本发明涉及房地产开发技术领域,具体是指一种房地产开发施工用抑尘降噪阻隔装置。
背景技术
房地产开发是指从事房地产开发的企业为了实现城市规划和城市建设而从事的土地开发和房屋建设等行为的总称。房地产开发施工时,为了提倡绿色环保施工,并且为了保证施工的安全,一般都会在建筑工地的四周使用阻隔板来进行分隔,并且现在的阻隔板上都会加上水雾喷头,方便喷出水雾来实现降尘的作用,但是现有的阻隔板降噪结构单一,降噪效果不理想,而且阻隔板板块较大,不方便收纳运输,并且在运输阻隔板时水雾喷头会悬在一侧,容易折断,而且喷头容易被灰尘堵塞,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种结构简单实用,降噪效果好,方便收纳,易于拆装的一种房地产开发施工用抑尘降噪阻隔装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种房地产开发施工用抑尘降噪阻隔装置,包括稳固板一,所述稳固板一上端连接设有转动结构,所述转动结构上连接设有喷洒架,所述喷洒架上端连接设有喷洒头,所述喷洒头上连接设有喷洒管,所述稳固板一上端设有匹配所述喷洒头的放置槽,所述放置槽内部上端连接设有防护结构,所述喷洒管另一端穿过所述放置槽设于所述稳固板一一侧,所述稳固板一一侧上下两端对称一体成型设有支撑板,两个所述支撑板之间连接设有同一蜂窝板,两个所述支撑板远离所述稳固板一一侧连接设有同一隔音板,所述隔音板内设有真空腔,所述隔音板远离所述支撑板一侧连接设有稳固板二,所述稳固板一、所述支撑板、所述隔音板和所述稳固板二前后两侧均连接设有同一连接板,位于前侧的所述连接板前侧连接设有U形架,位于后侧的所述连接板后侧连接设有插板,所述插板配合所述U形架设置,所述U形架上连接设有固定结构,所述固定结构的数量不少于两个。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:稳固板一、稳固板二和连接板可对装置四侧起到稳固作用,有利于提高装置的稳固性,转动结构方便对喷洒头的角度进行调节,既方便调整喷洒的角度,增加装置的适用性,又可对喷洒头进行收纳保护,灵活实用,防护结构可防止灰尘堵塞喷洒头,蜂窝板配合隔音板可起到双重隔音效果,进而保证装置具有良好的降噪效果,U形架配合插板使得相邻的装置易于连接固定,固定结构不少于两个可避免相邻装置之前相对晃动,有利于增加装置的稳定性。
进一步的,所述转动结构包括对称连接设于所述稳固板一上方的扇形板,两个所述扇形板之间连接设有固定轴,所述喷洒架下端转动连接设于所述固定轴上,所述喷洒架上设有固定孔一,所述扇形板上设有若干匹配所述固定孔一的固定孔二,所述喷洒架和所述扇形板之间通过贯穿所述固定孔一和所述固定孔二的固定栓连接固定,多个固定孔二使得喷洒头可调整至多种不同的角度,灵活实用。
进一步的,所述防护结构包括对称设于所述放置槽内部上端前后两侧的限位槽,所述限位槽内滑动连接设有滑板,两个所述滑板互相靠近一侧连接设有防护板,所述防护板另一端伸出所述限位槽,两个所述防护板互相靠近一侧为斜面,所述滑板远离所述防护板一侧通过弹簧一与所述限位槽内壁连接,斜面方便喷洒头向两侧推动防护板,保证喷洒头可快速进入放置槽内。

本发明在具体实施时:将装置放在合适的位置,并拉动拉板28,拉板28通过拉杆24带动滑块22移动,同时弹簧二27被压缩,滑块22带动固定杆23移动至U形架12另一侧内,使装置上的插板13插入相邻装置上的U形架12内,松开拉板28,弹簧二27带动滑块22复位,进而使固定杆23穿过通槽并复位,磁铁一25与磁铁二26相互吸引,固定杆23被固定住,重复上述操作将多个装置连接固定在施工场地四周,可取下固定栓15,转动喷洒架2,使喷洒头3朝向合适的方向,再将固定栓15穿过固定孔一和相应的固定孔二,将喷洒架2固定,将喷洒管4与外部水源连接,并使用外部水泵使喷洒头3喷水,进行抑尘,蜂窝板7和真空腔9可对施工产生的造成进行二次降噪处理,警示条20可对外部行人和车辆起到警示作用,避免碰撞装置,当需要对装置进行收纳运输时,取下固定栓15,转动喷洒架2,直至喷洒头3进入放置槽5内,同时喷洒头3向两侧推动防护板18,防护板18带动滑板17压缩弹簧一19,直至喷洒头3完全进入放置槽5,弹簧一19会使防护板18复位,防护板18可对喷洒头3起到防护作用。
