Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a double-sided digital printer, and aims to solve the problem that the double-sided digital printer occupies a large space.
The embodiment of the present invention is realized as follows, and a perfecting digital printer includes: the drying device comprises a rack, a front side sprayer, a back side sprayer, a first drying oven, a paper traction device and a plurality of guide rollers, wherein the front side sprayer and the back side sprayer are arranged on the rack;
the back sprayer is arranged below the front sprayer, and the orientations of the front sprayer and the back sprayer are downward;
the guide rollers are arranged to form a moving route of paper, the paper horizontally passes through the lower part of the front face spray head, then turns by n x 180 degrees and then passes through the lower part of the back face spray head, wherein n is an odd number;
the first drying oven is a vertical drying oven and is arranged at the lower right side of the front side sprayer, and the paper passes through the first drying oven after being subjected to spray printing by the front side sprayer and is dried by ink printed on the front side of the paper;
an operation door is arranged on the end face of the first oven, and the end face of the first oven is the end face of the first oven on one side of the operation face of the double-face digital printer.
Still further, the perfecting digital printer further comprises:
the deviation correcting device is arranged on the rack;
the deviation correcting device is arranged on the left side of the front face sprayer.
Still further, the perfecting digital printer further comprises:
a single cantilever unreeling shaft installed on the rack;
the single cantilever unreeling shaft is arranged below the deviation correcting device.
Still further, the perfecting digital printer further comprises:
a double-sided coating device mounted on the frame;
the double-side coating device is positioned above the single-cantilever unreeling shaft.

the vertical paper storage rack is arranged on the rack;
the vertical paper storage rack is arranged on the right side of the first oven.

the cutting device and the horizontal paper storage rack are arranged on the right side of the first oven;

According to the embodiment of the invention, the back side spray head is arranged below the front side spray head, so that the front side spray head and the back side spray head are arranged up and down, the length of the double-sided digital printing machine is shortened, the paper horizontally passes through the lower part of the front side spray head and then turns over n × 180 degrees and then passes through the lower part of the back side spray head, so that the front side spray head and the back side spray head vertically spray-print the horizontal paper, and the spray-printing quality is ensured. The double-sided digital printer provided by the embodiment of the invention has a short body, is suitable for users of small-sized plants, and can save the cost of the plants for the users.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In the invention, the back sprayer is arranged below the front sprayer, and the orientations of the front sprayer and the back sprayer are both downward; the guide rollers are arranged to form a moving route of paper, the paper horizontally passes through the lower part of the front face spray head, then turns by n multiplied by 180 degrees along the moving route and then passes through the lower part of the back face spray head, wherein n is an odd number; the first drying oven is a vertical drying oven and is arranged at the lower right side of the front side sprayer, and the paper passes through the first drying oven after being subjected to spray printing by the front side sprayer and is dried by ink printed on the front side of the paper; an operation door is arranged on the end face of the first oven, and the end face of the first oven is the end face of the first oven on one side of the operation face of the double-face digital printer. According to the embodiment of the invention, the back side spray head is arranged below the front side spray head, so that the front side spray head and the back side spray head are arranged up and down, the length of the double-sided digital printing machine is shortened, the paper horizontally passes through the lower part of the front side spray head and then turns over n × 180 degrees and then passes through the lower part of the back side spray head, so that the front side spray head and the back side spray head vertically spray-print the horizontal paper, and the spray-printing quality is ensured.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a perfecting digital printer, including: the drying machine comprises a frame 1, a front spray head 21, a back spray head 22, a first oven 23, a paper traction device 24 and a plurality of guide rollers 25, wherein the front spray head 21, the back spray head 22, the first oven 23, the paper traction device 24 and the plurality of guide rollers 25 are arranged on the frame 1;
the back sprayer 22 is arranged below the front sprayer 21, and the front sprayer 21 and the back sprayer 22 face downwards;
the guide rollers 25 are arranged to form a moving route of the paper 3, the paper 3 horizontally passes below the front face spray head 21 and then turns by n × 180 degrees, and then passes below the back face spray head 22, wherein n is an odd number;
the first oven 23 is a vertical oven and is arranged at the lower right side of the front face sprayer 21, and the paper 3 passes through the first oven 23 after being subjected to spray printing by the front face sprayer 21 to dry ink printed on the front face of the paper 3;
an operation door 231 is arranged on the end surface of the first oven 23, and the end surface of the first oven 23 is the end surface of the first oven 23 on the side of the operation surface of the duplex digital printer.
In the present invention, the back head 22 may be stacked directly below the front head 21 or may be offset obliquely below the front head, and the stacking directly below the front head saves more space.
