Background
A PCB cutter, or drill point, is a cutter used for cutting and punching a PCB (namely a printed circuit board).
The grinding machine is a machine tool for grinding a surface of a workpiece by using a grinding tool, most of the grinding machines are grinding machines by using a grinding wheel rotating at a high speed, and a few of the grinding machines are grinding machines by using other grinding tools such as oilstones, abrasive belts and the like and free abrasive materials, such as superfinishing machines, abrasive belt grinding machines, polishing machines and the like, wherein a cutter is generally processed by using the grinding machine, so the grinding machine is a machine tool device commonly used in PCB cutter processing.
In the related art, the tool grinding machine tool comprises a grinding disc and a manipulator, wherein the grinding disc is rotatably arranged on a machine frame, an air cylinder capable of enabling the grinding disc to rotate around an axis of the machine frame is further arranged on the machine frame, and the manipulator is arranged on the machine frame and is used for clamping a tool.
However, the traditional cutter grinding machine tool is inconvenient in machine adjustment and grinding processing of a cutter caused by inflexible and inconvenient angle adjustment of a grinding disc, so that the production efficiency is reduced.
In view of the above, it is very significant to provide a tool outer circle grinding machine tool and a use method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of machine adjustment and inconvenient machining of the conventional grinding machine tool, the invention provides a cutter excircle grinding machine tool and a use method thereof, and aims to solve the technical defects.
In a first aspect, the invention provides a cutter excircle grinding machine tool, which comprises a workbench, wherein an angle adjusting mechanism for adjusting the deflection angle of a grinding drill needle is arranged on the workbench, the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a sliding table, an electric spindle bracket, a first deflection angle adjusting plate and a second deflection angle adjusting plate, the first deflection angle adjusting plate is hinged with one end of the second deflection angle adjusting plate, the first deflection angle adjusting plate is fixedly connected with the top wall of the sliding table, the electric spindle bracket is arranged on the top wall of the second deflection angle adjusting plate, and a grinding wheel for grinding the drill needle is arranged on the electric spindle bracket.
The grinding wheel on the electric spindle support is driven by the sliding table, feeding and grinding quantity of the grinding drill needle are controlled, the deflection angle of the grinding wheel is controlled by adjusting the hinged first deflection angle adjusting plate and the second deflection angle connecting plate, and the deflection angle of the grinding wheel is adjusted, so that the efficient machine adjustment of the grinding machine tool is realized, the production of the drill needle is facilitated, and the production efficiency is improved.
Preferably, one side away from the first declination adjusting plate and the second declination adjusting plate hinge shaft is provided with adjusting device, adjusting device includes adjusting screw, connecting block and fixed block, the one end fixed connection of connecting block is in one side of second declination adjusting plate, fixed block fixed connection is in on the first declination adjusting plate, adjusting screw threaded connection is in the one end of connecting block, just the tip of adjusting screw with the lateral wall butt of fixed block. Through adjusting the abutting relation of adjusting screw and fixed block to reach the contained angle of adjusting between first declination regulating plate and the second declination regulating plate, finally realize the machine of adjusting to the emery wheel declination, convenient and fast.
Further preferably, the spring anti-jacking device comprises a spring and a mounting block, the mounting block is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first deflection angle adjusting plate, one end of the spring is fixedly connected to the mounting block, and the other end of the spring is in butt joint with the side wall of the second deflection angle adjusting plate. The spring anti-jacking device plays a role in buffering, and is beneficial to adjusting the deflection angle of the grinding wheel.
Further preferably, the fixed block is further provided with a dial indicator, and a measuring head of the dial indicator is abutted to the side wall of the connecting block. The setting of the dial indicator is used for controlling the adjustment quantity, ensures good accuracy of adjusting the deflection angle of the grinding wheel, and saves time and labor.
Preferably, the second declination adjusting plate is further provided with a polishing device for polishing the grinding wheel, the polishing device comprises an adjusting seat and a sand strip, the adjusting seat is arranged on the top wall of the second declination adjusting plate, the sand strip is arranged on the adjusting seat, and the end part of the sand strip is close to the grinding wheel. The setting of the grinding device is convenient for grinding the grinding wheel, thereby ensuring good grinding effect on the drill point.
Still preferably, the workbench is further provided with a fixing mechanism for fixing the drill point, the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing seat and a clamping assembly, the clamping assembly comprises a first clamping part, a second clamping part and a supporting block for clamping the handle part of the drill point, and the clamping assembly further comprises a depending rod for supporting the grinding part of the drill point. Through setting up fixed establishment, ensure to support fixed effectual to the drill point to can offset the deflection that a part grinding force brought the drill point, ensure to process effectually to the drill point.
