Abstract
本发明涉及一种高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀。该蝶阀包括阀体,阀体上转动设置有阀杆,阀体内于阀杆上同步转动设置有碟板,阀体内设置有阀座,碟板上设置有与阀座密封配合的硬质密封圈,阀体具有阀体流道孔,阀座具有阀座流道孔。阀座为活动阀座,阀座导向密封安装在阀体流道孔中,阀体流道孔中于阀座的外侧设置有对阀座限位挡止的挡止结构;挡止结构包括设置于阀体流道孔内的固定挡环,固定挡环上设置有挡止螺栓。该结构的蝶阀能够适用于高温双向介质流向或高温反向介质压力大的环境中,使得其适用范围大大增加。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体涉及一种高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动,在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕阀杆的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。
现有的蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体上转动设置有阀杆,阀体内于阀杆上同步转动设置有碟板,阀体内设置有阀座,碟板上设置有与阀座密封配合的密封圈,阀座是焊接在阀体内壁上,阀体具有阀体流道孔,阀座具有阀座流道孔,通过阀杆的转动带动碟板打开及闭合阀座流道孔以实现阀门的开启和关闭。现有的碟板与阀座之间大多为软密封,软密封适用于常温环境下,软密封无法适用于高温环境下,在高温环境下易发生密封不严导致介质泄漏的问题,为了实现用于高温环境下,碟板与阀座之间必须为硬密封。但是该类硬密封的蝶阀只能适用于单向流动的介质,无法适用于双向流动介质的环境下以及反向介质压力较大的环境下,反向的介质压力会造成碟板被反向推动而造成泄露,导致蝶阀的适用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀,以解决现有技术中存在的蝶阀不能用于双向介质以及反向介质压力较大的环境下导致其适用范围受限的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀采用如下技术方案:一种高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体上转动设置有阀杆,阀体内于阀杆上同步转动设置有碟板,阀体内设置有阀座,碟板上设置有与阀座密封配合的硬质密封圈,阀体具有阀体流道孔,阀座具有阀座流道孔;所述阀座为活动阀座,阀座导向密封安装在阀体流道孔中,阀体流道孔中于阀座的外侧设置有对阀座限位挡止的挡止结构;挡止结构包括设置于阀体流道孔内的固定挡环,固定挡环上设置有挡止螺栓。
所述阀座上设有供密封环安装的安装台阶,阀座上设置有用于限位固定密封环的固定板,固定板具有插入安装台阶以顶压密封环的顶压插入部,固定板与阀座之间通过螺钉连接,挡止螺栓用于与固定板挡止配合。
所述阀体上于阀座的内侧设置有弹簧安装孔,弹簧安装孔中设置有复位弹簧,复位弹簧的一端安装在安装孔中、另一端用于与阀座顶压配合。
所述阀体的下部设置有供阀杆转动安装的安装孔,安装孔中于阀杆的下端设置有弹性补偿结构,弹性补偿结构能够使阀杆在升温轴向膨胀时被顶压发生弹性变形。
所述弹性补偿结构包括依次设置的第一减磨垫片、碟簧和第二减磨垫片。
所述阀体的下端设置有向下贯通阀体的安装孔,安装孔中设置有轴套以供阀杆下端装入,阀体上可拆卸设置有用于封堵安装孔的底盖。
所述安装孔的孔壁上设置有限位台阶,轴套的下端具有轴肩,轴套通过轴肩与限位台阶上下方向限位配合。
本发明的有益效果:将阀座设置成活动阀座,并通过挡止结构对其外侧进行限位挡止。当介质正向流通时,碟板关闭状态下,介质作用在碟板上使碟板上的硬质密封圈压在阀座上,阀座在挡止结构作用下不能向外侧继续移动,使得碟板与阀座密封配合。介质反向流通或反向压力大时,碟板关闭状态下,介质能够作用在活动阀座上,推动阀座压向碟板上的硬质密封圈,保证二者也能够密封配合。该结构的蝶阀能够适用于高温双向介质流向或高温反向介质压力大的环境中,使得其适用范围大大增加。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀的实施例,如图1-图3所示,包括阀体1,阀体1上转动设置有阀杆2,阀体内于阀杆上同步转动设置有碟板3,阀体内设置有阀座4,碟板上设置有与阀座密封配合的硬质密封圈7,阀体具有阀体流道孔5,阀座具有阀座流道孔6,通过转动阀杆带动碟板来打开和关闭阀座流道孔6以实现阀门的开启和关闭。本实施例中阀座为活动阀座,阀座导向密封安装在阀体流道孔5中。阀座上设有供密封环8安装的安装台阶,阀座上设置有用于限位固定密封环的固定板23,固定板具有插入安装台阶以顶压密封环的顶压插入部,固定板与阀座之间通过螺钉24连接。固定板通过螺钉将密封环压在阀座上,三者可以同时整体活动。
