The fineness of the silica fume is 200-400 meshes.
The viscosity of the hydroxypropylmethylcellulose was 180000mPa · s.
The specific preparation method of the modified carbon fiber comprises the following steps:
(1) soaking carbon fiber powder in acetone for 20min, filtering and drying to constant weight to obtain pretreated carbon fiber;

(2) weighing the raw materials according to the formula, adding the raw materials into a mixer according to the formula amount at normal temperature and normal pressure, stirring for 90min, uniformly mixing, discharging, packaging and warehousing.

(2) weighing the raw materials according to the formula, adding the raw materials into a mixer according to the formula amount at normal temperature and normal pressure, stirring for 90min, uniformly mixing, discharging, packaging and warehousing.
Each of the materials of this comparative example was commercially available.

Performance testing

The cement used in the test was 42.5 quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement produced by Yizhou cement plant and used as 42.5 ordinary Portland cement
Test method
The tests of the setting time, the breaking strength, the compressive strength, the seepage pressure resistance, the seepage pressure difference resistance, the bonding strength, the heat resistance, the freeze-thaw cycle performance and the like are all tested according to the inorganic waterproof plugging material (GB 23440-.
The test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the data in the table, the test piece obtained in the embodiment of the invention has short condensation time, can realize rapid leakage repair, has higher compressive strength and flexural strength, has high seepage pressure resistance, and completely meets the national standard requirements. The comparative examples 1 to 3 lack the modification step, and all the performances of the carbon fiber are reduced in different degrees, because the comparative example of the modification means is changed, the carbon fiber can not fully play a role, the density of the matrix is reduced, and the performances such as strength, impermeability and the like are reduced.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only some of the preferred modes for implementing the invention, and not all of them. Obviously, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art based on the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention without any creative effort shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. The quick-setting inorganic waterproof plugging agent is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of cement-based material, 10-20 parts of quartz sand, 10-20 parts of silica fume, 10-20 parts of redispersible latex powder, 5-10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 5-10 parts of modified carbon fiber, 3-5 parts of expanding agent, 1-3 parts of quicklime, 1-1.8 parts of gypsum and 0.8-1.5 parts of water reducing agent.
2. The quick-setting inorganic waterproof plugging agent according to claim 1, wherein the cement-based material is a quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement R SAC42.5 and a common Portland cement P O42.5R in a mass ratio of 1: 0.5-0.75, and mixing.
3. The quick-setting inorganic water-proofing and leak-stopping agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the viscosity of the hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is 120000-180000 mPas.
4. The quick-setting inorganic waterproof plugging agent according to claim 1, wherein the modified carbon fiber is prepared by the following specific method:
(1) soaking carbon fiber powder in acetone for 10-20min, filtering and drying to constant weight to obtain pretreated carbon fiber;
(2) and (3) mixing the pretreated carbon fiber according to the solid-liquid ratio of 1 g: 100ml of modified carbon fiber is dispersed in 50 mass percent of trihydroxymethyl aminomethane solution with pH of 7-8, nano silicon dioxide with 50 mass percent of the pretreated carbon fiber and sodium benzoate with 1 mass percent are added, magnetic stirring is carried out for 5-10h at the temperature of 60-70 ℃, and vacuum drying is carried out for 12-24h at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain the modified carbon fiber.
5. The quick-setting inorganic waterproof plugging agent according to claim 1, wherein the swelling agent is calcium sulfoaluminate swelling agent and/or magnesium oxide swelling agent.
6. The quick-setting inorganic waterproof plugging agent according to claim 1, wherein the water reducing agent is a naphthalene water reducing agent or a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.
7. A preparation method of the quick-setting inorganic waterproof plugging agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing modified carbon fibers: soaking carbon fiber powder in acetone for 10-20min, filtering and drying to constant weight to obtain pretreated carbon fiber; and (3) mixing the pretreated carbon fiber according to the solid-liquid ratio of 1 g: 100ml of 100-150ml of the modified carbon fiber is dispersed in a trihydroxymethyl aminomethane solution with the mass concentration of 50 percent and the pH value of 7-8, nano silicon dioxide with the mass of 50 percent of the pretreated carbon fiber and sodium benzoate with the mass of 1 percent are added, magnetic stirring is carried out for 5-10h at the temperature of 60-70 ℃, and vacuum drying is carried out for 12-24h at the temperature of 60 ℃ to obtain the modified carbon fiber;
(2) weighing the raw materials according to the formula, adding the raw materials into a mixer according to the formula amount at normal temperature and normal pressure, stirring for 60-90min, uniformly mixing, discharging, packaging and warehousing.
