Technical Field

Background
The breeding industry is one of the main components of agriculture, the important component of agriculture and the planting industry are combined into two large pillars for agricultural production, in the breeding industry, livestock and poultry need to be bred in pens, and the conventional pens are inconvenient to clean excrement and easy to generate bacteria, so that the growth of the livestock and poultry is influenced;
the traditional cleaning mode adopts manual cleaning, the manual cleaning workload is huge, the efficiency is low, a large amount of manpower is wasted, personnel need to contact with excrement, the working environment is severe, a small amount of excrement still adheres to the ground when the personnel clean the ground by using a bucket, and the ground needs to be sterilized after the personnel clean the ground, so that the labor intensity is high while the working efficiency is low; when the traditional cleaning equipment is used for cleaning and sterilizing the breeding house, the traditional spray head is fixed in angle, the range of spraying disinfectant is limited, and the sterilizing effect is limited;
in view of the above technical drawbacks, a solution is proposed.

The present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art.
Therefore, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a cleaning and disinfecting device for livestock breeding farms, which can improve cleaning effect, with early warning indication and increased spraying range, and a method for using the same.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.
A cleaning and disinfecting device for a breeding house for livestock breeding comprises a cleaning frame, wherein the upper surface of the cleaning frame is fixedly connected with a sealing cover, one side of the cleaning frame is fixedly connected with a push handle, the front surface of the cleaning frame is rotatably connected with a sealing door, a shielding plate is fixedly connected to one side of the cleaning frame far away from the push handle, a driving shaft is inserted into the cleaning frame, a protection plate is fixedly connected to one side of the cleaning frame, and the protective plate is positioned outside the driving shaft, one side of the protective plate is fixedly connected with a driving motor, the cleaning frame is internally provided with a lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism is rotationally connected with the driving motor, a driving belt is sleeved outside one end of the driving shaft close to the driving motor, the driving belt is matched with the driving motor, a cleaning brush is sleeved outside the driving shaft, and the inside of the cleaning frame is fixedly connected with a disinfectant tank;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) through the mutual matching and linkage of the structures between the driving shaft and the lifting mechanism, excrement can be thoroughly cleaned, the cleaning effect and the working efficiency of equipment can be improved conveniently, and through the mutual matching and linkage of the structures between the lifting mechanism and the self-locking mechanism, the phenomenon that the excrement overflows from the collecting box is avoided, so that the effects of cleaning and collecting the excrement can be achieved, and the effect of warning and early warning can be achieved;
(2) when the self-locking plate moves downwards to be meshed with the transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is self-locked through the self-locking plate, so that the driving shaft stops working, the purpose that a worker is reminded that the collection box is full of excrement to be treated is achieved, and the phenomenon that the excrement in the collection box overflows is avoided;
