In the process that the punch driving plate 45 is disengaged from the groove 441, the punch driving plate 45 moves rightward, and when the punch driving plate 45 moves rightward, the punch gear 223 rotates counterclockwise (counterclockwise in fig. 3) to move the punch elevating plate 23 and the punch 21 downward; during the rotation of the turntable 44, the punching drive plate 45 can be inserted into the groove 441, and during the insertion of the punching drive plate 45 into the groove 441, the punching drive plate 45 moves leftward and the punching elevating plate 23 and the punch 21 move upward and return under the action of the punching return spring.
Referring to fig. 10, a punching support rod 224 is fixed on the support plate 221, one end of the punching support rod 224 has a T-shaped connecting portion (not shown), and the punching driving plate 45 is provided with a connecting groove 452 along the length direction thereof, the connecting groove being matched with the connecting portion. Through the arrangement of the punching support rod 224, the connecting part and the connecting groove 452, the transverse movement of the punching drive plate 45 is supported and guided conveniently.
Referring to fig. 1-9, 12 and 13, a cutting support rod 321 is fixed on the cutting guide frame 32, a guide sleeve 322 is fixed at one end of the cutting support rod 321, a traverse plate 323 is inserted into the guide sleeve 322, a push plate 324 is fixed at one end of the traverse plate 323, and the push plate 324 can move leftward (in the left-right direction shown in fig. 12) under the pushing of the cutting drive rod 46. A transmission plate 325 is arranged below the transverse moving plate 323, the transmission plate 325 is inserted into the guide sleeve 322, a transmission connecting rod 326 is hinged to the lower side of the transmission plate 325, and one end of the transmission connecting rod 326 is hinged to the cutting lifting plate 34. A cutting gear 327 is arranged between the traverse plate 323 and the transmission plate 325, and the cutting gear 327 is connected to the cutting support bar 321 through a mounting shaft 328. The upper side of the drive plate 325 has a third drive tooth 329 that mates with the cutting gear 327 and the lower side of the traverse plate 323 has a fourth drive tooth that mates with the cutting gear 327. During the counterclockwise rotation of the turntable 44, the cutting driving rod 46 rotates along with the turntable 44, and one end of the cutting driving rod 46 keeps in contact with the fixing ring 43, after the cutting driving rod 46 contacts with the convex portion 431 of the fixing ring 43, the cutting driving rod 46 moves to the left, and when the cutting driving rod 46 moves to the left, the cutting gear 327 drives the driving plate 325 to move to the right, and the driving plate 325 then moves the cutting lifting plate 34 and the cutting knife 31 downward through the driving link 326 to cut the workpiece 7.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the connecting assembly includes a screw 481 and a nut 482 which are connected by a screw thread. One end of the screw 481 is inserted into the rotary disk 44, and the other end is in threaded connection with the connecting sleeve 42. The nut 482 can abut on the inside of the dial 44. At least three screws 481 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the connection sleeve 42. When the turntable 44 is installed, one end of the screw 481 may be inserted into the turntable 44, the turntable 44 and the screw 481 are sleeved on the connecting sleeve 42, the other end of the screw 481 is screwed into the connecting sleeve 42, and the nut 482 is rotated to make the nut 482 abut against the inner side of the turntable 44. Through the arrangement of the screw 481 and the nut 482, the rotary table 44 is convenient to disassemble, assemble and replace.
Referring to fig. 14, a press roller 11 is provided on the support table 1, and the workpiece 7 can pass between the press roller 11 and the support table 1. The workpiece 7 passes through between the pressing roller 11 and the supporting table 1, and the workpiece 7 can be straightened so as to facilitate subsequent punching and cutting of the workpiece 7.
Referring to fig. 14, a plurality of limiting posts 12 are rotatably connected to the supporting platform 1, the limiting posts 12 are distributed on the supporting platform 1 in two rows, and the two rows of limiting posts 12 respectively abut against two sides of the workpiece 7 to position and guide the workpiece 7.
Referring to fig. 14-18, the supporting platform 1 is provided with a first leak hole 13 matching with the punch 21 and a second leak hole 14 matching with the cutter 31. And a waste chip collecting groove 5 is arranged below the first leakage hole 13 and the second leakage hole 14. The generated scraps fall into the scrap collecting tank 5 so as to avoid influencing the workshop environment and facilitate the collection and treatment of the scraps.
A supporting guide rail 6 with an I-shaped cross section is connected below the supporting platform 1 in a sliding way. In particular, the two support rails 6 are arranged in parallel. Through the setting of support rail 6 for support table 1 can move along support rail 6, and this is favorable to improving the flexibility that the punching equipment of door and window accessory used.
The scrap collecting tank 5 comprises a tank body 51, a hanging plate 53 and a rotation limiting component 54. A support block 52 is fixed to the upper portion of the groove body 51. One side of the hanging plate 53 is rotatably connected with the supporting block 52. When the hanging plate 53 is in a horizontal state, the hanging plate 53 can be hung on the support rail 6. The rotation limiting assembly 54 includes a slide rail 541, a slide block 542, a connecting block 543, a rotation limiting connecting rod 544 and a limiting pin 545. The sliding rail 541 is longitudinally fixed on the inner side of the groove body 51, the sliding block 542 is slidably connected with the sliding rail 541, and the connecting block 543 is fixed on the sliding block 542. One end of the rotation limiting connecting rod 544 is rotatably connected with the connecting block 543, and the other end is rotatably connected with one end of the hanging plate 53. The limiting pin 545 is inserted into the sliding rail 541, and the limiting pin 545 can limit the downward movement of the sliding block 542.