阀体流道孔中于阀座的外侧设置有对阀座限位挡止的挡止结构。挡止结构包括设置于阀体流道孔内的固定挡环9,固定挡环上设置有挡止螺栓10。挡止螺栓10用于与固定板23挡止配合。本实施例中固定挡环采用四开环结构设置于阀体流道孔的内壁上。挡止螺栓朝向阀座伸出固定挡环以使固定挡环与阀座之间具有间隙供介质进入该间隙以推动阀座,且固定挡环的内径大于阀座流道孔朝向固定挡环的一端的孔径以使进入固定挡环中的介质能够直接作用在阀座上。
阀体上于阀座的内侧设置有弹簧安装孔10,弹簧安装孔中设置有复位弹簧13,复位弹簧的一端安装在安装孔中、另一端用于与阀座顶压配合。具体的,阀体流道孔的内壁上设置有安装环11,弹簧安装孔设置于安装环朝向阀座的端面上。复位弹簧的设置,可以使阀座复位,避免由碟板顶压阀座使其复位,如果不设置复位弹簧而由碟板顶压阀座使其复位,则会加大碟板与阀座之间的磨损,缩短其使用寿命。
阀体的下部设置有供阀杆转动安装的安装孔,安装孔中于阀杆的下端设置有弹性补偿结构,弹性补偿结构能够使阀杆在升温轴向膨胀时被顶压发生弹性变形。如果不设置弹性补偿结构,阀杆在受到高温介质影响下,阀杆温度升高会导致其轴向发生膨胀,阀杆膨胀会带动碟板上移,碟板会与阀座之前会发生顶死现象造成阀杆无法转动或者阀杆弯曲的问题。具体地,本实施例中,弹性补偿结构包括依次设置的第一减磨垫片16、碟簧17和第二减磨垫片18。阀杆没有发生轴向膨胀时,阀杆的底部由弹性补偿结构支撑以实现正常转动进行开关阀门,当阀杆轴向膨胀时,通过碟簧的变形来抵消轴向的变形量,依然可以保证阀杆能够继续转动进行开关阀。阀杆的底部通过螺钉连接有限位块20,限位块20通过与安装孔内壁上的台阶结构25上下限位挡止,用于防止阀杆轴向窜动引起碟板与阀座密封面之间发生错位。
由于阀门在使用时,阀体的两端与对应的管道之间均是焊接在一起的,而阀杆是转动安装在安装孔中的,具体地,安装孔中设置有轴套15以供阀杆下端装入,轴套是磨损最严重的部件,当需要更换轴套时,现有需要将阀体与两端的管道锯切开,然后取出阀杆、碟板等部件才可以更换轴套。本实施例中,为了便于在线更换轴套,阀体的下端的安装孔向下贯通阀体,阀体上可拆卸设置有用于封堵安装孔的底盖19。具体地,底盖与阀体之间通过螺钉连接。安装孔的孔壁上设置有限位台阶21,轴套的下端具有轴肩22,轴套通过轴肩与限位台阶上下方向限位配合。当需要更换轴套时,取下底盖,取出弹性补偿结构,取下限位块,即可利用工具直接取出轴套进行更换,非常方便,不需要锯切管道与阀体,也不需要取出阀杆和碟板等部件,实现了快速在线检修及更换轴套。
在本发明的其他实施例中,弹性补偿结构也可以只包括碟簧;碟簧也可以由普通螺旋弹簧代替。

1.一种高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体上转动设置有阀杆,阀体内于阀杆上同步转动设置有碟板,阀体内设置有阀座,碟板上设置有与阀座密封配合的硬质密封圈,阀体具有阀体流道孔,阀座具有阀座流道孔;其特征在于:所述阀座为活动阀座,阀座导向密封安装在阀体流道孔中,阀体流道孔中于阀座的外侧设置有对阀座限位挡止的挡止结构;挡止结构包括设置于阀体流道孔内的固定挡环,固定挡环上设置有挡止螺栓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀座上设有供密封环安装的安装台阶,阀座上设置有用于限位固定密封环的固定板,固定板具有插入安装台阶以顶压密封环的顶压插入部,固定板与阀座之间通过螺钉连接,挡止螺栓用于与固定板挡止配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体上于阀座的内侧设置有弹簧安装孔,弹簧安装孔中设置有复位弹簧,复位弹簧的一端安装在安装孔中、另一端用于与阀座顶压配合。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的下部设置有供阀杆转动安装的安装孔,安装孔中于阀杆的下端设置有弹性补偿结构,弹性补偿结构能够使阀杆在升温轴向膨胀时被顶压发生弹性变形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述弹性补偿结构包括依次设置的第一减磨垫片、碟簧和第二减磨垫片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的下端设置有向下贯通阀体的安装孔,安装孔中设置有轴套以供阀杆下端装入,阀体上可拆卸设置有用于封堵安装孔的底盖。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高温双向金属硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述安装孔的孔壁上设置有限位台阶,轴套的下端具有轴肩,轴套通过轴肩与限位台阶上下方向限位配合。