The guide roller 25 can be a rotatable or non-rotatable round roller, and the rotatable round roller can be selected to ensure that the paper 3 can move more smoothly; the paper traction device 24 comprises a driving wheel and a driven wheel which are arranged at intervals, the paper 3 passes through the gap between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and friction force exists between the paper 3 and the driving wheel and between the paper 3 and the driven wheel. When the driving wheel is driven by the motor to rotate, the paper 3 is driven to move under the action of friction force. The sheet traction device 24 may include a front traction device for pulling the sheet 3 in motion and a rear traction device for feeding the sheet 3 in motion.
The front face spray head 21 and the back face spray head 22 are both downward facing, the paper 3 horizontally passes below the front face spray head 21 and then turns over n × 180 ° along the movement path and then passes below the back face spray head 22, wherein n is odd number, for example, the paper 3 passes below the front face spray head 21 and then turns over 180 °, 540 ° or 900 °, at this time, the paper 3 passes below the back face spray head 22 with its back face upward facing the front face spray head 21 and the back face spray head 22 perpendicular to the paper 3 for spray printing, so as to avoid the problems of widening the line width of the sprayed and printed characters or patterns, and widening the line width of the printed and printed characters or patterns with more and more dense strokes than those of the printed and less and sparse characters or patterns, and the line widths of the various characters or patterns are kept consistent, and the jet printing quality is ensured.
Because the front sprayer 21 and the back sprayer 22 are arranged up and down, the back sprayer 22 is arranged below the front sprayer 21, and a space is needed by paper feeding, the first oven 23 is not arranged below the front sprayer 21, the first oven 23 is arranged at the lower right part of the front sprayer 21, the first oven 23 is arranged to be a vertical oven, the height space of the double-sided digital printing machine is fully utilized, the length of the double-sided digital printing machine is reduced, the paper 3 penetrates through the top of the vertical oven and penetrates out from the bottom or the left side (the surface opposite to the surface B in the figure 2) of the vertical oven, the ink printed on the front side of the paper 3 is dried in the first oven 23, and the drying length of the paper 3 can be prolonged.
It should be noted that the left and right sides of the present invention are only for convenience of describing the relative arrangement relationship of the components, and all the right sides can be replaced by the left sides, for example, the mirror image machine in the mirror image relationship with the present invention, the right side of the present invention becomes the left side of the mirror image machine, and the mirror image machine in the mirror image relationship with the present invention is also within the protection scope.
As shown in fig. 2, the first oven 23 is a structure with a closed periphery, and is provided with a thin paper inlet and a thin paper outlet for the paper 3 to pass in and out, so that heat of the first oven 23 can be prevented from being dissipated, and a stable temperature in the first oven 23 can be maintained.
As shown in fig. 2, the end surface of the first oven 23 on the side of the operation surface of the duplex digital printer is a surface a as viewed in the drawing, the end surface is perpendicular to the axis of the guide roller 25, an operation door 231 is arranged on the end surface of the first oven 23, the opening direction of the operation door 231 is on the side of the operation surface of the duplex digital printer facing the user, the user can perform paper threading work after opening the operation door 231, and the paper 3 is inserted into the first oven 23 or passes out of the first oven 23, so that an operation space does not need to be reserved for paper threading of the first oven 23, and the length of the duplex digital printer is further shortened. On the other hand, if the operation door 231 is disposed on the side B shown in fig. 2, an operation space needs to be reserved on the right side of the first oven 23 for the operation door 231 to open, which increases the length of the duplex digital printer.
According to the invention, paper penetrating operation is carried out from the end face, two large-area faces of the first oven 23 are fixed, the operation space reserved for operation from the right side face (the B face shown in figure 2) of the oven is eliminated, and the external dimension of the printing machine is greatly reduced.
Before the double-sided digital printing machine works, paper 3 is hung on each guide roller 25 according to a required sequence, so that the front side of the paper 3 firstly passes below a front side sprayer 21, then passes through a first drying oven 23, then is turned over by n multiplied by 180 degrees, the back side of the paper 3 upwards passes below a back side sprayer 22, and then passes through the first drying oven 23 or other drying ovens, a front traction device is arranged behind the drying ovens, and a rear traction device is arranged in front of the front side sprayer 21. When the paper spraying and drying device works, under the driving of the traction device, the paper 3 sequentially passes through the position below the front sprayer 21, the position below the first drying oven 23, the position below the back sprayer 22, the first drying oven 23 or other drying ovens, the front side of the paper 3 faces the front sprayer 21, and the negative side of the paper faces the back sprayer 22, so that the printing and drying work is completed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the back side spray head 22 is arranged below the front side spray head 21, so that the front side spray head 21 and the back side spray head 22 are arranged up and down, the length of the double-sided digital printing machine is shortened, the paper 3 horizontally passes through the position below the front side spray head 21 and then turns over n × 180 degrees and then passes through the position below the back side spray head 22, so that the front side spray head 21 and the back side spray head 22 vertically spray-print the horizontal paper 3, and the spray-printing quality is ensured. In the present invention, the length of the duplex digital printer is shortened, and the length of the movement path of the paper 3 is naturally shortened. The double-sided digital printer provided by the embodiment of the invention has a short body, is suitable for users of small-sized plants, and can save the cost of the plants for the users.
