Abstract
方形卷绕电池结构与生产方法。一种方形卷绕电池结构,包括板芯及以板芯为轴卷绕的正极极片、负极极片,其中正极极片、负极极片间设有隔膜,正极极片向上延伸出形成正极极耳,负极极片向下延伸出形成负极极耳。本发明还提供了这种电池的生产方法。本申请提供的这种电池,能量密度较高,生效效率高,良品率高,散热效率好而且还可以提供电池使用过程中的温度和内部压力监测数据,为电池的安全使用提供很好的数据依据。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池,特别指一种方形卷绕式电池的结构与生产方法。
背景技术
发展新能源汽车,逐步取代燃油汽车已经成为当今世界各国的共识和努力方向,电动汽车是发展势头最好的新能源汽车,然而影响电动汽车发展的瓶颈在于可充电电池,可充电电池的续航、使用寿命和安全是大家最为关注的问题。在电池形状上,大致可以分为方形电池和圆柱形电池两类,圆柱形电池的主要缺点在于能量密度低,但圆柱形电池的卷绕式加工工艺比较成熟,产品良品率高;方形电池能量密度高,但多为叠片式电池,叠片式加工效率低且良品率低,方形电池也有使用卷绕式加工,卷绕时需要有一块芯板,将正极极片、隔膜和负极极片卷绕其上,最后会将芯板撤去,这时会导致中间部分空缺和内部卷绕的正极极片、负极极片塌陷,这种现象会导致正极板、负极板发现挤压损坏等隐患,另外,电池在充放电时会因为电流过高导致电池温度升高,而电池散热就是一个亟待解决的问题,好多电动汽车发生事故问题就在于电池散热问题没能得到很好的解决,而散热除了利用冷却剂,加快循环热交换,还有一个办法就是利用电池的极耳进行散热,市面上能充分利用电池极耳散热的成功案例不多,而申请人就这个问题申请了专利申请号为2022204985820,专利名称为“一种提高热交换效率的极耳结构”的实用新型专利,提供一种全极耳的充电电池,但该专利申请针对的是叠片式方形电池,本申请涉及的卷绕电池在极耳进一步加工时显然该专利技术不适用。
发明内容
本发明为解决以上技术问题,提供一种方形卷绕电池结构,可以加强电池热传导,保持高的能量密度,还方便加工生产。
这种方形卷绕电池结构,包括板芯及以板芯为轴卷绕的正极极片、负极极片,其中正极极片、负极极片间设有隔膜,正极极片向上延伸出形成正极极耳,负极极片向下延伸出形成负极极耳。
优选地,板芯设有卡槽,卡槽中设有温度传感器。
优选地,板芯设有卡槽,卡槽中设有气体压力传感器。
优选地,方形卷绕电池包括两侧的弧形区和中间的方形区,所述正极极耳和负极极耳设于方形区。
本发明还提供一种方形卷绕电池的生产方式,包括以下步骤:
将正极极片、隔膜、负极极片、隔膜叠加绕板芯卷绕,其中,正极极片向上延伸出形成正极极耳,负极极片向下延伸出形成负极极耳;
将卷绕完成的卷芯插进方形电池壳中;
将位于弧形区的正极极耳、负极极耳切除;
将正极极耳、负极极耳按若干片一组进行捆扎;
在正极极耳、负极极耳上分别套上散热片并焊接,烘烤干燥;
底部封装,注入电解液,上部封装;
正极、负极两端安装盖帽,焊接。
优选地,板芯中间设有插槽,插槽中设有温度传感器。
优选地,板芯中间设有插槽,插槽中设有气体压力传感器。
本申请提供的这种电池,能量密度较高,生效效率高,良品率高,散热效率好而且还可以提供电池使用过程中的温度和内部压力监测数据,为电池的安全使用提供很好的数据依据。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图用实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
本实施例提供的这种电池生产方法的大部分工艺与现有电池工艺相同,下面结合图1至图4着重说明其不同之处,并说明该区别之处产生的有益效果。这种方形卷绕电池结构,包括板芯10,板芯10用耐高温的塑料材料制成,是两侧带有弧面的板状体,板芯10上设有插槽11,插槽11中设有温度传感器20、气体压力传感器30,其中温度传感器20处于一个缕空的孔中以便两侧均能与极片接触,可以即时测量电池内温度,而气体压力传感器30与两侧极片均没有接触,处于无压力状态;以板芯10为轴依次叠加正极极片40、隔膜50、负极极片60、隔膜50进行卷绕,并且,正极极片40向上延伸出形成正极极耳41,负极极片60向下延伸出形成负极极耳61,见图4(未示出隔膜),卷绕完成后,将卷绕完成的卷芯插进方形电池壳70中;这时,方形卷绕电池的极耳包括两侧的弧形区和中间的方形区,用激光将处于弧形区的极耳切除,即正极极耳和负极极耳设于方形区,见图3,再将正极极耳、负极极耳按若干片为一组进行捆扎,使得各极耳相互连接;在正极极耳、负极极耳上分别套上散热片80并直流焊,加强散热效果,然后烘烤干燥,底部封装,注入电解液,上部封装;最后在正极、负极两端安装盖帽,焊接完成。

Claims (7)
1.一种方形卷绕电池结构,其特征在于,包括板芯及以板芯为轴卷绕的正极极片、负极极片,其中正极极片、负极极片间设有隔膜,正极极片向上延伸出形成正极极耳,负极极片向下延伸出形成负极极耳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方形卷绕电池结构,其特征在于,所述板芯设有卡槽,卡槽中设有温度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方形卷绕电池结构,其特征在于,所述板芯设有卡槽,卡槽中设有气体压力传感器。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的方形卷绕电池结构,其特征在于,所述方形卷绕电池包括两侧的弧形区和中间的方形区,所述正极极耳和负极极耳设于方形区。
5.一种方形卷绕电池的生产方式,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将正极极片、隔膜、负极极片、隔膜叠加绕板芯卷绕,其中,正极极片向上延伸出形成正极极耳,负极极片向下延伸出形成负极极耳;
将卷绕完成的卷芯插进方形电池壳中;
将位于弧形区的正极极耳、负极极耳切除;
将正极极耳、负极极耳按若干片一组进行捆扎;
在正极极耳、负极极耳上分别套上散热片并焊接,烘烤干燥;
底部封装,注入电解液,上部封装;
正极、负极两端安装盖帽,焊接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生产方法,其特征在于,所述板芯中间设有插槽,插槽中设有温度传感器。
7.根据权利要求5所述的生产方法,其特征在于,所述板芯中间设有插槽,插槽中设有气体压力传感器。
