The structure of fig. 12 corresponds to the diagram on the left side of fig. 13, the liquid inlet chamber 11 is an annular cavity, the cross section of the housing 1 surrounds the upper side and the annular outer side of the liquid inlet chamber around the liquid inlet chamber 11, the cross section of the housing 1 is in an L shape (inverted L shape) with upper and lower mirror images, correspondingly, the drive shaft surrounds the annular inner side of the liquid inlet chamber 11, the housing 1 and the drive shaft 32 together surround a C shape facing the brush head 2, and the lower side of the liquid inlet chamber 11 is sealed at the last opening through the rotary sealing ring 12, so that the housing 1 and the drive shaft 32 are connected in a rotary sealing manner.
The invention is provided with an independent liquid inlet chamber 11, so that liquid can be directly input into the through hole 321 of the rotating driving shaft 32 through a static liquid inlet pipe, and the structure of other sleeves is not added in the through hole 321, thereby realizing the scheme of central liquid outlet of the brushing device. The liquid flowing out from the center can be uniformly dispersed on the brush head 2 under the rotating and swinging of the brush head 2, the waste of the washing liquid is reduced, and the cleaning effect is obviously improved.
Further, a rotary groove 111 is provided in the liquid inlet chamber 11, and the drive shaft 32 is inserted into the rotary groove 111 and can rotate in the rotary groove 111. A bearing is also provided between the drive shaft 32 and the rotation groove 111. A convex chamber liquid inlet hole 112 is also arranged on the shell 1 enclosing the liquid inlet chamber 11.
The design of the rotation slot 111 makes the rotation of the driving shaft 32 more stable, and the bearing is increased. A convex cavity liquid inlet hole 112 is formed in the shell 1 of the liquid inlet cavity 11, and the convex structure can be better combined with the first liquid outlet pipe 51 of the liquid storage bin 5 to prevent liquid leakage.
It should be noted that, the trough edge of the rotary trough 111 can be designed differently according to different design ideas, if the washing liquid in the liquid inlet chamber 11 is supposed to enter the through hole 321 as a main part, the trough edge of the rotary trough 111 is hollow, so that the washing liquid in the liquid inlet chamber 11 can stably flow in, if the washing liquid entering the liquid inlet hole 112 of the chamber is supposed to be directly pumped into the through hole 321, the trough edge is supposed to be designed without hollow, so that most of the liquid can directly enter the through hole 321, and a small part of the liquid flows into the liquid inlet chamber 11, after the liquid inlet chamber 11 is full, all the entering liquid can directly flow out from the through hole 321, the design can reduce the pressure applied to the sealing ring 12, and the washing liquid is less prone to leak to the second gear 342 below. The inventor practice proves that the two inventive concepts can be realized, when hollow-out exists, the liquid inlet chamber 11 can be used as a place for buffering the second liquid, the washing liquid is prevented from being supplemented when not used up, and the supplementing times are reduced; when the liquid inlet cavity is not hollowed out, the liquid pressure born by the liquid inlet cavity 11 is reduced, so that the sealing is easier, the requirement on the sealing ring 12 is lower, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly select a specific structure according to the requirement.
The cross-section of the housing 1 is L-shaped as described above, and another embodiment is described below with reference to the right-hand diagram of fig. 13.
As shown in fig. 13, around the liquid inlet chamber 11, the liquid inlet chamber 11 is an annular cavity, around the liquid inlet chamber 11, the cross section of the housing 1 encloses the upper side, the annular outer side and a part of the lower side of the liquid inlet chamber 11, the cross section of the housing 1 is entirely C-shaped or G-shaped, accordingly, the drive shaft 32 encloses the annular inner side of the liquid inlet chamber 11, and the other part of the lower side of the liquid inlet chamber 11 is sealed by the rotary seal ring 12, so as to realize the rotary seal connection between the housing 1 and the drive shaft 32.
This arrangement reduces the partial area of the seal and facilitates sealing, but accordingly the volume of the inlet chamber 11 is slightly reduced compared to the left-hand embodiment of fig. 13.
The above described intake scheme for the brushhead drive portion 3 is expanded, and with continued reference to fig. 12, the particular design on the drive shaft 32 is expanded.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, a nozzle 33 is further installed at the end of the through hole 321 near the brush head 2, the size of the spray hole of the nozzle 33 is smaller than that of the through hole 321 of the driving shaft 32, preferably, the driving shaft 32 is connected with the nozzle 33 by screw threads, and the head of the nozzle 33 is provided with a bowl-shaped projection 331.