Further preferably, the three sets of the angle adjusting mechanism and the fixing mechanism are provided on the workbench, and are used as three machining processes of rough grinding, fine grinding and post UC for machining the outer diameter of the drill point blade. The three basic working procedures of rough grinding, fine grinding and post UC of the outer diameter processing of the drill point blade are integrally integrated on a grinding machine, so that continuous processing of each working procedure of the drill point is ensured, and the production efficiency of the drill point is further improved.
Further preferably, the automatic drilling machine further comprises a mechanical arm mechanism, wherein the mechanical arm mechanism is arranged on one side of the workbench and is used for loading and unloading raw materials and finished products of the drill point. The mechanical arm mechanism is arranged, so that automatic up-and-down material taking of the drill point is facilitated, and the production efficiency of the drill point is improved.
Still preferably, the drilling machine further comprises a rotating device arranged in the center of the workbench, four groups of clamps used for clamping the drilling needle are arranged on the rotating device, and the ends of the four groups of clamps face three groups of angle adjusting mechanisms, fixing mechanisms and mechanical arm mechanisms respectively. The four groups of clamps respectively correspond to different working procedures of drill point production, so that the production line operation of drill point production and processing is realized, and the production efficiency of the drill point is further improved.
Further preferably, the three groups of the angle adjusting mechanism, the fixing mechanism and the mechanical arm mechanism are respectively arranged along the rotation device in a surrounding mode. And the rationalized layout of the machine tool structure improves the automation degree of the production of the drill point and further improves the production efficiency of the drill point.
In a second aspect, the invention also discloses a use method of the cutter excircle grinding machine tool, which specifically comprises the following steps:
S1, adjusting the position of a blade part supporting support bar and the deflection angle of an electric spindle grinding wheel according to the specification of a drill point product, and setting the feed amount and the feed speed of the grinding wheel;
S2, placing a material to be processed on a tray positioning tray of a mechanical arm mechanism, fixing the tray, and closing a cabinet door;
S3, pressing a starting button of a control panel of the equipment to start an automatic processing program;
S4, taking out the processed product and the material tray, replacing with a new material to be processed, and repeating the steps S2-S4 until the materials of the batch type are completely processed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The grinding wheel on the electric spindle support is driven by the sliding table, feeding and grinding quantity of the grinding drill needle are controlled, the deflection angle of the grinding wheel is controlled by adjusting the hinged first deflection angle adjusting plate and the second deflection angle connecting plate, and the deflection angle of the grinding wheel is adjusted, so that the efficient machine adjustment of the grinding machine tool is realized, the production of the drill needle is facilitated, and the production efficiency is improved.
(2) Through adjusting the abutting relation of adjusting screw and fixed block to reach the contained angle of adjusting between first declination regulating plate and the second declination regulating plate, finally realize the machine of adjusting to the emery wheel declination, convenient and fast.

In the following detailed description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and in which is shown by way of illustration specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. Fig. 1 shows that an embodiment of the invention discloses a cutter excircle grinding machine tool, and as shown in fig. 1, the grinding machine tool comprises a workbench 1, wherein an angle adjusting mechanism 2 for adjusting the deflection angle of a grinding drill needle and a fixing mechanism 3 for fixing the drill needle are arranged on the workbench 1, in addition, a mechanical arm mechanism 4 is arranged on one side of the workbench 1, and the mechanical arm mechanism 4 is used for loading and unloading raw materials and finished products of the drill needle.
The mechanical arm mechanism 4 in this embodiment adopts a mechanical arm structure of loading and unloading which is mature in the prior art, and is not a core invention point of the present invention, so a detailed description will not be developed here.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, specifically, in the present embodiment, the angle adjusting mechanism 2 and the fixing mechanism 3 are arranged in three groups. The three groups of angle adjusting mechanisms 2 and the fixing mechanism 3 are respectively used as three processing procedures of rough grinding, fine grinding and post UC of the outer diameter processing of the drill point, wherein UC is abbreviated as a cutter Cut and is a meaning of cutting depth, and the position cutting depth is larger, which is a common term in the industry.
In addition, a rotation device 5 is provided in the center of the table 1, and three sets of angle adjustment mechanisms 2, fixing mechanisms 3, and arm mechanisms 4 are provided around the rotation device 5, respectively. The rotating device 5 is driven to rotate by a servo motor, four groups of clamps 6 for clamping the drill point are arranged on the rotating device 5, and the ends of the four groups of clamps 6 face the three groups of angle adjusting mechanisms 2, the fixing mechanism 3 and the mechanical arm mechanism 4 respectively.
