waterproof elastic material with enough elasticity, water cannot flow out of the washing sheath 1, a caregiver can gently rub the head of the patient through the cover body 101 to make the hair fully contact with the shampoo and the clear water, when sewage needs to be discharged, slightly lifting the water outlet of the washing sheath 1 upwards, opening the valve 6 to communicate the sewage branch pipe 402 with the main water pipe 4, and under the action of gravity, discharging the sewage into the sewage tank 3 through the sewage branch pipe 402 and the main water pipe 4, and if the sewage needs to be washed once again, repeating the above operations until the hair is washed;
in order to prevent the wet hair from catching cold when contacting with air, a dry towel can be placed on the sickbed below the washing sheath 1 in advance, namely the position of the pillow at the head of the patient, after the hair washing is finished, the washing sheath 1 is taken down, and the hair of the patient is quickly wrapped by the towel to be dried.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, on the basis of embodiment 1, different from embodiment 1, the sewage treatment device further comprises a liquid tank 10, a partition plate 11 is connected in the liquid tank 10 in a sliding manner, the partition plate 11 divides an inner cavity of the liquid tank 10 into an upper closed area and a lower closed area, the upper area is a sewage collecting area 12, the lower area is a clear water storing area 13, slide rails 14 are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the liquid tank 10, slide blocks matched with the slide rails are arranged at two ends of the partition plate 11, and a sealing rubber strip 15 is arranged on the peripheral edge of the partition plate 11;
one end of the cover body 101, which is far away from the fastening edge 102, is connected with a main water pipe 4, the end part of the main water pipe 4 is respectively connected with a clear water branch pipe 401 and a sewage branch pipe 402 through a valve 6, the end part of the clear water branch pipe 401 is communicated with a clear water storage area 13, the end part of the sewage branch pipe 402 is communicated with a sewage collection area 12, and a water pump 7 is arranged on the clear water branch pipe 401 between the valve 6 and the clear water storage area 13;
a water inlet 31 is formed in one side of the clean water storage area 13, a water outlet 32 is formed in one side of the sewage collection area 12, a pull rod 16 is arranged on one side of the top of the liquid tank 10 in a pulling mode, a storage box 17 is arranged on the top of the liquid tank 10, and an upper cover is arranged on the storage box 17.
When the device is used, sufficient clear water is added into the clear water storage area 13 of the liquid tank 10 through the water inlet 31, then the water inlet 31 is closed, the device can be directly carried by a patient by hand due to the arrangement of the pull rod 16, necessary washing and protecting articles and the like can be placed in the storage tank 17, the washing and protecting sleeve 1 is sleeved on the head of the patient, so that the hair of the patient is wrapped by the cover body 101, the fastening edge 102 at the opening edge of the cover body 101 is clamped on the skin at the hair edge, the shampoo can be added into the shampoo storage bottle 8 in advance, then the shampoo storage bottle 8 is screwed on the shampoo adding opening 5, the shampoo in the shampoo storage bottle 8 is squeezed into the main water pipe 4, then the valve 6 is opened, so that the clear water branch pipe 401 is communicated with the main water pipe 4, the clear water in the clear water storage area 13 is pumped up through the water pump 7, and the clear water enters the cover body 101 of the washing and protecting sleeve 1 through the clear water branch pipe 401 and the main water pipe 4, when enough clear water is in the washing sheath 1, the valve 6 is closed, and because the washing sheath 1 is made of elastic material which is large enough and elastic and waterproof, the water cannot flow out of the washing sheath 1, and the nursing staff can gently rub the head of the patient through the cover body 101, so that the hair is fully contacted with the shampoo and the clear water;
when the sewage is required to be discharged, the water outlet of the washing sheath 1 is slightly lifted upwards, the valve 6 is opened, the sewage branch pipe 402 is communicated with the main water pipe 4, and under the action of gravity, the sewage is discharged into the sewage collecting area 12 through the sewage branch pipe 402 and the main water pipe 4, and if the sewage needs to be washed once again, the operation can be repeated until the hair is washed clean.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, on the basis of embodiment 1, a head bending mechanism is arranged inside the washing sheath 1, the head bending mechanism includes a driving unit, a chassis 18 and a head bending grabbing rod 19 fixedly arranged on one side of the chassis 18, the head bending grabbing rod 19 is made of an arc elastic material, the head bending grabbing rods 19 are distributed in a circumferential array around the center of the chassis 18, a free end of the head bending grabbing rod 19 faces the fastening edge 102, a massage ball with a smooth surface is fixedly arranged at a free end of the head bending grabbing rod 19, and an extension rod 20 is arranged on a side wall of the chassis 18;
the driving unit comprises a moving groove 21, a lead screw 22 is rotatably connected to one side in the moving groove 21, a sliding rod 23 is fixedly connected to the other side of the moving groove, the lead screw 22 is driven by a motor, a moving block 24 is arranged on one side of the end portion of the extension rod 20, the moving block 24 is slidably connected with the moving groove 21, a threaded hole and a through hole are formed in the moving block 24, the threaded hole is in threaded connection with the lead screw 22, and the through hole is slidably connected with the sliding rod 23.
A circular limiting ring 25 is arranged at the top of one end, facing the flexible head grabbing rod 19, of the moving groove 21, and the flexible head grabbing rod 19 is located inside the limiting ring 25;
a support rod 26 is arranged on the side wall of one end of the moving groove 21 far away from the scratching head grabbing rod 19, a holding rod 27 is arranged on one side of the support rod 26, a groove is formed between the support rod 26 and the holding rod 27, the holding rod 27 is fixed on the cover body 101, the cover body 101 is positioned between the support rod 26 and the holding rod 27, a switch 28 is arranged at the end part of the holding rod 27, and the switch 28 controls a motor for driving the screw rod 22.
When the hair washing device is used, the washing sheath 1 is sleeved on the head of a patient, so that the hair of the patient is wrapped by the cover body 101, the fastening edge 102 at the edge of the opening of the cover body 101 is clamped on the skin at the edge of the hair, the free end of the head scratching rod 19 grasps the top of the head of the patient like an opened finger, the head scratching rod 19 is made of an arc elastic material and cannot cause pain to the patient, when the hair is washed, a nursing worker holds the holding rod 27 with a hand, opens the switch 28 at the end part of the holding rod 27, the screw rod 22 starts to rotate and drives the moving block 24 to move back and forth along the moving groove 21, the free end of the head scratching rod 19 can simulate the hand to massage and rub the scalp and the hair of the patient, the hair can fully contact shampoo and clear water, the washing is fully completed, the hair winding can be avoided, and the head scratching rod 19 can play a role of smoothing the hair when the washing sheath 1 is taken down.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 7, on the basis of the embodiment 1, a plurality of towel material strips 29 are fixed on the fastening edge 102 of the washing sheath 1, and the free ends of the strips 29 are positioned inside the washing sheath 1.
Before use, the strip 29 made of towel material is straightened, the free end of the strip is extended towards the inside of the washing sheath 1, the hair of a patient is straightened, the hair is enabled to be the same as the extension direction of the strip 29, then the washing sheath 1 is sleeved on the head of the patient, the hair is the same as the extension direction of the strip 29, and therefore the hair can be prevented from being wound together during rubbing.
