Abstract
The invention provides a high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease which is prepared from the following raw materials: 35-65 parts by weight of base oil; 8-15 parts of thickening agent; 0.2 to 1.5 weight portions of antioxidant; the thickening agent is fatty acid sodium soap and/or sodium oleate. Compared with the prior art, the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease provided by the invention adopts specific content components, so that the overall better interaction can be realized, the lubricating problem of the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing can be solved on the basis of better and stable performances of the obtained high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease, the use requirement of the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing can be met under the high-temperature high-speed condition, and the service life of the flexible gyroscope motor bearing can be prolonged. Experimental results show that the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease provided by the invention has good high and low temperature performance, and the use temperature is-40-160 ℃.

The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating grease, in particular to high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the aerospace industry, the requirements on the flexible gyroscope motor bearing are more and more demanding. However, the prior art has technical obstacles for lubricating the bearings of the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor.

The invention provides a high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease which is prepared from the following raw materials:
35-65 parts by weight of base oil;
8-15 parts of thickening agent;
0.2 to 1.5 weight portions of antioxidant;
the thickening agent is fatty acid sodium soap and/or sodium oleate.
Preferably, the base oil is selected from polyalphaolefins and/or polyol esters.

uniformly mixing the base oil and the thickening agent, heating to 200-220 ℃, adding the antioxidant, stirring for 5-15 min, and then sequentially filtering, cooling and grinding to obtain the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease.
Preferably, the filtering process adopts a filter screen of 100-150 meshes for filtering.
Preferably, the cooling temperature is 20 ℃ to 30 ℃.

In the present invention, the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing grease comprises 8 to 15 parts by weight of a thickener, preferably 10 to 12 parts by weight.
In the present invention, the antioxidant is preferably selected from amine antioxidants and/or phenolic antioxidants, more preferably amine antioxidants; the amine antioxidant is preferably selected from diphenylamine and/or N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, more preferably diphenylamine or N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine. The source of the antioxidant is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the invention, the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease comprises 0.2-1.5 parts by weight of antioxidant, preferably 0.5-1.2 parts by weight.

Example 1
Uniformly mixing 25 parts by weight of PAO base oil, 25 parts by weight of trihydroxy complex ester and 11.5 parts by weight of prepared sodium fatty acid soap at room temperature, slowly stirring and heating to 210 ℃, and stopping heating; and then adding 1 part by weight of antioxidant diphenylamine, quickly stirring for 10min, filtering by a 120-mesh filter screen, cooling to room temperature, and grinding for three times by a three-wheel mill to obtain the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease.
Example 2
Uniformly mixing 50 parts by weight of PAO base oil and 11.5 parts by weight of previously prepared sodium soap of fatty acid at room temperature, slowly stirring and heating, heating to 210 ℃, and stopping heating; and then adding 1 part by weight of antioxidant N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, quickly stirring for 10min, filtering by a 120-mesh filter screen, cooling to room temperature, and grinding for three times by a three-wheel mill to obtain the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease.
The performances of the lubricating grease for the motor bearing of the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope provided by the embodiments 1-2 of the invention are tested, and the test results are shown in table 1.

3. The high temperature high speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing grease of claim 2 wherein the polyalphaolefin is a PAO base oil; the polyol ester is pentaerythritol ester or trihydroxy complex ester.
4. The high temperature high speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing grease of claim 1 wherein the thickener is a sodium soap of fatty acid.
5. The high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing grease described in claim 1 wherein the antioxidant is selected from amine antioxidants and/or phenolic antioxidants.
6. The high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing grease of claim 5, wherein the antioxidant is an amine antioxidant; the amine antioxidant is selected from diphenylamine and/or N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine.
7. A preparation method of the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps:
uniformly mixing the base oil and the thickening agent, heating to 200-220 ℃, adding the antioxidant, stirring for 5-15 min, and then sequentially filtering, cooling and grinding to obtain the high-temperature high-speed flexible gyroscope motor bearing lubricating grease.
8. The preparation method of claim 7, wherein the filtering process adopts a 100-150 mesh filter screen for filtering.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the cooling temperature is 20 ℃ to 30 ℃.
10. The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein the grinding is performed by three-wheel grinding for 2-4 times.