According to the invention, on the basis that the through hole 321 is arranged on the driving shaft 32, the nozzle 33 is additionally arranged at the end part of the through hole 321, and the size of the spray hole of the nozzle 33 is smaller than that of the through hole 321, so that if small sundries enter, the nozzle 33 is blocked firstly, the brushing device cannot continue to operate, a user is forced to clean in time, the accumulation of the sundries is avoided, and the sundries are accumulated to the nozzle 33, so that the cleaning is more convenient. In addition, the sudden change of the transmission pipe diameter can also instantaneously improve the liquid outlet pressure of the washing liquid, and more uniform smearing is realized. If the liquid is directly sprayed from the through hole 321 or the spray hole of the nozzle 33, the liquid cannot be sprayed in a column shape under the action of tension, so the inventor also sets the head of the nozzle 33 as the bowl-shaped protrusion 331, thereby solving the physical phenomenon that the spray is umbrella-shaped due to the left and right of the tension, and the whole spray liquid is in a column shape.
The above description is made in detail with respect to the liquid discharge manner of the drive shaft 32 of the brush head driving section 3, and the following description is made in detail with respect to the specific configuration of how the brush head driving section 3 rotates the drive shaft 32.
The above-mentioned solution for discharging liquid from the through hole 321 of the driving shaft 32 is all based on the realization of central liquid discharge, and in order to realize central liquid discharge, the motor of the brush head driving unit 31 needs to be arranged non-coaxially, i.e. eccentrically, with respect to the driving shaft 32, therefore, the inventor also specifically designs an eccentric arrangement matching with the above solution, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 10 and 11, the brush head driving unit 31 is connected with the driving shaft 32 through the driving assembly 34, the driving assembly 34 at least includes a first gear 341 and a second gear 342, the first gear 341 is arranged on the driving unit output shaft, and the second gear 342 is arranged on the driving shaft 32. Through the design of the gear, the brush head driving unit 31 is not limited to be just above the driving shaft 32, but the installation position can be reasonably adjusted according to the internal space of the head cavity, so that the design is more flexible, the structure is more compact, and the whole volume of the brushing device is smaller. Of course, the driving unit may also be provided with several additional sets of gears between the first gear 341 and the second gear 342 for adjustment of the installation position of the brush head driving unit 31 and adjustment of the rotation speed ratio, as shown in the drawing.
While the drive assembly 34 is illustrated as being geared, it should be understood that other similar arrangements are possible as long as the brushhead drive unit 31 and the drive shaft 32 can be arranged eccentrically, for example, the drive assembly 34 includes a first sprocket and a second sprocket, the first sprocket and the second sprocket being connected by a chain, the first sprocket being disposed on the drive unit output shaft, the second sprocket being disposed on the drive shaft 32; alternatively, the drive assembly 34 includes a first pulley and a second pulley, the first pulley and the second pulley being connected by a belt, the first pulley being disposed on the drive unit output shaft, and the second pulley being disposed on the drive shaft 32. The two expansion modes can achieve the same effect, and the skilled person can flexibly select the expansion modes according to the needs.
The internal structure of the brushing device has been developed in detail above, and the following is a detailed development of the specific structure of the brush head 2 and several points of the invention involved in how the brush head 2 is mounted.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 14, a separate snap 35 is fixedly sleeved on the driving shaft 32 extending out of the housing 1, a snap groove 21 is correspondingly formed on the brush head 2, and the snap 35 is detachably connected with the snap groove 21 on the brush head 2, so that the driving shaft 32 is detachably connected with the brush head 2. Further, the buckle 35 includes a plurality of elastic cantilever arms 351, a rotation stopping groove 352 is formed between adjacent elastic cantilever arms 351, and accordingly, a rotation stopping protrusion (not shown) is disposed in the card slot 21, and after the rotation stopping protrusion is inserted into the rotation stopping groove 352, the buckle 35 is connected with the card slot 21 in a clamping manner. The buckle 35 is further provided with a polygon prism 353, correspondingly, a polygon prism hole 211 is arranged in the clamping groove 21, and after the polygon prism 353 is inserted into the polygon prism hole 211, the buckle 35 is clamped with the clamping groove 21. A baffle plate 22 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the brush head 2.
