According to the invention, through the cooperation between the clamping device and the lifting device, when the aluminum veneer is assembled and disassembled, the position of the lifting sliding plate, which is separated from the top of the lifting lug, is selected, and at the moment, the aluminum veneer can be simultaneously lowered when the lifting rod descends, so that the assembling and disassembling position is lower, and when the clamping plate is placed at the lowest position, the assembling and disassembling are performed, so that the convenience of assembling and disassembling work is effectively improved, and meanwhile, the assembling and disassembling efficiency is improved.
