For the treatment of kitchen waste in a community, the current mainstream treatment mode is as follows: the residents classify the garbage by themselves, the kitchen garbage is thrown into a designated garbage can in the community, and the garbage is transported to a centralized processing point by a special transport vehicle for subsequent processing. The main disadvantages of this approach are the high environmental pollution and the high operating and management costs.
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides a kitchen waste community centralized treatment device which can grind and crush kitchen waste thrown by community households and then discharge the kitchen waste to a community septic tank. Therefore, kitchen waste is treated in the residential area on site, special vehicle transportation and subsequent treatment measures are not needed, and environmental pollution and operation and management cost can be reduced.

The device is divided into an intelligent picking system 100, a milling and crushing system 200 and an intelligent control system 300 in terms of design functions. The intelligent control system 300 automatically closes the bin gate if it is monitored that the user does not close the bin gate within a preset time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the card swiping component adopts an existing access control card reader module, the code scanning component adopts an existing optical two-dimensional code scanner module, and both are connected to the intelligent control system 300 through an RS485 interface, and the intelligent control system 300 acquires and records user ID information through the card swiping/code scanning component 105. Only when the pre-registered legal user scans the code, the device automatically opens the bin gate to accept the user to throw garbage.
For cleaning the device, in fig. 1, the intelligent picking system 100 further includes a plurality of liquid storage tanks 106 located outside the box 400 for storing an oil removing agent, a smell removing agent, a disinfectant, and a degrading agent, respectively, wherein the degrading agent is used for accelerating a degradation process of the degradable garbage bag. Each liquid storage tank is provided with a 12V small-sized water pump, and the small-sized water pump is controlled by the intelligent control system 300 through a silicon controlled rectifier power supply.
In fig. 1, the mill grinding system 200 further includes a discharge pipe 202 for discharging the mill-ground kitchen waste into a small-area septic tank.
Fig. 2 shows an internal structural schematic diagram of the intelligent picking system 100 according to one embodiment of the invention. The foreign matter identification camera 107 is installed on the bin wall above the interior of the intelligent picking bin, is used for collecting image information of garbage thrown by a user, is used for automatically identifying the type of the garbage, judges whether foreign matters which do not accord with the specification are thrown, stores the image information into a memory of an intelligent control system, and is used for recording whether the garbage thrown by the user accords with the specification requirements. In order to pick out garbage which does not meet the grinding requirement, a movable gripper 108 is installed in the intelligent picking bin 101, the movable gripper 108 is controlled by a three-way stepping motor controller, and the three-way stepping motor controller is connected with the intelligent control system 300 through a USB interface and is used for gripping foreign matters (garbage which cannot be directly ground) poured into a box body by a user according to an automatic identification result; a foreign matter throwing channel 111 is arranged on one side of the bin wall of the intelligent picking bin 101 and used for moving the hand grips 108 to throw foreign matters outside the box body.
For cleaning the device, it has been mentioned hereinbefore that the liquid storage tank 106 (see fig. 1) is provided outside the case 400, and in fig. 2, the communicator 110 is installed above the outside of the intelligent picking chamber 101, and the nozzle 109 is installed above the inside of the intelligent picking chamber adjacent to the communicator 110. The output port of each water pump of the liquid storage tank 106 is connected to the inlet of the communicating vessel 110 by a plastic hose, the communicating vessel 110 is further connected with a tap water inlet pipe, the switching of the tap water is executed by a 12V electromagnetic valve, and the on-off of the electromagnetic valve is controlled by the intelligent control system 300. An outlet 110 of the communicating vessel is connected with a nozzle 109 through a plastic hose, and is used for spraying an oil removing agent, a smell removing agent, a disinfectant and a degrading agent into the intelligent picking bin 101, and also can be used for spraying clear water into the intelligent picking bin 101 for cleaning the box body.
The garbage which meets the grinding requirement after being picked by the intelligent picking system 200 is put into a grinding and smashing system for grinding and smashing. A schematic diagram of the internal structure of a mill pulverizing system 200 according to one embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 3.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the intelligent control system adopts a general high-performance industrial personal computer, and the industrial personal computer comprises an RS485 interface, a USB interface and a network interface.
The operation of the apparatus is described below, and fig. 5 shows the operation according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The device enters a control system starting program after being started, performs system initialization and starts a gas detection subprogram. Then waiting for a user to swipe an access card or a mobile phone two-dimensional code, when the user swipes/scans the card, communicating the control system with a background server through a network interface, checking whether the user is a pre-registered legal user by the server, if not, refusing the response of the device, if the user is the legal user, recording the ID of the user, opening a delivery bin door, waiting for the user to input garbage and checking whether the bin door is covered; when a user closes a bin door, starting an image acquisition and identification process, acquiring and storing images of garbage thrown into by the user by image acquisition, wherein the images are used for retrospective tracing and foreign matter identification; and after all the garbage is milled and crushed, starting a discharge flow, and discharging the crushed materials into a community septic tank.
The invention also provides a kitchen waste community centralized treatment method adopting the device, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, the intelligent picking system receives kitchen garbage thrown by a user;
step 2, the grinding and smashing system receives, grinds and smashes the garbage which is input by the intelligent picking system and meets the grinding and smashing requirements;
and 3, discharging the milled and crushed garbage by the milling and crushing system.
It is to be noted and understood that various modifications and improvements can be made to the invention described in detail above without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as claimed in the appended claims. Accordingly, the scope of the claimed subject matter is not limited by any of the specific exemplary teachings provided.
Claims (10)
1. A kitchen garbage district centralized processing device comprises an intelligent picking system, a milling and crushing system and an intelligent control system, wherein,
the intelligent picking system is used for receiving kitchen garbage input by a user and sending garbage meeting the grinding and smashing requirements into the grinding and smashing system;
the milling and crushing system is used for receiving the garbage sent by the intelligent picking system, milling and crushing the garbage and discharging the milled and crushed garbage;
the intelligent control system is connected with the intelligent picking system and the milling and smashing system and used for controlling the garbage picking of the intelligent picking system and the milling and smashing process of the milling and smashing system.
2. The device of claim 1, the intelligent picking system comprising an isolation door, the intelligent picking system being connected to the mill reduction system through the isolation door; the isolation door is used for throwing garbage which accords with grinding and smashing into the grinding and smashing system.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, the intelligent picking system comprising a foreign object recognition camera for recognizing refuse that does not meet grinding and shredding requirements; foreign matter discernment camera adopts the binocular camera module that has the degree of depth image acquisition function, is connected with intelligent control system through the USB interface.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, the intelligent picking system comprising a mobile gripper for picking up refuse that does not meet grinding and shredding requirements.
5. The device of claim 1, the intelligent picking system comprising a liquid spray component for cleaning the device.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the liquid spray member comprises a liquid storage tank containing a degradation agent for accelerating a degradation process of the degradable trash bag.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, the intelligent picking system comprising a door and a swipe/code component for identifying the identity of the user and controlling the door opening.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, the mill reduction system comprising a mill status identification camera for identifying a mill reduction status; the milling state identification camera adopts a general CMOS camera module and is connected with the intelligent control system through a USB interface.
9. The apparatus of claim 1, said mill comminution system having a discharge port connected to a small area septic tank, a biogas detection device mounted at said discharge port.
10. A method for centralized treatment of kitchen waste in a small area using the device of any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
step 1, the intelligent picking system receives kitchen garbage input by a user;
step 2, the grinding and crushing system receives, grinds and crushes the garbage which is input by the intelligent picking system and meets the grinding and crushing requirements;
and 3, discharging the milled and crushed garbage by the milling and crushing system.