Draw-in groove 21 and buckle 35's design can make brush head 2 dismantle in a flexible way, in addition, sets up elastic cantilever 351 and polygon prism 353 on buckle 35, sets up correspondingly in draw-in groove 21 and ends the arch and polygon prism hole 211, can make brush head 2 behind the card festival, can't realize for the rotation of drive shaft 32, and then can realize the installation that brush head 2 is more stable, avoids appearing the condition that brush head 2 skidded. Still be provided with baffle 22 on the surface of brush head 2 is fixed, can prevent that liquid from splashing to the user, promotes user's use and experiences, has also reduced the waste of washing liquid.
The overall structure of the brushing device is analyzed in detail, and the brushing device is further improved according to the using process of the brushing device, and the improved points are further developed.
As shown in fig. 14 to 17, in a possible embodiment, the brushing device further includes a pressure sensing element 6, the pressure sensing element 6 is connected to the liquid driving portion 4 in a communication manner and can feed back the force applied to the brush head 2 to the liquid driving portion 4, the liquid driving portion 4 outputs the liquid to the brush head 2 through a first liquid outlet pipe 51, and the liquid driving portion 4 is configured to adjust the amount of the liquid according to the pressure value transmitted by the pressure sensing element 6.
In a possible embodiment, the pressure sensing member 6 is a pressure sensor disposed at a position close to one end of the brush head 2, or the pressure sensing member 6 is a current sensor disposed in a driving circuit of the brush head driving portion 3, or the pressure sensing member 6 is a torque sensor disposed at an output end of the brush head driving portion 3. Here, the position of the pressure sensing member 6 may be set at a suitable position according to the actual structure, for example, fig. 14 and 16 are set on the second gear 342, fig. 15 and 17 are set on the driving shaft 32, and the like.

When the pressure sensing part 6 is a pressure sensor, the understanding is easy, when the pressure sensing part 6 is a current sensor, the current sensor is arranged on a driving circuit of the brush head driving part 3, when the acting force between the brush head 2 and the vamp is increased, the friction force between the brush head 2 and the vamp is also increased, the current of the corresponding brush head driving part 3 is also increased, and the acting force change condition between the brush head 2 and the vamp can be judged according to the change of the current detected by the current sensor; the torsion sensor is arranged at the output end of the brush head driving part 3, when the acting force between the brush head 2 and the vamp is increased, the friction force between the brush head 2 and the vamp is increased, the torsion of the corresponding brush head driving part 3 is also increased, and the change of the acting force between the brush head 2 and the vamp can be judged according to the change of the torsion detected by the torsion sensor.
In this embodiment, in practical use, the brushing device can be set to be used by full-automatic liquid spraying. When the brushing device is used in the whole process, the washing liquid is automatically sprayed out completely according to the induction feedback of the pressure induction piece 6, and an operator only needs to control the shoe brushing force and the action position of the brush head 2. The operator starts the brush head driving part 3 to drive the brush head 2 to rotate, and when the brush head 2 is not in contact with the vamp and the brush head 2 is just in contact with the vamp but the acting force between the brush head 2 and the vamp is small, the liquid driving part 4 does not spray the cleaning liquid. If the cleaning liquid is required to be discharged to a less dirty area, a constant pressing force can be applied to the brush head 2, and the liquid driving unit 4 can discharge a small amount of cleaning liquid. In the dirty region, a large pressing force can be applied to the brush head 2, and the corresponding liquid driving unit 4 outputs a large amount of cleaning liquid. When the operator observes that the amount of dirt after brushing is reduced, the pressing force applied to the brush head 2 is subconsciously reduced, and the amount of the output washing liquid is reduced by the corresponding liquid driving portion 4. The whole-course operation is convenient and fast, the operation habit of operators in normal shoe brushing is met, and the brushing device in the embodiment does not need to be specially noticed and adapted.
