本发明属于污水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种用于乡村建设的生态厕所。
背景技术
我国农村人口众多,厕所的卫生条件较差,厕所内含有大量寄生虫和病原体,且未处理的粪便异味浓重,对周围环境污染严重。为解决这一问题,目前技术人员设计了很多环保型厕所,这种环保型厕所可方便地将厕所内粪便取出作为农家肥使用,但是也存在一些问题,1、它无法解决厕所异味浓重且粪便发酵效率低的问题;2、影响作为农家肥使用的效果;3、不具有节能环保的处理效果。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于乡村建设的生态厕所,具体方案如下:
一种用于乡村建设的生态厕所,包括房体,所述房体的顶部设有集水池,房体内部设有多个蹲便池、小便池,所述蹲便池、小便池均通过管道与设置在地下的搅拌池连接,房体内壁设有多个分别针对所述蹲便池、小便池的冲洗水箱,房体顶部设有集水箱,所述集水箱内设有第一液位传感器,集水箱通过管道与所述冲洗水箱连接;所述搅拌池内转动设有转轴,所述转轴上转动设有多根支杆,转轴由设置在搅拌池外部的驱动电机驱动其转动;所述搅拌池的底部通过排污管连接至处理池,所述排污管上设有排污泵;所述处理池包括池体,所述池体内被隔板分为位于右侧的沉淀区以及位于左侧的集水区,池体的侧壁对应所述沉淀区的底部设有排杂口,所述排污口外接排杂管,所述排杂管上设有排杂泵,池体的侧壁对应所述沉淀区的上部设有进料口,所述进料口处设有加药装置,进料口外接所述排污管,池体的侧壁对应所述集水区的底部设有排水口,所述排水口通过排水管与所述集水箱连接,所述排水管上设有排水泵;所述加药装置包括盛装絮凝剂的药箱,所述药箱的底部设有延伸至所述进料口内的出药口,所述出药口处设有电磁阀;所述沉淀区的底部设有料位传感器,所述集水区的底部设有第二液位传感器;所述集水区内设有与所述控制器电性连接的UV灯管;所述池体的顶部倾斜设有夹丝钢化玻璃,所述夹丝钢化玻璃的顶部设有吸热膜;所述驱动电机、排杂泵、排污泵、排水泵、电磁阀、第一液位传感器、第二液位传感器、UV灯管以及料位传感器均电性连接至设置在房体侧壁的控制器。
基于上述,所述搅拌池的侧壁设有延伸至地表的菌种投料口,搅拌池内设有沼气浓度传感器,所述搅拌池的顶部通过供气管道与设置在地表的沼气发电机连接,所述沼气发电机为设置在房体顶部的蓄电池供电,所述蓄电池为整个生态厕所供电。

1、本发明中,通过在房体顶部倾斜设置为所述蓄电池供电的太阳能电池板,且该太阳能电池板斜向下倾斜至房体顶部的导流面,导流面斜向下倾斜至所述集水箱的开口,此结构设计不仅起到节水的效果,而且具有节能的作用。
2、本发明结构设计简单巧妙,能够尽快将池体污水中的水分蒸发收集起来,尽快实现干湿分离的效果,同时具有节水作用,另外,还具有消毒杀菌的作用,并能有效避免对周围环境造成污染。
3、本发明中,池体的侧壁设有排气口,所述排气口处设有活性炭过滤网,可以有效避免污水中的异味污染周围空气。

考虑到外界杂质可能会从集水箱12的开口处进入集水箱12,在集水箱12内设有除杂过滤网13。
为便于对沉淀区内的杂质进行聚集,沉淀区内转动设有传动链11-4,所述传动链11-4上设有多块刮板11-5,所述传动链11-4由与所述控制器16电性连接的驱动电机8驱动其转动。
所述池体11-1的侧壁设有排气口11-12,所述排气口11-12处设有活性炭过滤网13。
为便于对集水区内的水进行消毒杀菌,在集水区内设有与所述控制器16电性连接的UV灯管11-16。
在沉淀区的底部设有底板11-15,所述底板11-15斜向下倾斜至所述排污口处。