Through the rotation of the rotating device 5, the clamp 6 and the drill point on the clamp 6 are transferred between the mechanical arm mechanism 4 and the three groups of angle adjusting mechanisms 2 and the fixing mechanism 3, so that different technological processes are carried out, and the device is respectively used for feeding raw materials and discharging finished products of the drill point, grooving the drill point cutter, polishing the front end and machining the escape surface.
Through rationalizing the overall arrangement to lathe structure, improve the degree of automation of drill point production, four groups anchor clamps 6 correspond the different processes of drill point production respectively, realize the pipelining to the drill point production and processing, further improve the production efficiency of drill point.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the angle adjustment mechanism 2 includes a slide table 201, an electric spindle bracket 202, a first yaw angle adjustment plate 203, and a second yaw angle adjustment plate 204. A motor is also welded and fixed at the bottom of the sliding table 201 and is used for controlling the feeding of the grinding wheel 16 so as to control the grinding amount of the drill point. Wherein, one end of first declination adjusting plate 203 and second declination adjusting plate 204 is articulated through round pin axle 205, and first declination adjusting plate 203 fixed connection is at the roof of slip table 201, and electric spindle support 202 fixed connection is provided with the emery wheel 16 that is used for grinding the drill point at the roof of second declination adjusting plate 204 on electric spindle support 202. When the included angle between the first deflection angle adjusting plate 203 and the second deflection angle adjusting plate 204 is adjusted, the deflection angle of the grinding wheel 16 on the electric spindle bracket 202 can be adjusted.
The grinding wheel 16 on the electric spindle support 202 is driven by the sliding table 201, feeding and grinding quantity of grinding drill needles are controlled, the deflection angle of the grinding wheel 16 at the moment is controlled by adjusting the hinged first deflection angle adjusting plate 203 and the second deflection angle connecting plate, and adjustment of the deflection angle of the grinding wheel 16 is achieved, so that efficient machine adjustment of a grinding machine tool is achieved, production of the drill needles is facilitated, and production efficiency is improved.
In addition, the first deflection angle adjusting plate 203 is provided with a threaded hole, the second deflection angle adjusting plate 204 is provided with a corresponding waist-shaped hole, and when the deflection angle of the grinding wheel 16 is adjusted, the first deflection angle adjusting plate 203 and the second deflection angle adjusting plate 204 are fixed through bolts, so that the grinding effect on the drill is ensured to be good. In addition, a scale 7 is fixedly connected to the side wall, close to the grinding wheel 16, of the electric spindle support 202, and is used for displaying the up-and-down fine adjustment amount of the electric spindle support 202.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, an adjusting device 8 is provided on a side away from the hinge axis of the first yaw angle adjusting plate 203 and the second yaw angle adjusting plate 204, and the adjusting device 8 includes an adjusting screw 801, a connecting block 802, and a fixing block 803. One end of the connecting block 802 is fixedly connected to one side of the second deflection angle adjusting plate 204, the fixing block 803 is fixedly connected to the first deflection angle adjusting plate 203, the adjusting screw 801 is in threaded connection with one end of the connecting block 802, and the end of the adjusting screw 801 is abutted to the side wall of the fixing block 803. The angle between the first deflection angle adjusting plate 203 and the second deflection angle adjusting plate 204 is adjusted by adjusting the extending length of the adjusting screw 801, so that the deflection angle of the grinding wheel 16 on the electric spindle bracket 202 is adjusted.
Further, a spring anti-jacking device 9 is also included, and the spring anti-jacking device 9 includes a spring 901 and a mounting block 902. The mounting block 902 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first deflection angle adjusting plate 203, one end of the spring 901 is fixedly connected to the mounting block 902, and the other end of the spring 901 is abutted to the side wall of the second deflection angle adjusting plate 204. The spring anti-jacking device 9 plays a role in buffering, and is beneficial to adjusting the deflection angle of the grinding wheel 16.
Further, in this embodiment, the fixing block 803 is further provided with a dial indicator 10, and a measuring head of the dial indicator 10 abuts against a side wall of the connecting block 802. The setting of the dial indicator 10 is used for controlling the adjustment quantity, ensures good adjustment accuracy of the deflection angle of the grinding wheel 16, and saves time and labor.