Example two
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the perfecting digital printer further comprises:
a deviation correcting device 4 arranged on the frame 1;
the deviation correcting device 4 is arranged on the left side of the front spray head 21.
The deviation correcting device 4 is used for adjusting the position of the paper 3 and preventing the paper 3 from deviating from the jet printing area, the deviation correcting device 4 is a conventional device on a double-sided digital printing machine of books and periodicals, and is not a protection point of the invention, and the specific structure of the deviation correcting device 4 is not described in detail herein.
The existing double-sided digital printing machine is generally arranged in a split mode, the deviation correcting device 4 is arranged outside the rack 1, and a section of transition space is reserved between the deviation correcting device 4 and the rack 1.
The deviation correcting device 4, the front sprayer 21, the back sprayer 22, the first oven 23 and the like are arranged on the same frame 1 to realize integral arrangement, the structure of the invention is more compact, the deviation correcting device 4 can be arranged close to the front sprayer 21, the reserved transition space between the deviation correcting device 4 and the frame 1 is saved, and the length of the double-sided digital printing machine and the length of the movement route of the paper 3 are further shortened.
EXAMPLE III
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the perfecting digital printer further comprises:
a single cantilever unreeling shaft 5 mounted on the frame 1;
the single cantilever unreeling shaft 5 is arranged below the deviation correcting device 4.
Single cantilever unreeling shaft 5 one end is installed in frame 1, and single cantilever unreeling shaft 5 is rotatable, and paper tray 6 suit is on single cantilever unreeling shaft 5, and when paper draw gear 24 drove the motion of paper 3, paper tray 6 and single cantilever unreeling shaft 5 rotated, and paper tray 6 unreeled paper. The single-cantilever unreeling shaft 5 comprises an installation shaft and a rotating shaft which is rotatably sleeved on the installation shaft, and one end of the installation shaft is fixed on the rack 1.
Of course, the single-cantilever unreeling shaft 5 can also only comprise a mounting shaft with one end fixed on the frame 1, and the paper disc 6 can be rotatably sleeved on the mounting shaft.
The single cantilever unreeling shaft 5 is arranged below the deviation correcting device 4, the single cantilever unreeling shaft 5 and the deviation correcting device 4 are also arranged up and down, the deviation correcting device 4 is placed in the space where the paper tray 6 is placed, the deviation correcting device 4 does not need to occupy space independently, and the length of the double-sided digital printing machine is further shortened.
Example four
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the perfecting digital printer further comprises:
a double-sided coating device 7 mounted on the frame 1;
the double-sided coating device 7 is positioned above the single-cantilever unreeling shaft 5.
In order to improve the digital jet printing quality, the paper 3 with the water-based paint coating is generally used, the double-sided coating device 7 is arranged, the double-sided coating device 7 comprises two roller printing cylinders 71 which are oppositely arranged, the paper 3 passes through between the two roller printing cylinders 71, and the two roller printing cylinders 71 are used for coating the water-based paint on line on two sides of the paper 3, so that the digital jet printing quality is improved, the application range of the paper 3 is widened, and the cost of the paper 3 is reduced. The double-side coating apparatus 7 further includes a paint cartridge 72, a rotating roller 73, and a third oven 74. The rolling brush cylinder 71 is abutted against the rotating roller 73, one of the rolling brush cylinder 71 or the rotating roller 73 is driven by a motor, and the other is driven to rotate by the friction force between the rolling brush cylinder 71 and the rotating roller 73. The rotating roller 73 is partially immersed in the paint cartridge 72, and when the roll brush cylinder 71 and the rotating roller 73 rotate, the paint is uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the roll brush cylinder 71 via the rotating roller 73, and the roll brush cylinder 71 applies the water-based paint to both surfaces of the paper 3. The third oven 74 is used to dry the paper 3 coated with the water-based paint.
