For better understanding of the above description, fig. 7 shows an overall architecture diagram generated for an electronic document according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As can be seen from fig. 7, the electronic document generation system includes an application role (application layer), a file call center, a core component, and a database (data layer).
Application of roles: mainly refers to the user classification of the electronic document generation system, which can be roughly divided into two categories: document configurators and document users.
The authority of the document configurator is document template uploading, intelligent filling rule editing, maintenance and the like.
The document user comprises a system, a person and the like for acquiring the document by calling the file calling interface.
A file call center: the method mainly provides an interactive interface for the application role, and mainly comprises a template uploading interface and a file downloading interface. The file calling interface can be penetrated into each link including bank financing through configuration, and comprehensive coverage of various service scenes is achieved.
A core component layer: the method mainly comprises the functions of analyzing logics of files, maintaining intelligent rules on line and importing templates on line.
The file template maintenance function adopts a multi-dimensional inheritance system, firstly takes the first layer of personalized template dimensions, and if the first layer of personalized template dimensions are not configured, the universal template is taken down, so that the trouble of importing the file template for many times can be avoided.
The online intelligent fill rule maintenance module can support various definition languages, such as sql, intelligent fill models.
The file processing engine loads text definitions and strategy loading according to the interface request parameters, the parser parses the template types, element types and rules, then data loading is carried out, the running state and errors are monitored in real time, and finally custom texts are output. Based on the mode, the method is effectively expanded to various file management, and an intelligent code-free management strategy is established.
The document authority module provides different operation modes according to users with different roles; the document authority module grants the control rights of different modules to users with different roles in a mode of dividing the document into a plurality of logically independent modules.
Based on the above-mentioned overall architecture diagram of electronic document generation, as shown in fig. 8, an overall flowchart of electronic document generation provided by the embodiment of the present invention is provided.
In fig. 8, a document configurator configures elements to be filled in an electronic document module, which is imported in advance, for the electronic document module in an intelligent filling rule management center, that is, configures element basic information for the electronic document module, and configures element filtering rules and element obtaining logics corresponding to the elements, so as to obtain a configured electronic document template. After the relevant configuration is completed, the document configurator uploads the configured electronic document template in the document template management center, namely uploads the electronic document template which accords with a certain format. In addition, the document configurator may perform maintenance on the electronic document template that was previously imported.
And the document user calls the interface to send a file calling request to the file calling center according to the requirement.
And the file calling center sends a file calling request sent by a file user to the file processing engine.
And the file processing engine loads text definitions and strategy loading according to parameters corresponding to the file calling request, and the parser parses the template type, element type and rule, then loads data, monitors the operation state and errors in real time, and finally outputs a custom text. That is to say, the file processing engine acquires contract data linked to the block link points corresponding to each contract participant according to the file call request, performs rule verification on the contract data, acquires an electronic document template conforming to the standard if the verification is passed, adds the contract data to the corresponding position in the electronic document template conforming to the standard, generates an electronic document, and outputs the electronic document.
Based on the electronic document generation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a document configurator configures element basic information, element filtering rules and element acquisition logics for a pre-imported electronic document template, uploads the acquired electronic document template which accords with a certain format, when a file processing engine receives a file calling request sent by a document user through a file calling center, acquires contract data and carries out rule verification according to the file calling request, and after the verification is passed, executes corresponding electronic document generation operation according to whether the acquired electronic document template of the current personalized template dimension is configured with elements which need to be filled, and outputs the generated electronic document, thereby realizing online modification or addition of elements in a text and signing a contract for data which supports multiple parties to use multiple multi-point data sources.
Corresponding to the method for generating an electronic document shown in the embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic document generating system, as shown in fig. 9, the electronic document generating system includes: a first obtaining module 91, a setting module 92, a second obtaining module 93 and a first generating module 94.
The first acquisition module is used for acquiring the pre-imported electronic document template.
And the setting module is used for configuring elements to be filled in the electronic document template and setting element filtering rules and element acquisition logics corresponding to the elements.
And the second acquisition module is used for acquiring document template data matched with elements to be filled in the electronic document template in a pre-established database according to the element acquisition logic.
