Abstract
The present application relates to a journal generation method, apparatus, computer device, and storage medium, which can be applied to various management systems, such as an enterprise management system, an enterprise resource planning system, a personnel system, a financial system, a tax system, a production and manufacturing management system, a supply chain system, and an auditing system. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target business document of a journal to be generated; responding to the journal generation triggering operation, and determining journal description information aiming at the target business document; calling a journal model to map and convert the bill data related to the journal elements into corresponding journal data, and generating a journal corresponding to the target business bill based on the journal description information and the journal data combination; wherein, the journal elements are data items to be recorded in the journal; the document data related to the journal elements is the document data related to the journal elements in the target business document. By adopting the method, the journal can be generated more conveniently.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for generating a journal, a computer device, and a storage medium.
Background
With the development of computer technology, more and more users choose to use computers for posting accounts. In the traditional method, a form file with a fixed format is provided for a user by an accounting system, the user needs to count the daily accounting data manually offline, the counted daily accounting data is recorded into the form file, and the recorded form file is uploaded to enable the accounting system to account.
However, the workload of manually counting the journal data by the user is huge, and the format of the table file is slightly different, so that the account can be checked out unsuccessfully, and the method is very inconvenient.

In view of the above, there is a need to provide a method, an apparatus, a computer device, a computer readable storage medium and a computer program product for generating a journal more conveniently.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a method of generating a journal. The method comprises the following steps:
determining a target business document of a journal to be generated;
responding to a journal generation triggering operation, and determining journal description information aiming at the target business document;
calling a journal model to map and convert bill data related to journal elements into corresponding journal data, and generating a journal corresponding to the target business bill based on the journal description information and the journal data combination;
wherein, the journal elements are data items to be recorded in the journal; and the bill data related to the journal elements is the bill data related to the journal elements in the target business bill.
In one embodiment, the responding to the journal generation triggering operation, the determining journal description information for the target business document includes:
responding to the journal generation triggering operation, and displaying a configuration interface for configuring journal description information;
determining a configured journal description item based on the configuration operation in the configuration interface; and the journal description item is used for indicating to acquire journal description information corresponding to the target business document.
In one embodiment, the determining the configured journal description item based on the configuration operation in the configuration interface includes:

The computer device comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor realizes the steps of the method of the embodiments of the application when executing the computer program.
In a fourth aspect, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method according to embodiments of the present application.
In a fifth aspect, the present application further provides a computer program product. The computer program product comprises a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method according to embodiments of the present application.
The journal generation method, the journal generation device, the computer equipment, the storage medium and the computer program product determine the target business bill of the journal to be generated; responding to the journal generation triggering operation, and determining journal description information aiming at the target business document; calling a journal model to map and convert the bill data related to the journal elements into corresponding journal data, and generating a journal corresponding to the target business bill based on the journal description information and the journal data combination; wherein, the journal elements are data items to be recorded in the journal; the document data related to the journal elements is the document data related to the journal elements in the target business document. The method and the device can automatically convert the journal data from the bill data of the target business bill based on the journal model, and automatically generate the journal based on the combination of the journal data and the determined journal description information, and compared with a mode of manually counting the journal data and then posting the journal in a fixed file format, the convenience is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The journal generation method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104, or may be located on the cloud or other network server. The terminal 102 may determine the target business document for which the journal is to be generated. The terminal 102 may determine the journal description information for the target business document in response to a journal generation trigger operation. The journal model can be stored in the terminal 102, and the terminal 102 can directly call the journal model to map and convert document data related to journal elements into corresponding journal data, and generate a journal corresponding to the target business document based on the journal description information and the journal data combination. It is understood that the billing model can also be stored at the server 104 and the terminal 102 can communicate with the server 104 to invoke the billing model. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices and portable wearable devices, and the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart car-mounted devices, and the like. The portable wearable device can be a smart watch, a smart bracelet, a head-mounted device, and the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.
The embodiment of the present application can be applied to various management systems to support the accounting function in the management system, wherein the management systems include, but are not limited to, an Enterprise management system, an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, a production manufacturing management system, a supply chain system, a personnel system, a financial system, a tax system, and an auditing system.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a journal generation method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the terminal in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, determining a target business document of the journal to be generated.
The journal book is an account book which is registered according to the sequence of the occurrence time and the completion time of the economic business. The business document is the bearing object of all business and information, namely, the document recording the receipt and payment information. It can be understood that the target business document is the business document for which the journal is to be generated.
Specifically, the terminal can display the business document, the user can select the business document to be generated into the journal account through the terminal, and the terminal can determine the selected target business document.
In one embodiment, the business document may include at least one of a purchase document, a sales document, a collection document, and a payment document.
And step 204, responding to the journal generation triggering operation, and determining journal description information aiming at the target business document.
And the journal generation triggering operation is used for triggering generation of journal aiming at the target business document. The journal description information is information for describing the journal.
Specifically, the user may perform a journal generation triggering operation for the target service document, configure journal description information for the target service document, and the terminal may determine the journal description information in response to the operation.
In one embodiment, the journal description information includes at least one of journal date information and journal summary information.

