Abstract

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the movable U-shaped section beam inner mold support comprises a support walking system, an inner mold lifting system and an inner mold supporting system; the internal mold comprises a bottom template 1 and two side templates 2, wherein the bottom template and the two side templates are of split structures.
The support traveling system comprises two horizontally arranged track beams 3 which are arranged in parallel and have a certain distance, two groups of traveling wheels 4 are arranged at the bottom of each track beam, and at least one group of traveling wheels is driven by a motor; the walking wheels at the bottom of the two track beams are supported on two guide rails 5 which are tiled on the ground;

When the lifting column is implemented specifically, the fixed sections 61 of the upright columns 6 can adopt channel steel, the channel steel notches of the fixed sections of the two upright columns are opposite, and the lifting section 62 can adopt channel steel, I-steel or square steel tube and is movably nested in the channel steel notches of the fixed sections. The lifting jack 8 adopts a hydraulic jack, and the lifting jack 8 is lifted, so that the lifting section 62 can slide up and down along the fixed section 61.
In the specific implementation of the invention, in order to reinforce the structure of the vertical rods 11, two inclined support rods 15 can be welded between the two sides of each vertical rod 11 and the top surface of the bottom formwork.
The specific working process of the invention is as follows:
installing a template: as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a U-shaped section beam outer mold 16 is erected above the two rails 5; the motor drives the travelling wheels to enable the inner mold support to carry the inner mold to travel along the track, and the inner mold is moved into the outer mold; the height of the upright post lifting section 62 is adjusted through the lifting jack 8, and the inner die bottom template 1 is adjusted to be at a proper height from the outer die bottom template according to the thickness of the U-shaped section beam bottom plate; controlling the cross brace oil cylinder 13 and the vertical brace and inclined brace oil cylinder 14 to extend simultaneously, and pushing the templates 2 on the two sides outwards until the lower ends are aligned with the upper ends of the bottom templates to finish template installation; the direction of the arrow in fig. 5 is the sideform urging direction. And then pouring U-shaped section beam concrete 17 between the inner template and the outer template.
Removing the mold: and (5) starting to demold the concrete after the concrete reaches the designed strength. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the cross brace oil cylinder 13 and the vertical brace and inclined brace oil cylinder 14 are simultaneously contracted to fold the inner mold side template 2 inwards, so that the side template 2 is separated from the concrete 17; the arrow direction in fig. 6 is the closing direction of the sideform; then lifting the lifting section of the upright post upwards by a lifting jack 8 to separate the inner mould bottom template 1 from the concrete, thus completing the mould removal; the direction of the arrow in fig. 7 is the direction in which the inner mold bottom die plate 1 rises.
As shown in fig. 8, the motor drives the travelling wheels to make the inner mold support carry the inner mold to travel along the track, so that the inner mold is completely separated from the U-shaped section beam area.
