Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for determining credit granting ability according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a situation of performing credit granting ability evaluation on a financial institution, and the method may be executed by a credit granting ability determining device, and the credit granting ability determining device may be implemented in a form of hardware and/or software. According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like meet relevant regulations of national laws and regulations. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, determining a target evaluation scheme corresponding to the object to be determined, wherein the target evaluation scheme comprises at least one evaluation index, and each evaluation index comprises at least one evaluation element.
The target evaluation scheme is selected to better determine the credit granting capability of the object to be determined, and comprises at least one evaluation index, and the evaluation indexes can respectively correspond to multiple service types of the object to be determined. The evaluation elements are a plurality of refining elements of the corresponding evaluation indexes, and can be related elements of business type subdivision of the corresponding evaluation indexes.
For example, the evaluation index includes guiding structure adjustment effectiveness, and the corresponding evaluation elements include green credit business approval passing amount acceleration, manufacturing industry customer approval passing financial acceleration, infrastructure field customer approval passing amount acceleration scoring and other related businesses.
And S120, determining the element score of each evaluation element according to at least one service data of the object to be determined.
The object to be determined serves as a financial institution, various business data can be generated when the business processing is normally carried out, and the business data objectively reflect the business processing condition of the object to be determined. Therefore, according to the combination of the business data and the corresponding evaluation elements, the element score of each evaluation element can be obtained, the element score represents the business capability of the object to be determined in the evaluation element, and the actual situation of the object to be determined in the evaluation element can be quantified through the form of the element score.
And S130, determining an index score of each evaluation index according to each element score.
Here, since the evaluation element is a sub-element of the evaluation index, the index score of the evaluation index may be determined according to the element score of the evaluation element included therein, for example, the index score may be an average value of the element scores or a weighted sum of the element scores.
And S140, determining the credit granting capacity value of the object to be determined according to each index score.
The target evaluation scheme includes a plurality of evaluation indexes, and the index score of each evaluation index can be obtained by the element score of the evaluation element included in each evaluation index. And determining the credit granting capacity value of the object to be determined according to the index score of each evaluation index.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the credit granting capacity value of the object to be determined is determined by determining the target evaluation scheme of the object to be determined, and combining the business data of the object to be determined through the evaluation index and the evaluation element, so that the problem that the current credit granting evaluation scheme cannot accurately reflect the credit granting capacity of the evaluation object is solved, and the increasing credit granting capacity evaluation requirement can be met.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for determining a score of an element according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment performs optimization based on the above embodiments. Each evaluation element corresponds to at least one business item, and each evaluation element comprises a score scheme and a first score weight of each corresponding business item. As shown in fig. 2, the determining the element score of each evaluation element according to the business data of the object to be determined includes:
and S210, determining the basic score of each evaluation element by using the score scheme corresponding to each evaluation element according to the business data.
However, since the business data cannot be directly quantized into the element score, it is necessary to calculate the element score by specifying the correspondence between the business data and the basic score by a scoring scheme. Since each evaluation element corresponds to at least one business item, and each business item corresponds to specific business data, the calculation of the basic score only needs to use the business data of the business item corresponding to the evaluation element. For example, the bad loan assessment element only needs to calculate the base score using the data related to the bad loan rate.
And S220, determining the element score of each evaluation element according to the first score weight and the basic score.
The first score weight represents the degree of importance of the evaluation element in the evaluation index, and the higher the degree of importance, the higher the first score weight. After the base score of each evaluation element is obtained, the element score is obtained by the corresponding score weight.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a scoring schema setting method provided by the third embodiment of the present invention, and the third embodiment performs optimization based on the foregoing embodiments. As shown in fig. 3, when the scoring scheme includes a fixed scoring scheme, the method includes:
s310, determining at least one retrieval tag according to the business item corresponding to the current fixed scoring scheme.
The retrieval label can be determined according to the name of the business item of the current fixed scoring scheme, for example, the fields of 'approval passing amount acceleration for the manufacturing industry client', and three labels of 'approval passing' and 'amount acceleration' are determined.
S320, determining at least one preset scoring scheme according to the at least one retrieval tag, wherein each preset scoring scheme comprises a preset business item name, at least one preset scoring rule and at least one retrieval tag.
The preset scoring scheme is valued by a system parameter table, and is inherent data maintained periodically, and the name and the value range of the preset scoring scheme cannot be modified by a user usually. For each preset scoring scheme, at least one retrieval tag is set in advance, and the retrieval tag can be determined by the name of the preset scoring scheme. By retrieving the tags, at least one preset scoring scheme associated with the retrieved tags is determined and selected from.