In this embodiment, the brushing device may also be configured to be used by semi-automatic liquid spraying. That is, before brushing shoes, an operator firstly uses other tools to paint the washing liquid on the vamps by himself or uses the brushing device in the embodiment to manually spray the washing liquid, and then when brushing shoes, the operator can apply pressing forces with different forces to the brush heads 2 according to the dirt degree of the vamps, so that the washing liquid with different quantities can be output through the liquid driving parts 4. The brushing device used by semi-automatic liquid spraying is suitable for occasions with a large number of shoes, such as shoes in shoe washing shops or at home with a large population and accumulated for a certain time. When the number of the shoes is large, if the liquid storage bin 5 of the brushing device is used for spraying liquid for each shoe, and if the number of the brushing device is small, the amount of the washing liquid in the liquid storage bin 5 is insufficient. If a sufficient number of brushing devices are prepared, the cost is high and it is not necessary. An operator can smear the washing liquid on the whole vamp in advance by using the washing liquid, and then can mainly scrub stubborn stains by the brush head 2 through the pressure sensing piece 6 according to the stain conditions at different positions when the vamp is specifically brushed. In general, only a local area of the vamp has stubborn stains, so that only a small amount of brushing device is needed, and the washing liquid in the liquid storage bin 5 of the brushing device is enough to wash a large amount of shoes.
In another possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the liquid driving part 4 is further connected with a second liquid outlet pipe 52, and the second liquid outlet pipe 52 directly outputs the liquid to the brush head 2 after penetrating out of the shell 1. An opening and closing valve (not shown) is also provided on first liquid outlet pipe 51 and/or second liquid outlet pipe 52.
The liquid driving part 4 can output liquid to the brush head 2 through the first liquid outlet pipe 51 and the second liquid outlet pipe 52 at the same time, and the second liquid outlet pipe 52 directly outputs the liquid to the brush head 2 after penetrating out of the shell 1. Because the washing liquid that comes out through-hole 321 need swing and break up evenly, this quantity that just makes through-hole 321 can the spun washing liquid is limited, in order to compensate the not enough problem of liquid quantity when washing serious dirty shoes, use through the collocation combination of two kinds of schemes, can make the supply of washing liquid reach the most reasonable state, can not cause the waste, also can not make user's latency overlength, when the liquid measure demand does not reach the limit of through-hole 321, can paint liquid through-hole 321 alone in order to realize more even scheme, when the liquid measure demand of user exceeds the limit of through-hole 321, then can assist and carry out the liquid measure with second drain pipe 52 and compensate, correspondingly can set up one or several on first drain pipe 51 and/or second drain pipe 52 and carry out above-mentioned operation.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the brushing apparatus of the present invention may be a hand-held shoe brushing machine, as well as a conventional shoe brushing machine or other laundry treating machine designed in accordance with the principles of the present invention.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can modify the above-mentioned structure so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios without departing from the principle of the present invention.

So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A brushing device is characterized by comprising a shell and a brush head arranged outside the shell, wherein a brush head driving part, a liquid driving part and a pressure sensing part are arranged in the shell, the brush head is connected with the output end of the brush head driving part, the shell is also provided with a liquid storage bin, the pressure sensing part is in communication connection with the liquid driving part and can feed back the stress of the brush head to the liquid driving part,
the liquid driving part outputs liquid to the brush head through a first liquid outlet pipe, and the liquid driving part is arranged to be capable of adjusting the amount of the liquid according to the pressure value transmitted by the pressure sensing part.
2. The brushing device according to claim 1, wherein the brush head driving portion is connected to the brush head by a driving shaft, a through hole is provided inside the driving shaft, and the first liquid outlet pipe is connected to the through hole.
3. The brushing device of claim 2, wherein said liquid driving portion is further connected to a second liquid outlet pipe, said second liquid outlet pipe extending out of said housing and directly outputting liquid to said brush head.
4. The brushing device of claim 3, further comprising an on-off valve disposed on said first effluent pipe and/or said second effluent pipe.
5. The scrub device of claim 1, wherein a centerline of the output of the brushhead drive portion is collinear with a centerline of the brushhead.
6. The brushing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said pressure sensing element is a pressure sensor disposed proximate an end of said brush head.
7. The brushing device according to claim 1, wherein the pressure-sensitive member is a current sensor provided in a drive circuit of the brushhead drive portion.
8. The scrub device of claim 1, wherein the pressure sensing member is a torque sensor disposed at an output of the brushhead drive portion.
9. The brushing device of claim 1, wherein the reservoir is integrally formed with the housing.
10. The scrub device of claim 1, wherein the scrub device is a hand-held shoe brushing machine.
