Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of garbage treatment, and relates to an integrated negative-pressure sterilization and deodorization garbage treatment device which comprises a feed inlet, a butterfly valve air inlet, an anaerobic tank, a facultative tank, an aerobic tank, a stirring device, a pressure transmitter, a deodorization device, a fan system, a PLC (programmable logic controller) control system, a discharge port, an air outlet, an ozone generator and a catalyst honeycomb. The butterfly valve air inlet is installed on the shell of the device and connected with the anaerobic tank, the stirring devices are installed in the anaerobic tank, the facultative tank and the aerobic tank, the middle of the stirring devices is provided with a partition plate, the air inlet of the deodorization device is connected with the aerobic tank through a pipeline, and the air outlet of the deodorization device is connected with the fan system. The ozone generator and the catalyst honeycomb are respectively arranged on the clamping grooves and the grids of the deodorization device. The pressure transmitter is connected with the fan system and the PLC control system. The device realizes the full negative pressure design of the garbage disposal device, integrates the odor removal and sterilization equipment and the garbage disposal equipment, realizes efficient sterilization and odor removal, and improves the environment around the device.

The preferred deodorization device comprises a catalyst honeycomb and an ozone generator;
the preferred catalyst honeycomb is a honeycomb structure, the module of the honeycomb structure is communicated up and down, and the deodorizing and sterilizing module is arranged on the grille of the deodorizing and sterilizing module;
as a preferred deodorizing means, is integrated inside the waste treatment device;

the gas generated by the whole garbage treatment equipment passes through the anaerobic tank 3, the facultative tank 4 and the aerobic tank 5, then the pressure transmitter 7 and finally enters the deodorization device 8. Wherein the PLC control system 10 is used for controlling the air volume of the whole system. The ozone generator 13 is arranged in the deodorizing device 8, the catalyst honeycomb 14 is arranged in the deodorizing device 8, the ozone generators 13 are divided into two groups and work alternately, waste gas in the mixed fermentation tank enters the deodorizing device 8, the stink and bacteria in the waste gas are oxidized and removed through the concerted catalysis of the catalyst honeycomb 14 and ozone, and clean gas is discharged through the air outlet 12.