And the first generation module is used for adding the document template data to the position corresponding to the element needing to be filled in the electronic document template, generating the electronic document template meeting the standard and uploading the electronic document template.
Optionally, based on the electronic document generating system shown in fig. 9, if the element obtaining logic includes a structured query language sql statement, the second obtaining module is specifically configured to:
configuring an acquisition statement in the sql statement; and acquiring document template data matched with elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template in a pre-established database by using the acquisition statement.
Optionally, based on the electronic document generating system shown in fig. 9, if the element obtaining logic includes a data obtaining class, the second obtaining module is specifically configured to:
configuring an acquisition method in a data acquisition class; based on the acquisition method, document template data matched with elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template in other databases is acquired through the block chain.
It should be noted that, the specific principle and the execution process of each module in the electronic document generating system disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention are the same as those of the method for generating an electronic document implemented by the present invention, and reference may be made to corresponding parts in the method for generating an electronic document disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, which are not described herein again.
According to the electronic document generation system provided by the embodiment of the invention, a pre-imported electronic document template is obtained; configuring elements to be filled in the electronic document template, and setting element filtering rules and element acquisition logics corresponding to the elements; acquiring document template data matched with elements to be filled in an electronic document template in a pre-established database according to the element acquisition logic; and adding the document template data to the positions corresponding to the elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template, generating the electronic document template conforming to the standard and uploading the electronic document template. In the scheme, document template data which is acquired from a pre-established database and is matched with elements needing to be filled in a pre-imported electronic document template is added to the positions corresponding to the elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template so as to generate and upload the electronic document template which meets the standard, thereby realizing online modification or addition of the elements in the text and supporting multiple parties to use a data signing contract of a multi-place and multi-point data source.
Based on the electronic document generating system shown in fig. 9 described above, in conjunction with fig. 9, the electronic document generating system is further provided with a receiving module, a third obtaining module, a verifying module, and a second generating module.
And the receiving module is used for receiving a file calling request sent by a user.
And the third acquisition module is used for acquiring contract data which are linked to the corresponding block chain link points by each contract participant according to the file calling request.
And the verification module is used for carrying out rule verification on the identical data, and if the verification is passed, the second generation module is executed.
And the second generation module is used for acquiring the electronic document template meeting the standard, adding the contract data to the corresponding position in the electronic document template meeting the standard, generating the electronic document and outputting the electronic document.
Optionally, based on the second generating module shown in fig. 9, the second generating module is specifically configured to:
acquiring an electronic document template which meets the standard; analyzing the template type, the element type and the element filtering rule of the electronic document template which meets the standard to obtain an analyzed electronic document template; and adding the contract data to the corresponding position in the analyzed electronic document template, monitoring the running state and the error of the electronic document to be generated in real time, generating the electronic document and outputting the electronic document.
The electronic document generation system provided by the embodiment of the invention adds the document template data which is acquired from the pre-established database and is matched with the elements to be filled in the pre-imported electronic document template to the positions corresponding to the elements to be filled in the electronic document template so as to generate and upload the electronic document template which meets the standard, acquires the contract data and carries out rule verification according to the file calling request when receiving the file calling request, and adds the contract data to the corresponding positions in the electronic document template which meets the standard after passing the verification so as to generate and output the electronic document, thereby realizing online modification or addition of the elements in the text and signing the contract by using the data of a plurality of multi-point data sources by multiple parties.
Based on the electronic document generating system shown in fig. 9 described above, in conjunction with fig. 9, the electronic document generating system is further provided with a fourth acquiring module and a processing module.
And the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the electronic document template of the current personalized template dimension.
The electronic document template is pre-imported, the electronic document template is a personalized template dimension, the number of elements configured in the electronic document template is different, the personalized template dimension is also different, and the electronic document templates with different personalized template dimensions have inheritance relationships.
And the processing module is used for searching a first electronic document template of the personalized template dimension with the current personalized template dimension downward according to the inheritance relationship if the electronic document template is not configured with the elements to be filled, and acquiring the first electronic document template.
