the single-hand operation and single-hand nailing are realized, and the device is simple, efficient, safe and reliable.
S2: the use of the iron nail arranging assembly:
s21: firstly, adjusting an adjusting screw of the narrow crack width according to the diameter of the nail body to ensure that the narrow crack width is larger than the diameter of the nail body but smaller than the diameter of the nail head, putting the iron nails 19 which are mixed and disorderly outside into the clip crack, shaking and swinging the clip, and uniformly arranging the iron nails in a vertically consistent manner, namely the nail heads are arranged in the clip crack, and the nail body is arranged outside the clip;
s22: opening the lock catch to separate the nail covering plate from the non-hinged end of the nail arranging plate, and swinging the nail covering plate away from the nail arranging plate along the hinged end;
s23: the nail arranging plate is downwards arranged for 180 degrees along the hinged end of the nail arranging plate and the clamping piece, the nail arranging plate and the corresponding clamping piece are placed into a plane in the vertical direction, the first nail embedding groove strip faces towards the nail body, the nail body of the iron nail is poked back and forth by hands and the clamp is swung back and forth, and the nail body of the iron nail is magnetically attracted by the first magnet and is embedded into the first nail embedding groove strip in a one-to-one corresponding mode; the part between the two adjacent first stud groove strips is smoothly processed, so that the iron nail can smoothly slide when the iron nail body is poked;
s24: pressing the wide crack side of the clip to enlarge the narrow crack, when the width of the narrow crack is larger than that of the nail cap, swinging the nail trimming plate at a certain angle along the hinged end of the nail trimming plate and the clamping piece, driving the nail cap on the nail trimming plate to rotate out of the crack, taking out the iron nails magnetically attracted on the nail trimming plate, and allowing the rest of the iron nails to fall out or stay in the clip, wherein the iron nails trimmed by the nail trimming plate are orderly arranged and the nail feet are exposed;
s25: pushing the nail cover plate to the maximum distance along the axial direction of a hinge shaft of the nail arranging plate and the nail cover plate, so that the nail pushing plate exceeds the iron nail caps absorbed in the nail arranging plate;
s26: the nail covering plate is swung and folded towards the direction of the nail arranging plate along a hinged shaft of the nail covering plate and the nail arranging plate, the second nail embedding groove strips are in one-to-one correspondence with the first nail embedding groove strips to form closed-loop slotted holes, the nail body is surrounded in the closed-loop slotted holes, and the L-shaped nail pushing plate can cover the iron nail caps adsorbed in the nail arranging plate; the nail covering plate is pushed reversely along the axial direction of the hinged shaft of the nail arranging plate by hand, so that the nail covering plate and the nail arranging plate are completely closed, the nail caps of the iron nails are pushed to the same horizontal line position by the nail pushing plate to be arranged in order, and then the lock catches are locked to finish the arrangement of the iron nails;
s271: after step S26, when the iron nails need to be installed in the row of nail installing holes 20 of the nail ejecting device, because the distance between the adjacent nail installing holes is equal to the distance between the adjacent iron nails, and the number of the iron nails on the arranged clips is equal to the number of the row of nail installing holes, the nail feet adsorbed on the nail plate are aligned with the row of nail installing holes and directly inserted into the nail installing holes, when part of the nail body (about 1/2) of the iron nail is inserted into the nail installing holes, the lock catch is opened to separate the nail covering plate from the non-hinged end of the nail arranging plate, the nail covering plate is swung away from the nail arranging plate along the hinged end of the nail covering plate, and then the nail arranging plate is also withdrawn from the iron nails; aligning the nail pressing holes on the clamping pieces with the nail caps one by one, and stably pressing down the nail pressing holes to enable all the iron nails to enter the row of nail mounting holes;
s272: after the step S26, when the nail ejecting device finishes the nailing or is not used for the time being, the iron nails with disorder outside can be temporarily stored in the nailing plate for standby, the parts of the iron nails exposed outside the nail plate and close to the nail feet are placed into the nailing groove strips corresponding to each other on the nailing plate and are magnetically attracted by the fourth magnet, the lock catch is opened to separate the nail covering plate from the non-hinged end of the nail arranging plate, the nail covering plate is swung away from the nail arranging plate along the hinged end of the nail covering plate, then the nail arranging plate is also retracted from the iron nails, and the iron nails are neatly stored in the nailing groove strips of the nailing plate;
in step S272, in order to better position the iron nails on the binding plates, after the iron nails are neatly stored in the binding groove strip of one binding plate, the other binding plate is taken out and buckled with the binding plate, the binding groove strips of the two binding plates are buckled one to surround the iron nails, and the binding plates with the binding groove strips of the fourth magnet are adsorbed together by the nail bodies, so that the binding plates are convenient to stack or take;
in step S24, in order to facilitate the operation of the nail pushing plate, the nail arranging plate is magnetically attracted to the corresponding clip for temporary positioning along the hinged end of the nail arranging plate and the clip, and then the operation of the nail pushing plate is performed; when the iron nail is stored, if the axial storage direction of the iron nail is interfered by the blocking of the clamp, the nail arranging plate needs to be swung away from the corresponding clamping piece.
The utility model provides a nailing, reason instrument subassembly of nail has contained nailing hammer subassembly and iron nail arrangement subassembly, and the nailing hammer subassembly carries out the nailing operation, and iron nail arrangement subassembly carries out iron nail arrangement operation, and two kinds of instrument subassemblies can mutually support and use, and the operation workman uses convenient high efficiency.