S330, sequencing the at least one preset scoring scheme according to the heat value of each preset scoring scheme, wherein the heat value is positively correlated with the selected times of the preset scoring schemes.
The popularity value corresponds to the number of times each preset scoring scheme is selected, and the popularity value is higher when the number of times each preset scoring scheme is selected is higher. Since a search tag may correspond to a plurality of preset scoring schemes, simply listing the plurality of preset scoring schemes may make it difficult for a user to select a desired scheme from among the plurality of schemes. And sorting the preset scoring schemes through the heat value, and preferentially recommending the preset scoring schemes with more selected times to the user for selection.
S340, selecting a target preset scoring scheme from the at least one preset scoring scheme as the current fixed scoring scheme.
The user selects one of a plurality of preset scoring schemes according to the ranking according to the heat value as the current fixed scoring scheme. Optionally, in order to avoid that the preset scoring scheme required by the user is not several names before the heat value, the user still needs to search one by one in the list during the search, so that a search index may be generated according to the pinyin initial of each preset scoring scheme, and the user may quickly find the preset scoring scheme from the search index according to the intended pinyin initial of the preset scoring scheme.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a scoring schema setting method provided by a third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, when the scoring schema includes a custom scoring schema, the method includes:
and S410, creating a first blank custom score scheme.
When the score scheme required by the user cannot be found in the preset score scheme, the user can customize the score scheme according to the requirement of the user, and the score rule and the scheme name of the customized score scheme can be customized by the user. The custom scoring schema has templates, and a user can set the custom scoring schema by obtaining a template of a blank custom scoring schema and filling the template with relevant content.
And S420, determining the custom scheme name of the current custom scoring scheme according to the business item corresponding to the current custom scoring scheme.
The user-defined scoring scheme name can be determined according to the business items related to the current user-defined scoring scheme set by the user, and the user can determine the user-defined scoring scheme name according to the actual business items, the business items and the more detailed evaluation element names. In addition, the user may substitute other names for the evaluation elements related to the customized scoring scheme, or may simply name the evaluation elements by a code number.
And S430, defining a custom score rule of the current custom score scheme.
The user performs the user-defined input on the score rules in the user-defined score scheme, wherein the user-defined input includes modifying the preset score scheme or customizing new score rules. For example, when the value range in the preset scoring scheme is inconsistent with the actual requirement, the value range can be modified on the basis of the preset scoring scheme. When the preset scoring schema is completely inconsistent with the required scoring rules, the new scoring rules may be customized.
S440, importing the user-defined scheme name and the user-defined score rule into the first blank score scheme to obtain the user-defined score scheme.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a scoring schema setting method provided in the third embodiment of the present invention, where each customized scoring schema includes at least one search tag, and the search tag is generated according to a customized schema name of the customized scoring schema. As shown in fig. 5, when the scoring schema includes a variant scoring schema, the method includes:
and S510, creating a second blank variable scoring scheme.
Since the variable scoring schema also needs to be partially customized by the user, when generating the variable scoring schema, the same template as the customized scoring schema, that is, the second blank variable scoring schema, may be used, and the schema name, the scoring rule, and the like are filled in by the user.
S520, determining the variable scheme name of the current variable scoring scheme according to the business item corresponding to the current variable scoring scheme.
The variable scheme name can be determined according to the business item related to the current variable score scheme set by the user, and the user can determine the variable scheme name according to the actual business item, the business item and the more detailed evaluation element name. In addition, the user may substitute other names for the evaluation elements related to the variable scoring schema, or may simply name the evaluation elements by a code.
S530, determining at least one retrieval tag according to the variable scheme name.
S540, determining at least one fixed scoring scheme or custom scoring scheme according to at least one retrieval tag.
After the variable scheme name is defined, the fixed score scheme or the custom score scheme needs to be used, and both the fixed score scheme and the custom score scheme comprise at least one retrieval tag, so after the retrieval tag is obtained according to the variable scheme name, the related fixed score scheme or the related custom score scheme can be retrieved through the retrieval tag.
For each variable score scheme customized by the user, the heat value of the retrieval tag of the used fixed score scheme or the customized score scheme can be recorded, the variable score scheme is defined next time, and the retrieval tag is determined by the variable scheme name, and the retrieval tag is sorted according to the heat value for the user to select.
Further, with respect to the retrieval tag of the custom scoring scheme, although the retrieval tag included therein may be extracted by semantic recognition by the scheme name of the custom scoring scheme, the retrieval tag may be set for the custom scoring scheme by way of manual addition in consideration of the problem in terms of accuracy. Generally, the manual adding mode can be to select from the existing search tags or to add new search tags.