Wherein, the journal elements are data items required to be recorded in the journal. The document data related to the journal elements is the document data related to the journal elements in the target business document. The journal model is a program for generating a journal.
Specifically, the target business document has a document element. It will be appreciated that a document element is an item of data in the document that needs to be recorded. The journal elements correspond to document elements. The terminal can call the journal model to map and convert the document data under the document element corresponding to the journal element into corresponding journal data, and the journal model can combine the journal description information and the journal data to generate journal corresponding to the target service document.
In one embodiment, the server has a billing model therein. The terminal can interact with the server to call the journal model in the server. The server may store the journal after the journal model generates the journal and return the journal to the terminal, and the terminal may present the journal after receiving the journal. The journal model may also be deployed locally at the terminal.
In one embodiment, the billing model has predefined billing elements and a mapping between the billing elements and document elements. It is to be understood that the journal elements in the journal model may be defined. The journal elements may include at least one of date, account, currency, settlement means, income amount, expenditure amount, customer, supplier, department, staff, and remarks, etc.
In one embodiment, the mapping between document elements and journal elements is as shown in Table 1. The document elements and the journal elements may be in a one-to-one correspondence. It is to be understood that one journal element may correspond to a plurality of document elements. For example, if the journal elements also include journal types, the receipt element income amount is indicative of an income type and the receipt element expenditure amount is indicative of an expenditure type.

In one embodiment, the cashier may use the terminal to aggregate multiple types of business documents by account, as shown in the timing diagram of the journal generation method shown in fig. 3. The terminal can display the aggregated business documents in the document aggregation display interface. The cashier can perform the journal accounting triggering operation in the bill aggregation display interface or the bill information display interface, and the terminal responds to the journal accounting triggering operation to display the configuration interface. The cashier can configure the journal description item in the configuration interface, trigger the terminal to call the journal model to map and convert the journal data from the document data after the configuration is stored, and combine the journal description information and the journal data to generate the journal. The terminal can write back the journal identification to the target business document through the journal pipelining unit and update the account balance.

After the journal description information is determined and the journal data is converted from the bill data of the target business bill, the journal is conveniently generated on the basis of the combination of the journal description information and the journal data.
In one embodiment, the responding to a journal generation triggering operation, the determining journal description information for the target business document includes: responding to the journal generation triggering operation, and displaying a configuration interface for configuring journal description information; determining a configured journal description item based on the configuration operation in the configuration interface; and the journal description item is used for indicating to acquire journal description information corresponding to the target business document.
Specifically, the terminal may display a configuration interface for configuring the journal description information in response to the journal generation trigger operation. A plurality of journal description items may be included in the configuration interface. The user can perform configuration operation in the configuration interface based on the journal description items provided in the configuration interface, and the terminal can determine the configured journal description items in response to the configuration operation.
In this embodiment, a configuration interface is displayed in response to the journal generation trigger operation to determine the configured journal description item based on the configuration operation in the configuration interface, so that journal description information corresponding to the target service document is acquired, and the journal is generated conveniently.

The user can click a journal generation button in the document aggregation display interface to trigger the terminal to display the configuration interface.
In the embodiment, a bill aggregation display interface is displayed; determining a target business document selected from the plurality of business documents; and under the condition that the selected target business documents are multiple and the batch generation operation of the bookings aiming at the multiple target business documents is received, determining the journal description information corresponding to each target business document, so that the bookings can be conveniently and rapidly generated in batch.