1.一种用于乡村建设的生态厕所,其特征在于:包括房体(1),所述房体(1)的顶部设有集水池,房体(1)内部设有多个蹲便池(2)、小便池(3),所述蹲便池(2)、小便池(3)均通过管道与设置在地下的搅拌池(5)连接,房体(1)内壁设有多个分别针对所述蹲便池(2)、小便池(3)的冲洗水箱(4),房体(1)顶部设有集水箱(12),所述集水箱(12)内设有第一液位传感器(11-13),集水箱(12)通过管道与所述冲洗水箱(4)连接;所述搅拌池(5)内转动设有转轴(7),所述转轴(7)上转动设有多根支杆,转轴(7)由设置在搅拌池(5)外部的驱动电机(8)驱动其转动;所述搅拌池(5)的底部通过排污管(9)连接至处理池(11),所述排污管(9)上设有排污泵(10);所述处理池(11)包括池体(11-1),所述池体(11-1)内被隔板(11-2)分为位于右侧的沉淀区以及位于左侧的集水区,池体(11-1)的侧壁对应所述沉淀区的底部设有排杂口(11-8),所述排污口外接排杂管,所述排杂管上设有排杂泵(11-11),池体(11-1)的侧壁对应所述沉淀区的上部设有进料口(11-6),所述进料口(11-6)处设有加药装置(11-9),进料口(11-6)外接所述排污管(9),池体(11-1)的侧壁对应所述集水区的底部设有排水口(11-7),所述排水口(11-7)通过排水管与所述集水箱(12)连接,所述排水管上设有排水泵(11-10);所述加药装置(11-9)包括盛装絮凝剂的药箱,所述药箱的底部设有延伸至所述进料口(11-6)内的出药口,所述出药口处设有电磁阀;所述沉淀区的底部设有料位传感器(11-14),所述集水区的底部设有第二液位传感器(11-13);所述集水区内设有与所述控制器(16)电性连接的UV灯管(11-16);所述池体(11-1)的顶部倾斜设有夹丝钢化玻璃(11-3),所述夹丝钢化玻璃(11-3)的顶部设有吸热膜;所述驱动电机(8)、排杂泵(11-11)、排污泵(10)、排水泵(11-10)、电磁阀、第一液位传感器(11-13)、第二液位传感器(11-13)、UV灯管(11-16)以及料位传感器(11-14)均电性连接至设置在房体(1)侧壁的控制器(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于乡村建设的生态厕所,其特征在于: 所述搅拌池(5)的侧壁设有延伸至地表的菌种投料口(6),搅拌池(5)内设有沼气浓度传感器(17),所述搅拌池(5)的顶部通过供气管道与设置在地表的沼气发电机(18)连接,所述沼气发电机(18)为设置在房体(1)顶部的蓄电池(15)供电,所述蓄电池(15)为整个生态厕所供电。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于乡村建设的生态厕所,其特征在于:所述房体(1)顶部倾斜设有为所述蓄电池(15)供电的太阳能电池板(14),且该太阳能电池板(14)斜向下倾斜至房体(1)顶部的导流面,所述导流面斜向下倾斜至所述集水箱(12)的开口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于乡村建设的生态厕所,其特征在于:所述集水箱(12)内设有除杂过滤网(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于乡村建设的生态厕所,其特征在于:所述沉淀区内转动设有传动链(11-4),所述传动链(11-4)上设有多块刮板(11-5),所述传动链(11-4)由与所述控制器(16)电性连接的驱动电机(8)驱动其转动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于乡村建设的生态厕所,其特征在于:所述池体(11-1)的侧壁设有排气口(11-12),所述排气口(11-12)处设有活性炭过滤网(13)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于乡村建设的生态厕所,其特征在于:所述沉淀区的底部设有底板(11-15),所述底板(11-15)斜向下倾斜至所述排污口处。
