Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the raw material conveying device for processing and producing the powder coating, which is easy to use and aims at solving the problem that the inclination angle range of the feeding hopper is too large, so that a worker is difficult to add materials to the feeding port of the screw feeder.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the raw material conveying device for processing and producing the powder coating comprises a screw feeder, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the screw feeder are respectively provided with a discharge pipe and an upper hopper, the upper hopper comprises a blanking barrel, the lower part of the blanking barrel is fixedly connected with the screw feeder, the left side and the right side of the blanking barrel are rotatably connected with a rotating rod, one end of the rotating rod, which is far away from the blanking barrel, is fixedly connected with an upper hopper body, the front side and the rear side of the blanking barrel are fixedly connected with rolling devices, each rolling device comprises a scroll, dustproof cloth is wound on the scroll, one end of the dustproof cloth is fixedly connected with the upper hopper body, the upper part of the blanking barrel comprises a connecting end with a semicircular section, the connecting end is embedded with the upper hopper body and is also communicated with the upper hopper body, and the left side and the right side of the connecting end are fixedly connected with semicircular tracks, when the feeding hopper body rotates, the dustproof cloth is pulled to move along the track.
Preferably, the winding device further comprises a housing and a rotating shaft arranged in the housing, the reel is sleeved on the rotating shaft, springs used for driving the reel to rotate are further sleeved at two ends of the rotating shaft, and two ends of each spring are respectively fixedly connected with the rotating shaft and the housing.
Preferably, the lower end of the screw feeder is also fixedly connected with a bracket for supporting the screw feeder, and the bracket is rotatably connected with a bottom plate.
Preferably, the discharge pipe comprises a plurality of iron wires which are arranged in an annular shape, and the iron wires are connected with a cloth bag opening in a string connection mode.

according to the invention, the feeding hopper body is arranged and can rotate, so that a worker can conveniently add materials into the feeding hopper body, the blanking barrel comprises the connecting end with the semicircular upper end section, and the connecting end is embedded with the feeding hopper body, so that the connecting end does not hinder the feeding hopper body from rotating. The application method is simple and convenient, and is easy to popularize and use.

As shown in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, a raw material conveying device for powder coating processing production comprises a screw feeder 1 for conveying materials, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the screw feeder 1 are respectively provided with a discharge pipe 2 and an upper hopper 3, in order to facilitate workers to add materials to a charging opening, namely to add materials into the upper hopper 3, the upper hopper 3 comprises a blanking barrel 4 with the lower part fixedly connected with the screw feeder 1, the blanking barrel 4 is hollow, the left side and the right side of the blanking barrel 4 are rotatably connected with rotating rods 42, one end of each rotating rod 42 far away from the blanking barrel 4 is fixedly connected with an upper hopper body 31, namely the rotating rod 42 can drive the upper hopper body 31 to rotate, the upper hopper body 31 can not rotate in a bolt fixing mode after the rotation is finished, and the upper hopper body 31 can be rotated to facilitate the material receiving when the inclination of the screw feeder 1 is different, namely, workers can easily add materials to the feed inlet.
In order to prevent dust from entering the blanking barrel 4 or the materials from leaking from the connection part of the blanking barrel 4 and the feeding hopper body 31, the winding devices 5 are fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the blanking barrel 4, each winding device 5 comprises a winding shaft 51, dustproof cloth (not shown in the figure) is wound on each winding shaft 51, the winding shafts 51 can rotate to discharge the dustproof cloth, and one end of the dustproof cloth is fixedly connected with the feeding hopper body 31. Specifically speaking, can drag the dustproof cloth when the feeding funnel body 31 is rotatory and remove, make dustproof cloth cover blanking barrel 4 upper end opening, can avoid the dust to get into blanking barrel 4 or the material spills from blanking barrel 4, feeding funnel body 31 junction, still can pack up unnecessary dustproof cloth through rotatory spool 51 simultaneously, avoids dustproof cloth redundancy.
In order to enable the reel 51 to automatically wind the dustproof cloth, the winding device 5 further comprises a shell and a rotating shaft 52 arranged in the shell, the reel 51 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 52, the reel 51 is located in the middle of the rotating shaft 52, two ends of the rotating shaft 52 are further sleeved with springs 53 used for driving the reel 51 to rotate, two ends of each spring 53 are fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 52 and the shell respectively, when the reel 51 rotates to release the dustproof cloth, the springs 53 deform, and the springs 53 have a tendency of pulling the reel 51 to restore to the original position, so that the dustproof cloth can be automatically wound.
In order to prevent the feeding hopper body 31 from being blocked by the blanking barrel 4 when rotating, the upper part of the blanking barrel 4 comprises a connection end 41 with a semicircular section, the connection end 41 is embedded with the feeding hopper body 31, so that the feeding hopper body 31 can move along the connection end 41 in an arc-shaped track, and meanwhile, the connection end 41 is communicated with the feeding hopper body 31, so that materials can enter the blanking barrel 4 from the feeding hopper body 31.
In order to make the dustproof cloth move along the connection end 41 to achieve better effect of preventing material leakage, the left side and the right side of the connection end 41 are fixedly connected with semicircular tracks 43, the cross section of each track 43 is L-shaped, the dustproof cloth is pulled to move along the tracks 43 when the feeding hopper body 31 rotates, namely, the two sides of the dustproof cloth are pressed by the tracks 43 when the dustproof cloth moves, so that the dustproof cloth moves along the connection end 41.
In order to enable the screw feeder 1 to conveniently adjust the inclination angle, the lower end of the screw feeder 1 is also fixedly connected with a bracket 6 used for supporting the screw feeder 1, the bracket 6 is rotatably connected with a bottom plate 7, and after the inclination angle of the screw feeder 1 is adjusted, the bottom plate 7 can be fixed on the ground through bolts.
In order to make discharge tube 2 adjustable, discharge tube 2 includes a plurality of iron wires 21, and a plurality of iron wires 21 are the annular and arrange, and a plurality of iron wires 21 are connected with cloth sack 22 through the mode that string (not shown in the figure) is connected, and the material falls into the mixing apparatus from cloth sack 22, can make cloth sack 22 direction change through adjusting a plurality of iron wires 21 for the material conveniently falls into the mixing apparatus.
