技术领域
本发明涉及胶合板领域,具体涉及一种高强度阻燃胶合板。
背景技术
胶合板是家具常用材料之一,是一种人造板。胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木,再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料,通常用奇数层单板,并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。胶合板能提高木材利用率,是节约木材的一个主要途径。亦可供飞机、船舶、火车、汽车、建筑和包装箱等作用材。胶合板分为涂饰用胶合板、装修用胶合板、一般用胶台板和薄木装饰胶合板。在同一张胶合板中,可以使用单一树种和厚度的单板,也可以使用不同树种和厚度的单板。
目前,现有的胶合板强度低,抗变性能差,且阻燃性能差,发生火灾时容易起助燃效果,给人们的生命财产造成巨大损失。
因此,发明一种高强度阻燃胶合板来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度阻燃胶合板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的胶合板强度低,抗变性能差,且阻燃性能差,发生火灾时容易起助燃效果,给人们的生命财产造成巨大损失的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度阻燃胶合板,包括板芯层,所述板芯层包括第一加强层和第二加强层,所述第一加强层的内部等间距镶嵌有第一加强筋,所述第二加强层固定在第一加强层的顶部,所述第二加强层的内部等间距镶嵌有第二加强筋,所述第二加强筋与第一加强筋呈十字交叉设置,所述板芯层的上侧设置有隔热层,所述隔热层的上侧设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层包括高强度金属纤维层和玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层固定在高强度金属纤维层的上侧,所述高强度金属纤维层的下侧与隔热层固定连接,所述板芯层的底部设置有隔音层,所述隔音层的下侧设置有防水层。
优选的,所述第一加强层和第二加强层均采用硬质聚氨酯板加工制成,具有耐磨、强度高、耐氧和臭氧性能好等优点,同时便于加工,具有良好的保温性能。
优选的,所述第一加强筋和第二加强筋均采用铝合金加工制成,结构强度大,不易损伤弯折,且重量轻。
优选的,所述隔热层由石棉材质加工制成,石棉有较好的阻燃性以及隔热性,能保护胶合板本体不受火灾侵害。
优选的,所述防水层设置为PET防水层,防止水汽进入胶合板本体内腐烂胶合板本体,提高了胶合板本体的使用寿命。
优选的,所述隔音层包括安装框,所述安装框的上下两侧面均固定有聚酯纤维吸音板,聚酯纤维吸音板的材料内部有大量微小的连通的孔隙,声波沿着这些孔隙可以深入材料内部,与材料发生摩擦作用消耗音波从而降低噪音。
优选的,所述安装框的内部设置有中空纤维层,所述中空纤维层采用具有卷曲结构的PET中空纤维编织压合而成,增加中空纤维层内部孔隙结构和纤维排列的杂乱程度,加大声音传播能量的耗散程度,提升吸音效果,所述中空纤维层的中部镶嵌有金属支撑网,金属支撑网对中空纤维层进行支撑,使得中空纤维层安装稳定。
在上述技术方案中,本发明提供的技术效果和优点:
1、通过板芯层由第一加强层和第二加强层组成,且第一加强层的内部等间距镶嵌有第一加强筋,第二加强层的内部等间距镶嵌有第二加强筋,第二加强筋与第一加强筋呈十字交叉设置,能够有效地提高本胶合板的强度,提高本胶合板整体的抗变形性能;
2、通过在本胶合板的顶部表面设有阻燃层,阻燃层由高强度金属纤维层和玻璃纤维层组成,高强度金属纤维层和玻璃纤维层形成双层保护层结构,提高其耐火性能,且阻燃层底部的隔热层由石棉材质加工制成,石棉有较好的阻燃性以及隔热性,能进一步保护胶合板本体不受火灾侵害;
3、通过设置有隔音层,隔音层包括两个聚酯纤维吸音板和处于两个聚酯纤维吸音板之间的中空纤维层,能够有效地吸收噪音,降低噪音,从而提高了本胶合板的隔音效果;
4、通过在本胶合板的底部设置有防水层,防水层为PET防水层,防止水汽进入胶合板本体内腐烂胶合板本体,提高了胶合板本体的使用寿命。

