Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pane structures, in particular to a glass pane of a wide middle-span narrow frame close-spliced non-gluing process.
Background
The pane is used as an important component of the building facade, not only for ventilation and lighting, but also has very important decoration effect, and meanwhile, the pane is also sent by people with various good meanings and expectations, thereby forming a pane culture.
In practical projects, however, in a building hole with a large size, the transverse mullion and the vertical mullion of the pane are required to be wide and heavy due to wind resistance, aesthetic requirements of the pane as a decorative component are ignored, in addition, a gluing process is usually adopted between the frame and the panel and between the panel and the panel to seal and prevent water, glue quality is greatly affected by manual work, on-site glue is often easy to run away, air tightness and water tightness quality are not guaranteed, and glue seams affect the appearance of the whole pane.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a glass pane with a wide middle stile and narrow frame closely spliced non-gluing process, which aims to solve the problems of inconsistent size proportion, unsmooth structure, unattractive gluing process and the like of the traditional pane, realize the effect of the wide middle stile and narrow frame, and simultaneously have good wind pressure resistance, heat preservation and insulation, air tightness and water tightness effects when the closely spliced non-gluing process is adopted.
The invention provides a glass pane of a wide middle stile and narrow frame close-splice non-gluing process, which comprises a vertical middle stile, a horizontal middle stile and window glass, wherein the vertical middle stile and the horizontal middle stile respectively comprise two supporting columns which are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode, a flat buckle plate connected with the indoor side end surfaces of the two supporting columns, two corner buckle plates positioned at two sides of the flat buckle plate, two conversion heads respectively connected with the outdoor side end surfaces of the two supporting columns, two pressing seats respectively fixed at the front ends of the two conversion heads, two frames respectively buckled with the two pressing seats and a panel connected with the two pressing seats, the pressing seats and the conversion heads jointly form a clamping device, the clamping device is provided with a clamping part, the side surface of the window glass is accommodated in the groove of the clamping part, a gap between the window glass and the clamping part is filled and sealed through a foam rod and sealant, one side of the frame is propped against the outdoor side end surface of the window glass, and the other side of the frame is propped against the outdoor side end surface of the panel.
Preferably, the vertical middle stile and the horizontal middle stile are both provided with heat insulation layers, the heat insulation layers are arranged in parallel with the window glass, the pressing seat and the conversion head form two clamping parts together, the window glass is clamped in one clamping part, the heat insulation layers are clamped in the other clamping part, and the two clamping devices on two sides of the two ends of the heat insulation layers are connected.
Preferably, the conversion head comprises a first section bar, a second section bar and two middle heat insulation strips for connecting the first section bar and the second section bar, wherein two ends of the middle heat insulation strips are respectively connected with the first section bar and the second section bar, the two middle heat insulation strips are respectively positioned at the bottoms of two clamping part grooves of the clamping device, two sides of the first section bar are respectively provided with a first extension arm, and a first waterproof adhesive tape for being in butt joint with the inner side of the window glass or the inner side of the heat insulation layer is installed on the first extension arm.

The glass pane of the wide middle-span narrow frame closely-spliced non-gluing process has the following beneficial effects:

3. The gaps among the window glass, the heat preservation layer and the conversion head are filled and sealed by foam bars and sealant, so that the air tightness and the water tightness of the window glass are further improved;

The first waterproof adhesive tape which is abutted against the inner side surface of the corresponding side window glass and the inner side surface of the heat preservation layer is arranged in the first notch, so that the air tightness and the water tightness of the first waterproof adhesive tape are further improved;
5. the heat-insulating layer is arranged in parallel with the window glass, and the heat-insulating layer, the window glass and the middle heat-insulating strip are arranged on the same plane, so that a complete heat-insulating surface is formed, and the heat-insulating performance effect is good;
6. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the preferred embodiment, a glass pane of a process of tightly splicing a wide middle stile and a narrow frame without gluing comprises a vertical middle stile 1, a horizontal middle stile 2 and a window glass 3, wherein the vertical middle stile 1 and the horizontal middle stile 2 respectively comprise two support columns 4 (the support columns 4 can be made of square tubes) which are arranged in mirror symmetry, a flat buckle plate 6 which is connected with the inner side end surfaces of the two support columns 4 (two ends of the flat buckle plate 6 can be respectively fixed on the two support columns 4 through fasteners), two corner buckle plates 5 which are positioned at two sides of the flat buckle plate 6, two conversion heads 7 respectively connected with the outer side end surfaces of the two support columns 4, two pressing seats 8 respectively fastened with two side frames 9 respectively fastened with the two pressing seats 8 and a panel 10 respectively connected with the two pressing seats 8 (the rear end surfaces of the two side frames 8 at two sides of the panel 10 are abutted with the front end surfaces of the panel 10), the pressing seats 8 and the conversion heads 7 jointly form a clamping device, the clamping device is provided with a groove, the side surface of the window glass 3 is accommodated in the groove, two conversion heads are respectively abutted with the outer side surfaces of the window glass 3 and the sealing rod 9 are abutted with the outer side surfaces of the window glass 3 through the sealing rod 9.
The vertical middle stiles 1 are vertically arranged, the horizontal middle stiles 2 are horizontally arranged, the plurality of horizontal middle stiles 2 and the plurality of vertical middle stiles 1 are connected to form a plurality of square grid units, and each square grid unit is provided with a window glass 3. The glazing 3 in each square consists of at least an inner and an outer pane of glass.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the vertical middle stile 1 and the horizontal middle stile 2 are both provided with an insulation layer 11, the insulation layer 11 is parallel to the window glass 3, the pressing seat 8 and the conversion head 7 together form two clamping parts, the window glass 3 is clamped in one clamping part, the insulation layer 11 is clamped in the other clamping part, and two clamping devices on two sides of two ends of the insulation layer 11 are connected. The insulation 11 is located between the flat gusset 6 and the panel 10.
In this embodiment, the heat insulation layer 11, the two panes 3 and the middle heat insulation strip 15 are arranged on the same plane, so that a complete heat insulation surface is formed, and the heat insulation performance of the whole glass pane is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the conversion head 7 includes a first section bar 13, a second section bar 14, and two middle heat insulation strips 15 connecting the first section bar 13 and the second section bar 14, wherein, two ends of the middle heat insulation strips 15 are respectively connected with the first section bar 13 and the second section bar 14, the two middle heat insulation strips 15 are respectively located at bottoms of grooves formed by two clamping parts of the clamping device, two sides of the first section bar 13 are respectively provided with a first extension arm 16 (180 ° between center lines of the two first extension arms 16 of the first section bar 13), and a first waterproof adhesive tape 18 for abutting against the inner side of the window glass 3 or the inner side surface of the heat insulation layer 11 is installed on the first extension arm 16. The first profile 13 and the second profile 14 are connected together by two intermediate insulating strips 15. The pressing seat 8 is fixedly connected with the conversion head 7 through bolts.

Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the frame 9 is snap-connected to the first protrusion 22 and the second protrusion 24 of the pressing seat 8. Specifically, the first protruding strip 22 is provided with a clamping groove on one side deviating from the heat preservation 11, the second protruding strip 24 is provided with a clamping groove towards one side of the heat preservation 11, the frame 9 is provided with two protruding blocks corresponding to the first protruding strip 22 and the second protruding strip 24, and the protruding blocks are clamped in the clamping grooves so as to connect the frame 9 and the pressing seat 8 in a buckling manner.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the outer end surface of the bezel 9 protrudes from the outer end surface of the panel 10. The outer end face of the flat buckle plate 6 is flush with the outer end face of the angle buckle plate 5. The flat buckle plate 6 is in seamless connection with the corner buckle plate 5, and the corner buckle plate 5 and the flat buckle plate 6 form an indoor decoration surface. The frame 9 protrudes out of the panel 10, the frame 9 is abutted with the panel 10, and the frame 9 and the panel 10 form an outdoor decoration surface.
In this embodiment, the connection part of the vertical middle stile 1 and the horizontal middle stile 2 fixedly connects the support columns 4 of the vertical middle stile 1 and the horizontal middle stile 2 through the corner brace 12 and the bolts. The panel 10 of the vertical middle stile 1 and the panel 10 of the adjacent horizontal middle stile 2 are closely spliced (the gap is less than or equal to 2 mm).
The glass pane of the wide middle stile narrow frame close-spliced non-gluing process has the following beneficial effects:
1. The vertical middle stile 1 and the horizontal middle stile 2 respectively comprise two supporting columns 4 which are symmetrically arranged, the two supporting columns 4 bear force together, and the wind pressure resistance is good;
2. The second notch 20 is internally provided with a second waterproof adhesive tape 21 which is abutted against the outer side surface of the corresponding side window glass 3 and the heat preservation layer 11, so that the air tightness and the water tightness are good;
3. The gaps among the window glass 3, the heat preservation layer 11 and the conversion head 7 are filled and sealed by foam bars and sealant, so that the air tightness and the water tightness of the window glass are further improved;
4. The first notch 17 is internally provided with a first waterproof adhesive tape 18 which is abutted against the inner side surface of the corresponding side window glass 3 and the heat preservation layer 11, so that the air tightness and the water tightness of the first waterproof adhesive tape are further improved;
5. The heat preservation layer 11 is arranged in parallel with the window glass 3, and the heat preservation layer 11, the window glass 3 and the middle heat insulation strip 15 are arranged on the same plane, so that a complete heat insulation surface is formed, and the heat preservation and heat insulation performance is good;
6. The frames 9 of the vertical and horizontal middle stiles 2 are tightly spliced at an angle of 45 degrees and are not glued, the panels 10 of the vertical and horizontal middle stiles 2 are tightly spliced and are not glued, the flat buckle plates 6 and the corner buckle plates 5 are seamlessly spliced and are not glued, the frames 9 are abutted with the panels 10 and are not glued, and the visual effect is good by adopting a tight splicing and non-gluing process;
7. the outer end surfaces of the frames 9 protrude out of the outer end surfaces of the panels 10, so that a groove visual angle is formed between the two frames 9 and the panels 10, the frames 9 and the panels 10 form an outdoor decorative surface, the frames 9 are narrower relative to the outdoor decorative surface formed by the frames 9 and the panels 10, and the visual effect of a wide middle frame and a narrow frame is realized;
8. The angle buckle plate 5 and the flat buckle plate 6 form an inner decoration surface, the inner decoration surface completely encases the two support upright posts 4, and the inner decoration surface is a complete surface, so that the visual angle effect is better.