The merged posting condition is predefined according to the document elements. If the document data of the plurality of target business documents under the document elements corresponding to the combined posting conditions are consistent and the combined posting trigger operation for the plurality of target business documents is received, the terminal can integrate the journal description information of the plurality of target business documents and combine and integrate the plurality of target business documents to obtain the integrated document data. The terminal can call a journal model to map and convert the bill data related to the journal elements in the integrated bill data into corresponding journal data, and generates journal based on the integrated journal description information and the journal data combination.
In one embodiment, the predefined consolidated posting condition may be a correspondence of document data under the fund account item, currency item, and settlement mode item in the document elements. It can be understood that if the fund accounts, currency and settlement modes of a plurality of business documents are the same, combined posting can be carried out.
In the embodiment, if the multiple target business documents meet the combined posting conditions and the combined posting trigger operation for the multiple target business documents is received, the journal description information of the multiple target business documents is integrated; merging and integrating a plurality of target business documents to obtain integrated document data; and calling a journal model to map and convert the bill data related to the journal elements in the integrated bill data into corresponding journal data, and generating journal based on the combination of the integrated journal description information and the journal data, so that the merged journal can be conveniently performed on a plurality of target business bills.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring the receiving and paying entry identifier of the target business document; and the acquired receiving and payment entry identification information is used for indicating that the journal and the target service bill are associated, and updating the account balance of the account corresponding to the associated target service bill according to the journal.
The receipt and payment entry identifier is used for distinguishing a plurality of receipts and payments in the target business document. It will be appreciated that payment for a single business document may be received in multiple passes. For example, if the target business document is a 100-yuan receipt, specifically, 40-yuan cash and 60-yuan bank transfer, the receipt and payment entry identifier is used for distinguishing the 40-yuan received cash from the 60-yuan bank transfer.
In particular, the generated journal has a journal identification. The terminal can obtain the receipt and payment entry identification of the target business document. The server may have a journal pipelining unit and a journal model. The terminal may send the receipt and payment entry identity to the server. The server can obtain the journal identification of the journal generated by the journal model, write the journal identification back to the bill information of the target business bill according to the receipt and payment entry identification, and update the account balance of the account corresponding to the target business bill according to the journal. It will be appreciated that the journal entries correspond one-to-one to multiple charges in the target business document, i.e., the target business document has several charges for several journals. The terminal may associate the journal identification with the receipt and payment entry identification.
In one embodiment, a flow diagram of a method of generating a journal is shown in fig. 7. The terminal can obtain the bill type and the receipt and payment entry identification of the target business bill. It can be understood that the journal type corresponds to the bill type of the target business bill one to one, and the receipt and payment entry identifier is used for associating the generated journal with the target business bill. The terminal may obtain the journal date type configuration operation and the journal summary configuration operation performed in the configuration interface to obtain the journal date information and the journal summary information. The terminal can acquire the bill data of the target business bill, convert and map the daily accounting data from the bill data based on the daily accounting model, and generate the daily accounting by combining the daily accounting description information and the daily accounting data. The terminal may store the journal by journal date.
In the embodiment, the receiving and paying entry identifier of the target business document is acquired, and the journal and the target business document are associated based on the receiving and paying entry identifier information, so that the journal and the target business document can be conveniently inquired in the follow-up process. And updating the account balance of the account corresponding to the target business document according to the journal account, so that the real-time updating of the account balance can be realized.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the execution order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be rotated or alternated with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a journal generation device for realizing the journal generation method. The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme described in the above method, so specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the journal generation device provided below can be referred to as the limitations in the journal generation method above, and details are not described here.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided a journal generation apparatus 800 comprising: a determination module 802, a response module 804, and a generation module 806, wherein:
a determining module 802, configured to determine a target service document of a journal to be generated;
a response module 804, configured to respond to a journal generation trigger operation, and determine journal description information for the target service document;
a generating module 806, configured to invoke a billing model to map and convert the document data related to the billing factor into corresponding billing data, and generate a corresponding billing amount for the target service document based on the combination of the billing description information and the billing data; wherein, the journal elements are data items to be recorded in the journal; and the bill data related to the journal elements is the bill data related to the journal elements in the target business bill.
In one embodiment, the response module 804 is further configured to display a configuration interface for configuring the journal description information in response to the journal generation trigger operation; determining a configured journal description item based on the configuration operation in the configuration interface; and the journal description item is used for indicating to acquire journal description information corresponding to the target business document.
In one embodiment, the response module 804 is further configured to perform at least one of: determining configured journal date type items in response to a date configuration operation in the configuration interface; the journal date type item is used for indicating to acquire journal date information corresponding to the target business document; responding to the abstract configuration operation in the configuration interface, and determining configured journal abstract items; and the journal abstract item is used for indicating to acquire journal abstract information corresponding to the target business document.
In one embodiment, the determining module 802 is further configured to display a document information display interface of the target business document in response to a document viewing operation for the target business document; the bill information display interface comprises a journal generation entry; the response module 804 is further configured to trigger the determination of the journal description information for the target business document in response to a triggering operation for the journal generation entry.
In one embodiment, the determining module 802 is further configured to display a document aggregation display interface; the bill aggregation display interface comprises a plurality of business bills; determining a target business document selected from the plurality of business documents; the response module 804 is further configured to determine the journal description information corresponding to each target service document when the selected target service document is multiple and journal batch generation operations for the multiple target service documents are received.
In one embodiment, the target business document is a plurality of documents; the response module 804 is further configured to integrate the journal description information of the multiple target business documents if the multiple target business documents meet the merged posting condition and a merged posting trigger operation for the multiple target business documents is received; the generating module 806 is further configured to merge and integrate the multiple target business documents to obtain integrated document data; calling a journal model to map and convert the bill data related to the journal elements in the integrated bill data into corresponding journal data, and generating journal based on the combination of the integrated journal description information and the journal data; the journal accounts correspond to the target business documents.
