As a further improvement of the invention, the rolling mechanism comprises a slide way mechanism arranged at the left side of the upper template, a return spring is arranged in the slide way mechanism, and a sliding block is movably connected with the slide way mechanism.
As a further improvement of the invention, the left bottom of the sliding block is provided with a sliding block working inclined plane, the right side of the sliding block is connected with a rolling core rod through a fixing seat, and the right side of the rolling core rod is provided with an upper combining part.
As a further improvement of the invention, the left side of the U-shaped male die is provided with a lower joint.
As a further improvement of the invention, a positioning shoulder is processed at the bottom of the ejector block and used for limiting, and an ejector spring is arranged below the positioning shoulder.
As a further improvement of the invention, the rolling slide blocks are respectively symmetrical in front and back, the rolling slide blocks and the slide block seat are connected in a dovetail groove mode, so that the rolling slide blocks can move forwards and backwards in the horizontal direction, and the rolling slide block working inclined surfaces of the rolling slide blocks are respectively processed on the front side and the rear side.
As a further improvement of the invention, the upper driving mechanism comprises driving rods which are symmetrically arranged in front and back, and the working inclined surfaces of the driving rods are processed at the corresponding positions of the working inclined surfaces of the round sliders.
As a further improvement of the invention, a lower driving block is arranged at the position of the lower template corresponding to the rolling mechanism, and a working inclined plane of the lower driving block is processed at the upper right part of the lower driving block.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the upper stamping die is divided into two movable rolling core rods and a fixed U-shaped male die, the rolling core rods are driven by a driving block, so that the upper stamping die is used as an inner die in stamping, reset is carried out by virtue of a reset spring after stamping is finished, the workpiece is conveniently fed, and the rolling sliding blocks of the combined die are utilized to carry out twice actions, so that the stamping process is finished at the same station for multiple times, the positioning accuracy is high, and the product quality is improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-4, the disposable half-turning U-shaped edge and half-rolling device of the present invention comprises an upper die plate 1 and a lower die plate 7, a rolling mechanism 2 installed on the left side of the upper die plate 1 and a U-shaped male die 3 installed on the right side of the upper die plate 1, wherein the rolling mechanism 2 comprises a slide way mechanism 21 installed on the left side of the upper die plate 1, a return spring 22 is installed in the slide way mechanism 21, a sliding block 23 movably connected with the slide way mechanism 21 is installed, a sliding block working inclined plane 24 is machined at the bottom of the left side of the sliding block 23, a rolling core rod 26 is connected on the right side of the sliding block 23 through a fixing seat 25, and an upper joint 261 is machined on the right side of the rolling core rod 26 (see fig. 4). The lower coupling portion 31 is machined on the left side of the U-shaped punch 3. The upper driving mechanism 11 is arranged on the front and rear sides of the middle part of the upper template 1, the upper driving mechanism 11 comprises driving rods 111 which are symmetrically arranged on the front and rear sides, and driving rod working inclined planes 1111 are processed at the corresponding positions of the driving rods 111 and the round slider working inclined planes 101. A U-shaped female die 8 is arranged at the position of the lower die plate 7 corresponding to the U-shaped male die 3, a sliding block seat 9 and a rolling sliding block 10 are arranged at the position corresponding to the upper driving mechanism 11, a jacking block 5 is arranged in the middle of the rolling sliding block 10, a positioning shoulder 51 is processed at the bottom of the jacking block 5 and used for limiting, and a jacking spring 6 is arranged below the positioning shoulder 51. The upper template continues to move downwards again, the driving rod working inclined plane acts on the rolling round sliding block working inclined plane, the rolling round sliding block moves horizontally forwards and backwards along the sliding block seat, the left U-shaped material sheet is extruded into a circle (at the moment, the material ejection block is in a static state under the action of the positioning shoulder), stamping is completed (see figure 3), when the upper template moves upwards to a certain height, the lower driving block is separated from the sliding block, the rolling round core rod moves leftwards under the action of the reset spring, the rolling round core rod is separated from the circular part of the workpiece, meanwhile, the material ejection spring ejects the material ejection block with the workpiece, and the workpiece can be taken out freely.
