(3) main jet weft insertion time setting: 62-166 degrees; the action time of the weft stopping pin is 70-169 degrees, and the weft stopping pin reaches an angle of 220 degrees;
(4) the auxiliary spraying needle is checked to have no wear burrs, the auxiliary spraying height angle is uniformly corrected for 3 grids and 2 degrees, the flying stability of weft yarns in the special reed groove is ensured, meanwhile, the broken yarn stopping caused by friction and fluffing and pilling of warp yarns by the auxiliary spraying needle is reduced, the height of a cloth supporting rod is corrected, no burrs are checked, and the cloth cover is prevented from being scratched;
(5) control the scissors and guarantee that sharp action is good, avoid because of the parking that the shearing is bad to cause, scissors shearing angle sets for: 350-34 degrees;
(6) the machine tension is 2800N, which ensures the stable warp tension and the let-off quantity is 6 mm.
(7) The three spine rings are used at the outermost side of the rubber temple, so that the uniform tension of the edge part is ensured, the uniform stentering stress of the cloth cover is ensured, and the edge looseness and temple defects are avoided;
(8) the distance between the auxiliary nozzles is adjusted to be 50cm, the distance between the weft feelers H1 and H2 is adjusted to be 100mm, the cloth cover weft shrinkage is effectively reduced, the weft stop times are reduced, the starting efficiency is improved, and the H1 horizontal value B H2 horizontal value is 1;
(9) warp B designs a page of heald frame alone, utilizes the function inspection of lifting heald to wear and connect the mistake, adds the layering line and prevents that the broken string from wearing and connecting the mistake, has solved the difficult problem that warp B can't accurate quick discernment on the machine.
Through strict debugging of all procedures, the whole process from warping, sizing, denting to weaving is continuously improved and perfected, the efficiency of a weaving machine reaches 95%, indexes such as the width deviation rate, the density deviation rate, the strength deviation rate and the like of the fabric are superior to national superior products, the quality of the fabric reaches the superior level of the industry standard FZ/T13035 and 2016 through testing by a textile product quality supervision and inspection center of Shandong province in Commission.
The quality and washing resistance level of the towel fabric prepared in the embodiment are detected, and the detection results are as follows:
through strict debugging of all procedures, the whole process from warping, sizing, denting to weaving is continuously improved and perfected, the efficiency of a weaving machine reaches 95%, indexes such as fabric breadth deviation rate, density deviation rate, strength deviation rate and the like are superior to national superior products, the fabric quality reaches the superior level of an industrial standard FZ/T13035-:

the washfastness qualities of the towel fabric (represented by the X fabric) prepared in this example were compared with other towel fabrics (represented by the Y fabric).
The other towel fabrics are the same as the warp, weft and fabric tissues used by the towel fabric, and the differences are that:
other towel fabrics adopt a batch warping method, and a warp beam is arranged between the warp yarn A and the warp yarn B;
warp yarn A, 30% antibacterial/70% common polyester 32S vortex spinning: 584X10+585X4 axis;
warp yarn B (DTY150D/96F semi-optical light net + nylon base 20D/3F conductive yarn white) S twist 400T/M [ (3A1B) X144 times ] X1 axis.
The X fabric and the Y fabric are respectively sampled and washed for 50 times, 75 times, 100 times, 125 times and 150 times, the warp tearing strength after washing is respectively tested under the same test condition, and the test results are shown in table 2.

From the above, after the fabrics (X fabrics and other fabrics (Y fabrics) are repeatedly washed for many times, the reduction rate of the warp tearing strength is averagely reduced by 3.10%, the washing resistance quality effect is good, and the test result shows that the preparation method for the washing resistance towel fabrics through finishing, sizing and penetrating is very effective.

30% of antibacterial polyester fibers in the warp yarn A, 70% of regenerated polyester fibers and 32 yarns, wherein the warp yarn B is a white composite yarn of a DTY150D/96F semi-gloss light net and a nylon-based 20D/3F conductive yarn, S twists, 30% of antibacterial polyester fibers in the weft yarn, 70% of regenerated polyester fibers and 32 yarns, the arrangement ratio of the warp yarns is designed to be 58-60:1, and the space between the conductive yarns is 0.8-1.2 cm.
2. The process for preparing washability towel fabric according to claim 1, wherein the warping warp yarn A is designed with 13-15 warping beams, and the warp yarn B requires 143 and 145 yarns per cycle.
