Establishing a reference model of key parameters by carrying out data acquisition and analysis on the key parameters of the ship key equipment; and the optimization model is automatically learned through actual monitoring data. Whether the equipment runs abnormally or whether the equipment faults are analyzed is intelligently identified by comparing the variation trend of the key parameters. The comprehensive monitoring of the running state of the key equipment of the ship is realized, and the running state and the health condition of each equipment are analyzed and evaluated; and the fault trend of the equipment is predicted, the auxiliary decision information is pushed, and scientific management basis is provided for the use, operation, overhaul, management and the like of the equipment.

The data acquisition unit also has the capacity of local storage and edge calculation. The data acquisition unit processes the acquired data and transmits the processed data to the ship-side data center through the router.
In the preferable scheme, the ship-side data center is installed in an engine room centralized control room and consists of a data acquisition unit and a man-machine interaction touch screen computer. The data acquisition unit acquires the main engine operation key parameters such as main engine rotating speed, main engine load, scavenging pressure and the like through a relay or a signal isolation module. Signals acquired by all the data acquisition units are preprocessed and then transmitted to the human-computer interaction touch screen computer through the router in a unified mode. The human-computer interaction touch screen computer receives the data collected by all the data collecting units and processes, calculates and analyzes all the data at the same time. The operator can identify the alarm on the man-machine interaction interface and set the related parameters. The system makes an assessment based on the analysis results.