And S550, importing the variable scheme name and the score rule of the to-be-selected fixed score scheme or the score rule of the to-be-selected user-defined score scheme into the second blank score scheme to obtain the variable score scheme.
In an embodiment of the present application, the scoring rule includes: a qualitative index rule and/or a quantitative index rule;
the qualitative index rule comprises the following steps: determining a data value of the business data, substituting the data value into a fixed formula, and calculating to obtain the element score;
the quantitative index rule comprises the following steps: and determining a data value of the business data, determining a numerical interval where the data value is located, and obtaining the element score according to a preset corresponding relation between the numerical interval and the score.
The expression form of the quantitative index rule is that the value range of one service data corresponds to one score; the expression form of the qualitative index rule is to configure an inherent formula and directly substitute the service data into the formula to calculate the score.
Taking the evaluation element bad loan rate as an example, the scores of the bad loan rate are shown in the following table 1:
Figure BDA0003554642820000121
TABLE 1 comparison table of the quantitative index rule of bad loan rate
As shown in table 1, when the bad loan rate is in the [0, 0.8%) interval, the bad loan rate score is 130, and the quantitative index rule is used. Since the bad loan rate variation score is not added and not subtracted at this time, the final element score is 130. When the bad loan rate is in the range of 0.8 percent and 1.6 percent, the bad loan rate score is calculated through a formula according to qualitative index rules. Assuming a bad loan rate of 1%, a bad loan rate score of 125 is calculated. If the variation of the bad loan rate exceeds 0.1 percentage point, 1 point is subtracted from the bad loan rate score, and the final element score is 124.
It is understood that different scoring rules will have great difference in final score, and the choice of qualitative index rule and quantitative index rule will also have influence on the final result. Therefore, when the score rule is customized, the accuracy of the rule and the value range is required to be ensured.
Example four
Fig. 6 is a method for determining a credit authorization value according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the foregoing embodiments. Specifically, each evaluation index corresponds to a second score weight, and each index score is the sum of the element scores of at least one evaluation element included in the corresponding evaluation index. As shown in fig. 6, the determining, according to each index score, a trust capability value of the object to be determined includes:
s610, determining scheme scores of the target evaluation schemes according to the index scores and the second score weights.
Here, since the degree of importance of each evaluation index is different, the weight of each index score is different. In calculating the scheme score of the target evaluation scheme, it is necessary to multiply each index score by a corresponding second score weight, and the scheme score of the target evaluation scheme may be a weighted sum of each index score.
And S620, determining the credit granting ability value of the object to be determined according to the scheme score.
When there is only one object to be determined, the scheme score may be regarded as a trust ability value, and the trust level of the object to be determined may be determined by setting a correspondence between different trust ability values and different trust abilities.
When the object to be determined is a plurality of objects, the same target evaluation scheme is used for determining the credit granting capacity value in order to unify the evaluation criteria, but the score scheme of each evaluation element in different objects to be determined can be adjusted according to the actual business situation of the object to be determined, for example, when the object to be determined is a plurality of branches of a certain bank, if the evaluation element is monthly transaction amount and the plurality of branches also complete n transactions, the element score finally obtained by the branch with larger scale in the evaluation element should be lower than that of the branch with smaller scale.
In addition, due to different service plans or service scales of part of the branches, some service data may be vacant in the same target evaluation scheme, so that the score of the corresponding evaluation index or evaluation element cannot be calculated.
Under the influence of user configuration and some objective conditions, for a quantitative index rule, the condition that the value ranges of the existing indexes are not satisfied with the conditions may be generated during final calculation, so that the score cannot be calculated, and the concrete expression form is that when the final result is displayed, the evaluation element or the evaluation index does not participate in weighting (if the evaluation element does not participate in weighting, the corresponding evaluation index does not participate in weighting), and the score is displayed as ' no value range ', and the rule configuration is required to be checked '.
After the plan scores of the multiple branches are obtained, the plan scores of the multiple branches and the scores of the evaluation indexes may be displayed and subjected to data statistics, such as highest score, lowest score, middle score, and the like. For the result display form of each index detail item, the user is allowed to configure the display of the index detail item when the index score rule is configured, and generally, the user expects that part of unquantizable element values which do not participate in calculation can be displayed except the index score.

and a trust ability value determination unit 740, configured to determine, according to each index score, a trust ability value of the object to be determined.
Optionally, when each of the evaluation elements corresponds to at least one business item, and each of the evaluation elements includes a score scheme and a first score weight of each corresponding business item, the element score determining unit is configured to perform: determining a basic score of each evaluation element by using a score scheme corresponding to each evaluation element according to the business data; and determining an element score of each evaluation element according to the first score weight and the basic score.