According to the electronic document generation system provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a file calling request is received, contract data is acquired according to the file calling request, rules are checked, after the check is passed, corresponding electronic document generation operation is executed according to whether elements needing to be filled are configured in the acquired electronic document template with the current personalized template dimension, and the generated electronic document is output, so that online modification or addition of the elements in the text is realized, and the contract signing of data of a multi-place and multi-point data source is supported by multiple parties.

Claims (10)

1. An electronic document generation method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring a pre-imported electronic document template;
configuring elements to be filled in the electronic document template, and setting element filtering rules and element acquisition logics corresponding to the elements;
acquiring document template data matched with elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template in a pre-established database according to the element acquisition logic;
and adding the document template data to the positions corresponding to the elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template, generating the electronic document template conforming to the standard and uploading the electronic document template.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a file calling request sent by a user;
acquiring contract data which are linked to the block chain link points corresponding to each contract participant according to the file calling request;
carrying out rule verification on the contract data;
and if the verification is passed, acquiring the electronic document template conforming to the standard, adding the contract data to the corresponding position in the electronic document template conforming to the standard, generating an electronic document and outputting the electronic document.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein if the element acquisition logic comprises a structured query language (sql) statement, acquiring document template data in a pre-established database that matches elements to be filled in the electronic document template according to the element acquisition logic comprises:
configuring an acquisition statement in the sql statement;
and acquiring document template data matched with elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template in a pre-established database by using the acquisition statement.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein if the element obtaining logic comprises a data obtaining class, obtaining document template data in a pre-established database that matches elements to be populated in the electronic document template according to the element obtaining logic comprises:
configuring an acquisition method in the data acquisition class;
and acquiring document template data matched with elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template in other databases through the block chain based on the acquisition method.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining the electronic document template conforming to the standard and adding the contract data to the corresponding position in the electronic document template conforming to the standard to generate and output an electronic document comprises:
acquiring the electronic document template which meets the standard;
analyzing the template type, the element type and the element filtering rule of the electronic document template which meets the standard to obtain an analyzed electronic document template;
and adding the contract data to the corresponding position in the analyzed electronic document template, monitoring the running state and the error of the electronic document to be generated in real time, generating the electronic document and outputting the electronic document.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an electronic document template with current personalized template dimensionality, wherein the electronic document template is pre-imported, the electronic document template is a personalized template dimensionality, the number of elements configured in the electronic document template is different, the personalized template dimensionality is also different, and the electronic document templates with different personalized template dimensionality have inheritance relationships;
and if the electronic document template is not configured with elements to be filled, searching a first electronic document template of the personalized template dimension with the current personalized template dimension downward according to the inheritance relationship, and acquiring the first electronic document template.
7. An electronic document generation system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a pre-imported electronic document template;
the setting module is used for configuring elements to be filled in the electronic document template and setting element filtering rules and element acquisition logics corresponding to the elements;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring document template data matched with elements to be filled in the electronic document template in a pre-established database according to the element acquisition logic;
and the first generation module is used for adding the document template data to the position corresponding to the element needing to be filled in the electronic document template, generating the electronic document template meeting the standard and uploading the electronic document template.
8. The system of claim 7, further comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a file calling request sent by a user;
a third obtaining module, configured to obtain, according to the file call request, contract data that each contract participant links to its corresponding block link point;
the checking module is used for carrying out rule checking on the contract data, and if the contract data passes the rule checking, the second generating module is executed;
and the second generation module is used for acquiring the electronic document template meeting the standard, adding the contract data to the corresponding position in the electronic document template meeting the standard, generating an electronic document and outputting the electronic document.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein if the element acquisition logic comprises a structured query language (sql) statement, the second acquisition module is specifically configured to:
configuring an acquisition statement in the sql statement; and acquiring document template data matched with elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template in a pre-established database by using the acquisition statement.
10. The system of claim 7, wherein if the element acquisition logic comprises a data acquisition class, the second acquisition module is specifically configured to:
configuring an acquisition method in the data acquisition class; and acquiring document template data matched with elements needing to be filled in the electronic document template in other databases through the block chain based on the acquisition method.
