during coring, one end of a conveying pipeline of the retaining wall liquid is inserted into a liquid inlet at the top of the liquid supplementing box 6, the retaining wall liquid is pumped into the liquid supplementing box 6 through a pump machine arranged outside, the retaining wall liquid entering the liquid supplementing box 6 flows into the liquid passing hole 8 inside the rotary drill rod 402 through the bent liquid conveying pipe 7, then flows into the annular groove 11 through the liquid passing hole 8, the liquid distribution holes 9 and the drainage holes 10 and wets the sponge ring 12, the retaining wall liquid flows out of the annular groove 11 and flows to the tip of the drill bit 403 along the outside of the drill bit 403 along with the increasing amount of the retaining wall liquid inside the sponge ring 12, and therefore the retaining wall liquid adding work at the drill bit 403 is completed.