When the groove body 51 needs to be taken down from the support guide rail 6, the limiting pin 545 only needs to be taken down from the slide rail 541, and the groove body 51 can be moved downwards after the hanging plate 53 rotates clockwise to be in a vertical state. Since the hanging plate 53 covers part of the support rail 6, the falling scraps are less likely to fall on the support rail 6. In the clockwise rotation process of the hanging plate 53, the scraps falling on the hanging plate 53 can fall in the groove body 51 in a favorable manner, so that the scraps can be better collected.
Finally, it should be noted that: the present invention is not limited to the above-described preferred embodiments, but various modifications and changes can be made by those skilled in the art, and the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention can be combined with each other arbitrarily without conflict. the supporting table is used for placing a workpiece;
the punching mechanism comprises a punch head which can reciprocate up and down above the supporting table;
the cutting mechanism comprises a cutter capable of reciprocating up and down above the supporting table;
the driving mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a connecting sleeve, a fixing ring, a turntable, a punching driving plate and a cutting driving rod;
the rotating shaft is arranged between the cutter and the punch;
the connecting sleeve is fixed on the rotating shaft;
the fixing ring is sleeved with the rotating shaft and is fixedly connected to the supporting platform; the circumferential side surface of the fixing ring is provided with a convex part;
the turntable is sleeved outside the connecting sleeve and the fixing ring and is connected with the connecting sleeve through a connecting assembly; a plurality of grooves are distributed on the circumferential side surface of the turntable along the circumferential direction of the turntable;
the punching drive plate is transversely arranged, one end of the punching drive plate can abut against the circumferential side face of the turntable, and one end of the punching drive plate can be inserted into the groove in the rotating process of the turntable; the punching driving plate is in transmission connection with the punch;
the cutting driving rod is inserted into the rotary table, one end of the cutting driving rod abuts against the circumferential side face of the fixing ring, and the other end of the cutting driving rod can be exposed out of the rotary table under the action of the convex part; the cutting driving rod is connected with a tension spring between the rotating disc and the cutting driving rod, and the cutting driving rod is in transmission connection with the cutter.

the punching mechanism also comprises a punching guide frame, a punching lifting plate and an installation plate; the punching guide frame is fixed on the supporting table, the punching lifting plate is inserted into the punching guide frame, a punching reset spring is arranged between the upper part of the punching lifting plate and the punching guide frame, and the punch is connected to the lower end of the punching lifting plate through the mounting plate;
the cutting mechanism also comprises a cutting guide frame and a cutting lifting plate; the cutting guide frame is fixed on the supporting table, the cutting lifting plate is connected with the cutting guide frame in an inserting mode, a cutting reset spring is arranged between the upper portion of the cutting lifting plate and the cutting guide frame, and the cutter is installed at the lower end of the cutting lifting plate.
3. The punching apparatus for door and window accessories according to claim 2,
an avoidance hole is formed in the punching lifting plate, and the punching driving plate penetrates through the avoidance hole;
a support plate is fixed on the punching guide frame, a punching gear is mounted on the support plate through a connecting shaft, and the punching gear is located on the upper side of the punching drive plate and on the right side of the punching lifting plate;
the upper side of the punching drive plate is provided with first transmission teeth matched with the punching gear, and the right side of the punching lifting plate is provided with second transmission teeth matched with the punching gear.

The punching equipment for door and window accessories of claim 3, wherein a punching support rod is fixed on the support plate, one end of the punching support rod is provided with a T-shaped connecting part, and the punching drive plate is provided with a connecting groove matched with the connecting part along the length direction of the punching drive plate.

the connecting assembly comprises a screw and a nut which are in threaded connection; one end of the screw is inserted into the rotary table, and the other end of the screw is in threaded connection with the connecting sleeve; the nut can abut against the inner side of the rotary disc;
at least three screw rods are arranged along the circumferential direction of the connecting sleeve at intervals.
7. The punching apparatus for a door and window fitting according to claim 1, wherein a pressing roller is provided on the support base, and the workpiece is allowed to pass between the pressing roller and the support base.

the sliding rail is longitudinally fixed on the inner side of the groove body;

the connecting block is fixed on the sliding block;
one end of the rotation limiting connecting rod is rotatably connected with the connecting block, and the other end of the rotation limiting connecting rod is rotatably connected with one end of the hanging plate;
the limiting pin is connected with the sliding rail in an inserted mode, and the limiting pin can limit the sliding block to move downwards.
