In the device, through setting up unit 2 of polishing, unit 2 of polishing includes support body 21, holder 22, centre gripping tailstock 23, motor 24 and polish pole 25, can be through the bolt fastening who will wash between holder 22 and centre gripping tailstock 23 to adopt motor 24 to drive polish pole 25, polish the bolt, thereby wash and polish the bolt through ultrasonic cleaning unit 1 and polishing unit 2, can improve the cleaning quality of bolt, also can improve cleaning efficiency.
The device is low in manufacturing cost, simple in structure and small in size, can be installed in each device area of a workshop, can clean the bolts at any time, avoids the problem that the bolts can be cleaned only after being transported for a long distance, and reduces the difficulty of classification management; compared with the traditional soaking, the ultrasonic soaking pool 11 greatly reduces the soaking time and improves the soaking effect. The ultrasonic soaking procedure lays a foundation for the next mechanical cleaning, and the mechanical cleaning efficiency is greatly improved; the operation is simple, professional technicians are not needed, and common personnel can operate the operation only by explaining operation safety cautions before the operation.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a bolt cleaning method according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 2, the method is applied to a bolt cleaning apparatus provided in any one of the above possible designs, and the method includes:
201. the bolts to be cleaned and the cleaning liquid are placed in the soaking tank 11.
In this step, the bolt may be provided with or without a nut, which is not limited in this embodiment.
202. The ultrasonic generator 12 is turned on, and the bolt is cleaned by the ultrasonic vibrator 13.
In this step, the intensity of the ultrasonic wave can be adjusted by the ultrasonic generator 12, so that the cleaning can be performed in accordance with the actual condition of the bolt. After the cleaning is finished, the cleaning liquid can be directly discharged, the trouble of subsequent treatment of the cleaning agent is avoided, and the environmental pollution is avoided. Old bolts needing to be cleaned are soaked in the pool in advance, dirt attached to the surfaces of the threads can be stripped or loosened by means of the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves, the soaking time is greatly shortened, and the soaking effect is improved.
203. After a preset time period of cleaning, the ultrasonic generator 12 is turned off.
In this step, the operator may manually turn off the ultrasonic generator 12 after a preset time period, or perform timing based on a timer provided on the ultrasonic generator 12, and after the preset time period is cleaned, the ultrasonic generator 12 is automatically stopped, which is not limited in this embodiment. Thereafter, the operator removes the cleaned bolt for use. The preset time period can be set according to actual needs, for example, 3-10 minutes.
204. The cleaned first end of the bolt is mounted in a holder 22 and the second end of the bolt is secured using a holding tail block 23.
In the step, the bolt is clamped by the clamp holder 22, and the bolt and the clamp holder 22 can be ensured to be coaxial, so that the bolt always rotates around the axis of the bolt in the subsequent rotating process, the grinding cannot deviate, and the grinding quality is ensured.
205. The motor 24 is turned on to rotate the bolt by the gripper 22 and the bolt is ground by the grinding rod 25.
In this step, through polishing the bolt, can get rid of the dirt and the iron rust etc. on bolt surface, further, be equipped with steel brush and triangle emery stick on this pole 25 of polishing, wherein, the steel brush is used for polishing the bolt, and the triangle emery stick is used for restoreing damaged screw thread.
The process of repairing the thread by adopting the triangular sand strip can be as follows: the triangular sand strip is inserted into the thread, and the area from the root to the crest of the thread is polished to achieve the purpose of repairing the thread.
206. After finishing the grinding, the motor 24 is turned off, and the bolt is removed from the clamper 22 and the clamping tailstock 23.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the ultrasonic cleaning unit 1 is arranged, and the soaking pool 11 is used for accommodating the bolt to be cleaned and cleaning liquid, so that dirt attached to the thread surface of the bolt can be stripped or loosened under the action of ultrasonic cavitation, and a good soaking effect can be achieved within a short soaking time. Claims (10)
1. A bolt cleaning apparatus, the apparatus comprising: the ultrasonic cleaning device comprises an ultrasonic cleaning unit (1) and a polishing unit (2);
the ultrasonic cleaning unit (1) and the polishing unit (2) are used for sequentially processing bolts;
the ultrasonic cleaning unit (1) comprises: the cleaning device comprises a soaking pool (11), an ultrasonic generator (12) and an ultrasonic vibrator (13), wherein the soaking pool (11) is used for accommodating bolts to be cleaned and cleaning liquid, the ultrasonic generator (12) is connected to the outer wall of the soaking pool (11), the ultrasonic vibrator (13) is located on the inner wall of the soaking pool (11), and the output end of the ultrasonic generator (12) penetrates through the outer wall of the soaking pool (11) and is connected with the ultrasonic vibrator (13);
the sanding unit (2) comprises: support body (21), holder (22), centre gripping tailstock (23), motor (24) and pole (25) of polishing all connect in on the support body (21), holder (22) are used for the first end of centre gripping bolt, centre gripping tailstock (23) have the toper end, the toper end be used for with the terminal surface of the second end of bolt offsets, the output of motor (24) is connected holder (22).
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the side wall of the soaking pool (11) is provided with a liquid outlet.
3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the holder (22) is a three-jaw chuck for holding the bolt and rotating it.

The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sharpening unit (2) further comprises: the guide rail (26) is fixed to the top of the frame body (21), the extending direction of the guide rail (26) is parallel to the axial direction of the bolt, and the clamping tailstock (23) is connected to the guide rail (26) in a sliding mode.
5. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sharpening unit (2) further comprises: the bearing block (27), the bearing block (27) is fixed on the top of the frame body (21);
a transmission rod penetrates through the inner ring of the bearing seat (27), the first end of the transmission rod is connected with the output end of the motor (24), and the second end of the transmission rod is connected with the clamp holder (22).
6. The device according to claim 5, characterized in that the sharpening unit (2) further comprises: a pulley (28) and a V-belt (29);
the belt pulley (28) suit is in the first end of transfer line, V-belt (29) are connected the output of motor (24) with belt pulley (28).
7. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sanding rod (25) is provided with a wire brush and a triangular sanding bar.
8. The device according to claim 1, wherein the grinding unit (2) further comprises a support rod (210), the support rod (210) is connected to the frame body (21), and one end of the grinding rod (25) is rotatably connected to the support rod (210) through a damping rotating shaft.
9. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a polishing unit (3);
the polishing unit (3) comprises a polishing machine (31), a flexible shaft (32) and a polishing chuck (33);
the polishing machine (31) is fixed on the frame body (21), and the output end of the polishing machine (31) is connected with the polishing chuck (33) through the flexible shaft (32).
10. A bolt cleaning method, which is applied to a bolt cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
putting the bolt to be cleaned and cleaning liquid into a soaking pool (11);
turning on an ultrasonic generator (12), and cleaning the bolt based on an ultrasonic vibrator (13);
after cleaning for a preset time, turning off the ultrasonic generator (12);
installing the cleaned first end of the bolt into a clamper (22), and fixing the second end of the bolt by using a clamping tailstock (23);
turning on a motor (24), enabling the clamp holder (22) to drive the bolt to rotate, and polishing the bolt by using a polishing rod (25);
and after finishing polishing, turning off the motor (24), and taking down the bolt from the clamp (22) and the clamping tailstock (23).