Specifically, the second declination adjusting plate 204 is further provided with a polishing device 11 for polishing the grinding wheel 16, the polishing device 11 comprises an adjusting seat 1101 and a sand strip 1102, the adjusting seat 1101 is arranged on the top wall of the second declination adjusting plate 204, the sand strip 1102 is arranged on the adjusting seat 1101, and the end part of the sand strip 1102 is close to the grinding wheel 16. The adjusting seat 1101 is also hinged with a bottom plate capable of changing the included angle, and the structure of the bottom plate is similar to that of the first deflection angle adjusting plate 203 and the second deflection angle adjusting plate 204 in the angle adjusting mechanism 2. The extension length of the sand strip 1102 is controlled by adjusting the included angle between the sand strip 1102 and the grinding wheel 16 on the adjusting seat 1101 and the scale knob on the adjusting seat 1101, so that the sand strip 1102 is close to the grinding wheel 16 to perform the effect of grinding the grinding wheel 16, and the grinding effect on the drill point is guaranteed to be good.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the fixing mechanism 3 includes a fixing base 12 and a clamping assembly 13, the clamping assembly 13 includes a first clamping portion 1301 for clamping the shank of the drill bit, a second clamping portion 1302 and a supporting block 1303, and the clamping assembly 13 further includes a depending bar 1304 for supporting the grinding portion of the drill bit. Wherein, the fixing mechanism 3 is located at one side of the angle adjusting mechanism 2 and is fixed on the workbench 1 through the fixing seat 12. The fixed seat 12 is provided with a second sliding table 14 capable of being adjusted back and forth and left and right, and is used for controlling the spatial relationship between the drill point and the grinding wheel 16.
Specifically, the clamping component 13 is arranged at the top of the second sliding table 14, the supporting blocks 1303 are fixedly connected to the fixing base 12 through bolts, the supporting blocks 1303 are positioned at the bottom of the drill point, and the top wall of each supporting block 1303 is in an inclined shape and is just attached to the handle of the drill point, so that the handle of the drill point is supported.
In addition, the first clamping part 1301 and the second clamping part 1302 are positioned at the left and right sides of the shank of the drill point, and together with the supporting block 1303, play a role in clamping and fixing the shank of the drill point. The first clamping portion 1301 includes a first rotating wheel 13011 and a driving motor 13012, and an output shaft of the driving motor 13012 is fixedly connected with the first rotating wheel 13011 to drive the first rotating wheel 13011 to rotate. After the shank of the drill bit is clamped and secured, the drill bit can rotate with the first wheel 13011.
The second clamping part 1302 includes second runner 13021, bracing piece 13022, connecting rod 13023 and cylinder 13024, and bracing piece 13022 and fixing base 12 fixed connection, and the middle part of connecting rod 13023 rotates with the tip of bracing piece 13022 to be connected, and second runner 13021 rotates the tip of connecting rod 13023 to be connected, and second runner 13021 laminates with the stalk portion lateral wall of rotating needle. The output shaft of the air cylinder 13024 is hinged to the other end of the connecting rod 13023, the connecting rod 13023 rotates by taking the supporting rod 13022 as an axis after the air cylinder 13024 acts, the second rotating wheel 13021 is attached to the side wall of the handle of the rotating needle, the second rotating wheel 13021 is used for pressing the handle of the drilling needle to increase the friction force between the first rotating wheel 13011 and the handle of the drilling needle, and accordingly the second rotating wheel 13021 rotates along with the first rotating wheel 13011 and the drilling needle.
Further, the clamping assembly 13 also includes a depending bar 1304 for supporting the grinding portion of the drill bit. The connecting part for fixing the support rod 1304 is similar to the connecting structure of the first clamping part 1301, the support rod 1304 is close to the grinding part of the drill point after the cylinder acts, the support function is achieved on the grinding part of the drill point, and when the cylinder acts reversely, the support rod 1304 is far away from the grinding part of the drill point, so that the drill point can be conveniently taken and discharged. In addition, the top of the cylinder of the part is also provided with a micro-head 15 which is used as a limiting device for the supporting rod 1304 to approach the drill point, thereby protecting the drill point.
Through setting up fixed establishment 3, ensure to support fixed effectual to the drill point to can offset the deflection that a part grinding force brought the drill point, thereby further ensure to process effectually to the drill point.
Specifically, the method for using the cutter excircle grinding machine tool comprises the following steps:
s1, according to the specification of a drill point product, adjusting the position of a blade support supporting rod 1304 and the deflection angle of an electric spindle grinding wheel 16, and setting the feed amount and the feed speed of the grinding wheel 16;
s2, placing a material to be processed on a tray positioning tray of the mechanical arm mechanism 4, fixing the tray, and closing a cabinet door;
S3, pressing a starting button of a control panel of the equipment to start an automatic processing program;
S4, taking out the processed product and the material tray, replacing with a new material to be processed, and repeating the steps S2-S4 until the materials of the batch type are completely processed.
