The above patent also has the following disadvantages: the medical instrument is disinfected only once, and the disinfection is not thorough.

According to the invention, the top of the placing basket 9 is of an open structure, the surface of the placing basket 9 is provided with a plurality of through holes 20, the through holes 20 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the placing basket 9, the bottom of one side of the first disinfection chamber 21 is communicated with the sewage discharge pipe 16, disinfectant sterilized in the first disinfection chamber 21 is discharged from the sewage discharge pipe 16, and the through holes 20 facilitate the disinfectant to enter the placing basket 9 and also facilitate hot air to blow on the surface of a medical instrument.
According to the invention, the drying mechanism comprises the hot air blower 14, a mounting seat is welded at the middle upper part of one side of the outer part of the drying chamber 22, the hot air blower 14 is mounted at the top of the mounting seat, an air outlet of the hot air blower 14 is communicated with an air outlet pipe 24, the other end of the air outlet pipe 24 extends into the drying chamber 22 and is provided with a nozzle 23, hot air generated by the hot air blower 14 passes through the air outlet pipe 24 and is sprayed to the surface of the medical instrument through the nozzle 23, the drying speed is high, the surface of the medical instrument is not required to be manually cleaned, the automation is better, a certain high-temperature sterilization effect is achieved in the hot air drying process, an air outlet 5 is formed in the middle upper part of the other side of the outer part of the drying chamber 22, and the hot air blown out by the hot air blower 14 is discharged to the outside through the air outlet 5 after being dried.
In the invention, a plurality of ultraviolet lamp tubes 4 are arranged, the inner walls of the ultraviolet lamp tubes 4 are distributed on two sides of the second disinfection chamber 25, the ultraviolet lamp tubes 4 emit ultraviolet rays to carry out final ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection on dried medical instruments, a communicating pipe 26 is communicated with the bottom of a partition plate 28 between the first disinfection chamber 21 and the drying chamber 22, a check valve 27 is arranged on the communicating pipe 26, the flowing direction of the check valve 27 is that the drying chamber 22 flows to the first disinfection chamber 21, disinfectant drained from the medical instruments placed in the basket 9 in the drying chamber 22 falls into the bottom of the drying chamber 22 and then flows into the first disinfection chamber 21 through the communicating pipe 26, and the check valve 27 prevents the disinfectant in the first disinfection chamber 21 from entering the drying chamber 22.
The working principle is as follows: opening the top cover 1, opening and detaching a medical instrument used by a patient according to a manual cleaning and disinfecting mode, then placing the medical instrument in the placing basket 9, closing the top cover 1, placing the placing basket 9 in the first disinfecting chamber 21, introducing a disinfectant into the first disinfecting chamber 21 through the liquid supply pipe 15, driving the placing basket 9 to descend through the hydraulic telescopic rod 18 until the placing basket 9 is completely soaked in the disinfectant, performing preliminary soaking and disinfection on the medical instrument in the placing basket 9, after the soaking and disinfection are finished, driving the placing basket 9 to ascend through the hydraulic telescopic rod 18 to enable the bottom of the hairbrush 10 to be in contact with the surface of the medical instrument, starting the rotating motor 19 to drive the hairbrush 10 to rotate to be matched with germs sprayed out by the spray head 12 to scrub the residual germs on the surface of the medical instrument, completing the disinfection of two processes, and improving the disinfection effect; after the medical instrument is disinfected in the first disinfection chamber 21, the placing basket 9 is driven by the electric sliding table 2 to move into the drying chamber 22, hot air generated by the hot air blower 14 is sprayed to the surface of the medical instrument in the placing basket 9 through the air outlet pipe 24 and the nozzle 23, disinfectant is drained from the medical instrument in the placing basket 9 in the drying chamber 22, and the disinfectant is dried by blowing hot air, so that the drying speed is high, the surface of the medical instrument does not need to be manually wiped, the automation is better, and a certain high-temperature sterilization effect is achieved in the hot air drying process; after medical instrument dried and accomplished, restart electronic slip table 2 and drive and place basket 9 and remove to inside the second disinfection room 25, ultraviolet tube 4 sent the ultraviolet ray and carries out final ultraviolet sterilization disinfection to the medical instrument after drying, carries out whole disinfection in disinfect box 17, and the disinfection is more thorough.
