本发明的工作原理是;本发明上设置有进风管3和出风管2,在使用时,应在进风管3和出风管2与外界风机连接,风机的作用是将带有尘埃的气体抽入到箱体1内进行过滤,然后通过出风管2排出,气体通过进风管3进入到进风罩4内通过过滤网12进行过滤,过滤完成之后通过控制面板7控制水泵工作,水泵将水箱27内的水引入到箱体1内并且通过喷水盘29的喷孔喷出,对经过过滤网12过滤的气体进行再次喷淋,完成整个除尘操作,提高空气的净化率,喷淋完成之后完成整个气体的净化,本装置中进风罩4通过螺栓5和连接板6与箱体1连接,通过旋转螺栓5方便将进风罩4从箱体1上拆装,将进风罩4拆卸下来之后,按压按压杆15,按压杆15带动插杆13运动,插杆13从插孔内抽出,此时即可将过滤框10从进风罩4内抽出,方便对进风罩4内的过滤网12进行清洁或者更换,插杆13的端部为弧形结构,当需要安装过滤框10的时候,弧形端部的插杆13能够更加顺滑的在滑槽9内滑动,完成过滤框10的安装,另外,本装置上设置有振捣装置,振捣装置上的两根振杆18朝向过滤框10的两片过滤网12设置,通过控制面板7控制旋转电机26工作,旋转电机26带动其中一根驱动轴23旋转,在传动带轮24和传动皮带25的作用下,能带动另一根驱动轴23旋转,从而带动驱动轴23上的凸轮22旋转,当凸轮22突出的一端撞击到固定板21的时候,能够带动两根振杆18向过滤网12撞击,当凸轮22突出一端远离固定板21的时候,在第二弹簧20的复位力下,振杆18能够完成自动复位,通过以上设置,能够使振杆18周期性的撞击过滤网12,使过滤网12表面上附着的颗粒物快速脱落,防止过滤网12发生堵塞,提高过滤网12对气体的过滤效率。The working principle of the present invention is as follows: the present invention is provided with an