The double-side coating device 7 and the deviation correcting device 4 are arranged above the single-cantilever unreeling shaft 5, the double-side coating device 7 and the deviation correcting device 4 are placed in the diameter range of the paper tray 6, the total length of the double-side coating device 7, the deviation correcting device 4 and the paper tray 6 is equal to the diameter of the paper tray 6, namely the length of the double-side digital printing machine is not increased by the double-side coating device 7 and the deviation correcting device 4, and the length of the double-side digital printing machine is obviously shortened by the arrangement mode.
EXAMPLE five
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the perfecting digital printer further comprises:
a vertical paper storage rack 8 mounted on the frame 1;
the vertical paper storage rack 8 is arranged on the right side of the first oven 23.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the vertical paper storage rack 8 means that the guide rollers 25 are arranged up and down, the paper 3 sequentially passes through the upper guide roller 25, the lower guide roller 25, the upper guide roller 25 and the lower guide roller 25, and the above operation and the lower operation are repeated, so that the distance between the upper guide roller 25 and the lower guide roller 25 is adjustable, and the adjustment of the paper storage length is facilitated.
The existing double-sided digital printing machine is generally arranged in a split mode, the paper storage frame is horizontal and arranged outside the machine frame 1, and a transition space is reserved between the paper storage frame and the machine frame 1.
The vertical paper storage rack 8, the front sprayer 21, the back sprayer 22, the first oven 23 and the like are arranged on the same rack 1 to realize integral arrangement, the structure of the invention is more compact, the vertical paper storage rack 8 can be arranged close to the first oven 23, the reserved transition space between the vertical paper storage rack 8 and the rack 1 is saved, and the length of the double-sided digital printing machine and the length of the movement route of the paper 3 are further shortened; and the vertical paper storage rack 8 stores paper by utilizing the height of the double-sided digital printing machine, the vertical paper storage rack 8 has short occupied area, and the length of the double-sided digital printing machine is further shortened.
EXAMPLE six
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the perfecting digital printer further comprises:
a cutting device (not shown) and a horizontal paper storage rack (not shown) arranged at the right side of the first oven 23;
the cutting device is stacked on the horizontal paper storage rack.
The cutting device and the horizontal paper storage rack are arranged outside the rack 1, and the length of the double-sided digital printing machine is formed by accumulating the width of the rack 1, the width of the cutting device and the width of the horizontal paper storage rack.
EXAMPLE seven
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-6, the perfecting digital printer further comprises:
a second oven 26 disposed below the back spray head 22;
the paper 3 passes through the second oven 26 after being jet-printed by the back side nozzle 22, and the ink printed on the back side of the paper 3 is dried.
The paper 3 passes through the second oven 26 after being jet-printed by the back nozzle 22, and the ink printed on the back side of the paper 3 is dried, and the ink printed on the front side of the paper 3 is dried.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after passing through the second oven 26, the paper 3 may directly enter the paper storage rack, or may pass through the first oven 23 to dry the ink printed on the front and back sides of the paper 3, so as to ensure that the ink printed on the front and back sides of the paper 3 is dried.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second oven 26 is placed below the back nozzle 22, the second oven 26 does not increase the length of the duplex digital printing machine, the direction of the operation door of the second oven 26 is the same as that of the first oven 23, but the second oven 26 may be vertical, horizontal, inclined, or any two or three of the above three ways, such as an L-shaped oven, and the specific type may be determined according to the specific space below the back nozzle 22.
Example eight
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-6, the second oven 26 is segmented or integrated.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second oven 26 is configured in a sectional type, for example, the second oven 26 may be configured in a two-sectional type, a three-sectional type, etc., and there is no connection between the sections, which is beneficial to flexibly adjusting the placement position and the type of the second oven 26 according to the specific space below the back nozzle 22.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second oven 26 is integrated, so that the paper penetrating times can be reduced, and the operation of an operator is facilitated.
Example nine
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the paper 3 passes through the first oven 23 after being jet printed by the back side nozzle 22, and dries the ink printed on the back side of the paper 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first oven 23 is provided with two paper inlets and two paper outlets, and the ink printed on the back surface of the paper 3 is dried by the first oven 23, so that the second oven 26 can be omitted, and the cost and the space below the back surface spray head 22 can be saved.
EXAMPLE ten
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, as shown in figure 7, the sheet 3 passes through the first oven 23 in a U-shaped path.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a guide roller 25 may be provided in the first oven 23 to change the moving direction of the paper 3, so that the paper 3 is arranged in the first oven 23 in a U-shaped path. Whether the paper 3 passes through the front side spray head 21 or the paper 3 passes through the back side spray head 22, the paper can pass through the first oven 23 in a U-shaped route, and the paper can make multiple round trips in the U-shaped route in the first oven 23, so that the length of the paper 3 in the first oven 23 is increased, and the ink printed on the front side or the back side of the paper 3 is sufficiently dried.
