During operation, by arranging the second mounting plate 571, in the process that the lubricant is extruded to flow in the first connecting pipe 56, the extruded lubricant enters the connecting hole 573 to extrude the abutting plate 572, the extruding force enables the abutting plate 572 to move in the direction away from the connecting hole 573 by overcoming the elastic force of the second spring 575 until the abutting plate 572 is separated from the connecting hole 573, and the lubricant flows to the outer surface of the cavity of the lower die 7 through the gap between the abutting plate 572 and the connecting hole 573, so that the problem of lubricant loss caused by the fact that the lubricant enters the outer surface of the cavity of the lower die 7 through the first connecting pipe 56 due to the influence of external factors such as vibration generated by collision of the base 1 when the first auxiliary demolding mechanism 5 does not operate is solved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the diameter of the resisting plate 572 is one cm to two cm larger than the diameter of the connecting hole 573.

In operation, the back-blocking mechanism 57 is also arranged at a position close to the left side inside the second connecting pipe 510, so that the problem that when gas extrudes the air bag 55 through the first mounting plate 54, lubricant inside the air bag 55 enters the liquid storage box 59 through the second connecting pipe 510 due to extrusion force, and the lubricant inside the air bag 55 enters the outer surface of the cavity of the lower die 7 through the first connecting pipe 56 is insufficient is solved, and the working effect of the first auxiliary demolding mechanism 5 is further ensured.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, an elastic pad 66 is fixedly mounted on the upper end of the pressing rod 65.
During operation, the elastic pad 66 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the extrusion rod 65, so that damage of the extrusion rod 65 to the outer surface of the lower die 7 is reduced in the process that the extrusion rod 65 moves upwards to impact the outer surface of the lower die 7.
The using method comprises the following steps: firstly, a worker places and fixes a workpiece on the lower die 7, when a stamping operation starts, the telescopic piece 2 is controlled by the control system to drive the upper die 4 to move towards the direction close to the lower die 7, because the length of the first extrusion plate 51 is greater than the distance between the bottom surface of the lower die 7 and the outer surface of the lower end of the top plate 3, in the process that the upper die 4 moves towards the direction close to the lower die 7, the lower end of the first extrusion plate 51 can enter the inside of the U-shaped groove 52, because the inner diameter of the U-shaped groove 52 is the same as the width of the first extrusion plate 51, the U-shaped groove 52 is in sealed movable connection with the first extrusion plate 51, along with the fact that the first extrusion plate 51 continues to move downwards in the U-shaped groove 52, the first extrusion plate 51 extrudes the gas in the U-shaped groove 52, so that the gas in the U-shaped groove 52 moves towards the left groove cavity of the U-shaped groove 52, and along with the fact that the first extrusion plate 51 continues to move downwards in the U-shaped groove 52, the first mounting plate 54 is extruded by gas to move upwards in the U-shaped groove 52 against the elastic force of the first spring 53, the air bag 55 is extruded in the process that the first mounting plate 54 moves upwards in the inner surface of the U-shaped groove 52, so that the lubricant in the air bag flows to the inner surface of the cavity of the lower die 7 through the first connecting pipe 56, the flow speed of the lubricant in the first connecting pipe 56 is reduced by arranging the buffer blocks 58 which are uniformly distributed, the problem that the lubricant cannot be well attached to the outer surface of the cavity of the lower die 7 due to the fact that the flow speed of the lubricant is too high and sputtering occurs in the cavity of the lower die 7 is avoided, and the lubricant can well attach to the outer surface of the cavity of the lower die 7 due to the fact that the pipe orifice of the first connecting pipe 56 is arranged above the cavity of the lower die 7, and meanwhile, in the process that the upper die 4 extrudes the workpiece, the workpiece can gradually extrude the lubricant flowing to the bottom of the cavity of the lower die 7, the lubricant flows on the outer surface of the die cavity of the lower die 7 from bottom to top, the adhesion effect of the lubricant on the outer surface of the die cavity of the lower die 7 is further improved, the problem that the outer surface of a workpiece is damaged due to extrusion between the workpiece and the pipe orifice of the first connecting pipe 56 in the process of forming the inner part of the die cavity of the lower die 7 due to the fact that the pipe diameter of the first connecting pipe 56 is too large is solved, the problem that the lubricant cannot well flow out of the pipe orifice of the first connecting pipe 56 due to the fact that the pipe diameter of the first connecting pipe 56 is too small is solved, after the workpiece is punched, the telescopic piece 2 is controlled by the control system to drive the upper die 4 to move in the direction away from the lower die 7 until the upper die 4 returns to the original position, the next punching work is convenient to be carried out, and the lubricant is further added between the workpiece and the lower die 7, the frictional force between the work and the lower die 7 is reduced.