实施方式具体为:板芯层1由第一加强层2和第二加强层3组成,第一加强层2和第二加强层3均采用硬质聚氨酯板加工制成,强度高,不易损坏,且第一加强层2的内部等间距镶嵌有第一加强筋4,第二加强层3的内部等间距镶嵌有第二加强筋5,第二加强筋5与第一加强筋4呈十字交叉设置,通过第一加强筋4和第二加强筋5进一步提高了板芯层1的强度,从而提高本胶合板整体的抗变形性能,同时在板芯层1的顶部设置有隔热层6,隔热层6的顶部设置有阻燃层7,阻燃层7由高强度金属纤维层8和玻璃纤维层9组成,高强度金属纤维层8和玻璃纤维层9形成双层保护层结构,提高其耐火性能,且隔热层6由石棉材质加工制成,石棉有较好的阻燃性以及隔热性,能进一步保护胶合板本体不受火灾侵害,本胶合板的底部设置有防水层11,防水层11为PET防水层,防止水汽进入胶合板本体内腐烂胶合板本体,提高了胶合板本体的使用寿命,该实施方式具体解决了现有技术中存在的胶合板强度低,抗变性能差,且阻燃性能差,发生火灾时容易起助燃效果,给人们的生命财产造成巨大损失的问题。
如图4-5所示,所述隔音层10包括安装框12,所述安装框12的上下两侧面均固定有聚酯纤维吸音板13,聚酯纤维吸音板13的材料内部有大量微小的连通的孔隙,声波沿着这些孔隙可以深入材料内部,与材料发生摩擦作用消耗音波从而降低噪音。
所述安装框12的内部设置有中空纤维层14,所述中空纤维层14采用具有卷曲结构的PET中空纤维编织压合而成,增加中空纤维层14内部孔隙结构和纤维排列的杂乱程度,加大声音传播能量的耗散程度,提升吸音效果,所述中空纤维层14的中部镶嵌有金属支撑网15,金属支撑网15对中空纤维层14进行支撑,使得中空纤维层14安装稳定。
实施方式具体为:隔音层10由安装框12和两个聚酯纤维吸音板13组成,聚酯纤维吸音板13的材料内部有大量微小的连通的孔隙,声波沿着这些孔隙可以深入材料内部,与材料发生摩擦作用消耗音波从而降低噪音,同时安装框12的内部设置有中空纤维层14,中空纤维层14采用具有卷曲结构的PET中空纤维编织压合而成,增加中空纤维层14内部孔隙结构和纤维排列的杂乱程度,加大声音传播能量的耗散程度,提升吸音效果,从而提高了本胶合板的隔音效果,该实施方式具体解决了现有技术中存在的胶合板隔音性能差的问题。

1.一种高强度阻燃胶合板,包括板芯层(1),其特征在于:所述板芯层(1)包括第一加强层(2)和第二加强层(3),所述第一加强层(2)的内部等间距镶嵌有第一加强筋(4),所述第二加强层(3)固定在第一加强层(2)的顶部,所述第二加强层(3)的内部等间距镶嵌有第二加强筋(5),所述第二加强筋(5)与第一加强筋(4)呈十字交叉设置,所述板芯层(1)的上侧设置有隔热层(6),所述隔热层(6)的上侧设置有阻燃层(7),所述阻燃层(7)包括高强度金属纤维层(8)和玻璃纤维层(9),所述玻璃纤维层(9)固定在高强度金属纤维层(8)的上侧,所述高强度金属纤维层(8)的下侧与隔热层(6)固定连接,所述板芯层(1)的底部设置有隔音层(10),所述隔音层(10)的下侧设置有防水层(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度阻燃胶合板,其特征在于:所述第一加强层(2)和第二加强层(3)均采用硬质聚氨酯板加工制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度阻燃胶合板,其特征在于:所述第一加强筋(4)和第二加强筋(5)均采用铝合金加工制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度阻燃胶合板,其特征在于:所述隔热层(6)由石棉材质加工制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度阻燃胶合板,其特征在于:所述防水层(11)设置为PET防水层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度阻燃胶合板,其特征在于:所述隔音层(10)包括安装框(12),所述安装框(12)的上下两侧面均固定有聚酯纤维吸音板(13)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强度阻燃胶合板,其特征在于:所述安装框(12)的内部设置有中空纤维层(14),所述中空纤维层(14)采用具有卷曲结构的PET中空纤维编织压合而成,所述中空纤维层(14)的中部镶嵌有金属支撑网(15)。
