如图1至图7所示,本发明的一种颗粒药肥制剂制备系统,包括电热箱1、烘干筒3、两组电动伸缩杆5、固定板6、电机7、驱动杆8、拌料杆9、两组网格板12和两组排料杆13,电热箱1的底端设置有四组箱腿2,烘干筒3的左右两端均设置有两组连接块,烘干筒3通过连接块固定安装在电热箱1的内部,电热箱1的顶端固定设置有加料管4,并且加料管4的输出端与烘干筒3连通,两组电动伸缩杆5固定安装在电热箱1的左端,固定板6固定安装在两组电动伸缩杆5上,电机7固定安装在固定板6上,驱动杆8通过与电机7输出端的连接转动安装在固定板6上,驱动杆8的右端设有矩形对接孔,拌料杆9的左端设有矩形对接头,拌料杆9通过矩形对接头与矩形对接孔的配合转动安装在烘干筒3内,拌料杆9上设置有多组拌料叶10,烘干筒3的内壁上前后对称的设有两组连接座11,两组网格板12通过与连接座11的铰接可转动的安装在烘干筒3内,两组排料杆13穿过电热箱1转动安装在烘干筒3上,电热箱1的左端设有传动机构,用以驱动杆8驱动两组排料杆13的转动,两组排料杆13上均固定设置有两组连接杆14,两组网格板12的底端均滑动设置有两组滑座15,并且四组连接杆14分别与四组滑座15铰接,烘干筒3的底端设有排料槽,电热箱1内部的底端设有斜面,电热箱1的右端连通设有排料管16;首先在使用时,可以通过加料管4将颗粒肥料加入烘干筒3中,此时两组网格板12是闭合的,颗粒肥料会落在网格板12上,然后通过启动电机7,使电机7带动驱动杆8转动,驱动杆8带动拌料杆9转动,拌料杆9带动拌料叶10转动,通过拌料叶10的转动进行拌料,使颗粒肥料均匀受热后,颗粒肥料中的水分变成蒸汽由加料管4排出,当烘干完成后,电机7停止转动,可以通过启动电动伸缩杆5,使电动伸缩杆5带动固定板6向左移动,从而将驱动杆8与拌料杆9脱离,使驱动杆8与传动机构相配合,在传动机构的作用下,带动两组排料杆13均向内侧转动,从而使排料杆13通过连接杆14带动网格板12开启,将颗粒肥料从烘干筒3内排入到电热箱1中,并在电热箱1内部底端斜面的作用下,由排料管16排出,从而能够使颗粒肥料排放更加的方便快捷,有效提高工作效率,降低使用局限性。As shown in Figures 1 to 7, a preparation system of a granular medicine and fertilizer preparation of the present invention includes an electric heating box 1, a