In one embodiment, the generating module 806 is further configured to obtain an identifier of an invoice and receipt entry of the target business document; and the acquired receiving and payment entry identification information is used for indicating that the journal and the target service bill are associated, and updating the account balance of the account corresponding to the associated target service bill according to the journal.
The respective modules in the aforementioned journal generation device may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an Input/Output interface (I/O for short), and a communication interface. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface is connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing the data related to the generation of the journal. The input/output interface of the computer device is used for exchanging information between the processor and an external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for connecting and communicating with an external terminal through a network. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of generating a journal.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer apparatus includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input device. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected by a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected by the input/output interface to the system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The input/output interface of the computer device is used for exchanging information between the processor and an external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of generating a journal. The display unit of the computer equipment is used for forming a visual and visible picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device, the display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configurations shown in fig. 9 and 10 are merely block diagrams of some configurations relevant to the present disclosure, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present disclosure may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown, or combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, displayed data, etc.) referred to in the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the relevant laws and regulations and standards of the relevant country and region.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high-density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM), Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM), Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FRAM), Phase Change Memory (PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), external cache Memory, and the like. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others. The databases referred to in various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a block chain based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic devices, quantum computing based data processing logic devices, etc., without limitation.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method of generating a journal, the method comprising:
determining a target business document of a journal to be generated;
responding to a journal generation triggering operation, and determining journal description information aiming at the target business document;
calling a journal model to map and convert bill data related to journal elements into corresponding journal data, and generating a journal corresponding to the target business bill based on the journal description information and the journal data combination;
wherein, the journal elements are data items to be recorded in the journal; and the bill data related to the journal elements is the bill data related to the journal elements in the target business bill.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining, in response to a journal generation trigger operation, journal description information for the target business document comprises:
responding to the journal generation triggering operation, and displaying a configuration interface for configuring journal description information;
determining a configured journal description item based on the configuration operation in the configuration interface; and the journal description item is used for indicating to acquire journal description information corresponding to the target business document.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the configured journal description based on the configuration operation in the configuration interface comprises:
performing at least one of:
determining configured journal date type items in response to a date configuration operation in the configuration interface; the journal date type item is used for indicating to acquire journal date information corresponding to the target business document;
responding to abstract configuration operation in a configuration interface, and determining configured journal abstract items; and the journal abstract item is used for indicating to acquire journal abstract information corresponding to the target business document.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a bill viewing operation aiming at a target business bill, and displaying a bill information display interface of the target business bill; the bill information display interface comprises a journal generation entry;
the step of responding to the journal generation triggering operation, wherein the step of determining the journal description information aiming at the target business document comprises the following steps:
and triggering and determining the journal description information of the target business document in response to the triggering operation of the journal generation entry.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target business document for which a journal is to be generated comprises:
displaying a document aggregation display interface; the bill aggregation display interface comprises a plurality of business bills;
determining a target business document selected from the plurality of business documents;
the responding to the journal generation triggering operation, and the determining of the journal description information aiming at the target business document comprises the following steps:
and under the condition that the selected target business documents are multiple and the batch generation operation of the bookings aiming at the multiple target business documents is received, determining the journal description information corresponding to each target business document.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the target business document is a plurality of strips; the responding to the journal generation triggering operation, and the determining of the journal description information aiming at the target business document comprises the following steps:
if the plurality of target business documents meet the combined posting conditions and the combined posting triggering operation aiming at the plurality of target business documents is received, integrating the journal description information of the plurality of target business documents;
the step of calling the journal model to map and convert the bill data related to journal elements into corresponding journal data, and the step of generating the journal corresponding to the target business bill based on the journal description information and the journal data combination comprises the following steps:
merging and integrating a plurality of target business documents to obtain integrated document data;
calling a journal model to map and convert the bill data related to the journal elements in the integrated bill data into corresponding journal data, and generating journal based on the combination of the integrated journal description information and the journal data; the journal accounts correspond to the target business documents.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
acquiring the receiving and paying entry identifier of the target business document; and the acquired receiving and payment entry identification information is used for indicating that the journal and the target service bill are associated, and updating the account balance of the account corresponding to the associated target service bill according to the journal.
8. An apparatus for generating a journal, the apparatus comprising:
the determining module is used for determining a target business document of the journal to be generated;
the response module is used for responding to the journal generation triggering operation and determining journal description information aiming at the target business document;
the generating module is used for calling a journal model to map and convert bill data related to journal elements into corresponding journal data, and generating a journal corresponding to the target business bill based on the journal description information and the journal data combination; wherein, the journal elements are data items to be recorded in the journal; and the bill data related to the journal elements is the bill data related to the journal elements in the target business bill.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
