A cosmetic filling bottle cleaning machine according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a cosmetic filling bottle washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application includes a frame 100, a loading assembly 200, and an external washing assembly 300.

The operation of a cosmetic filling bottle washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings;
firstly, inserting the bottle outside the support rod 230, pumping air in the cavity 222 inside the rotating box 220 by the air pump 210, closing the second electromagnetic valve 233, opening the first electromagnetic valve 232, enabling the suction cup 240 to perform suction on the bottom of the bottle, and driving the rotating box 220 to rotate the bottle to the vicinity of the first cleaning roller 360 and the second cleaning roller 370 under the rotation of the output end of the first motor 250;
then, the output end of the second motor 320 drives the first disc 330 to rotate, the first disc 330 drives the third motor 340, the first cleaning roller 360 and the second cleaning roller 370 to revolve, the output end of the third motor 340 drives the first cleaning roller 360 and the second cleaning roller 370 to rotate, and the outside and the top of the bottle are cleaned;

According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the lifting member 430 includes a vertical frame 431, a sixth motor 432, a bidirectional threaded rod 433 and a first lifting plate 434, wherein the vertical frame 431 is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the rack 100 in a bolt connection manner, the sixth motor 432 is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the vertical frame 431 in a bolt connection manner, an output end of the sixth motor 432 is fixedly connected to one end of the bidirectional threaded rod 433, both ends of the bidirectional threaded rod 433 are rotatably connected to the vertical frame 431, a middle portion of the first lifting plate 434 is in a thread connection with the bidirectional threaded rod 433, and one side of the first lifting plate 434 slides through one side of the vertical frame 431 and is fixedly connected to one side of the lifting frame 440 in a bolt connection manner.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the lifting member 450 includes a fourth expansion member 451 and a supporting plate 452, an end of the fourth expansion member 451 is fixedly connected to the lifting frame 440, an output end of the fourth expansion member 451 is fixedly connected to the supporting plate 452, a bolt connection is adopted, the supporting plate 452 is rotatably connected to the first drying head 460, and a fourth motor 490 is fixedly connected to an upper portion of the supporting plate 452, so that heights of the first drying head 460 and the second drying head 470 can be adjusted.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the first drying head 460 is provided with a first shaft 461, the first shaft 461 is provided with a second gear 462, the output end of the fourth motor 490 is provided with a second gear 491, the second gear 491 is engaged with the second gear 462, the second drying head 470 is provided with a second shaft 471, one end of the second shaft 471 is respectively provided with a second telescopic rod 472 and a fifth telescopic member 473, one end of the second shaft 471 is fixedly connected with the first shaft 461, the second telescopic rod 472 is fixedly connected with the second shaft 471, the end of the fifth telescopic member 473 is fixedly connected with one side of the second telescopic rod 472, the other ends of the fifth telescopic member 473 and the second telescopic rod 472 are fixedly connected with one side of the second drying head 470, the lower portion of the first shaft 461 is rotatably connected with the upper portion of the first drying head 460, one end of the first shaft 461 is communicated with the heat blower 480, the other end of the first shaft 461 is communicated with the first drying head 460, first shaft pole 461 and middle part and second shaft pole 471 intercommunication, second shaft pole 471 and the first 470 intercommunication of second stoving, it needs to explain that to communicate between first shaft pole 461 and the second shaft pole 471, are convenient for realize drying simultaneously filling bottle week side and top.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the supporting bracket 420 is opened with an air hole 421, and the air hole 421 is communicated with the hot air blower 480 to perform simultaneous air blowing and drying on the outside of the filling bottle.

After the filling bottles are placed above the supporting bracket 420 in a turning manner, the first drying head 460 presses the upper parts of the bottles, meanwhile, the two-way threaded rod 433 drives the second lifting plate 510 to move simultaneously, the rotation connection between the second disc 530 and the second lifting plate 510 is realized under the matching use of the second lifting plate 510 and the second disc 530, the seventh motor 520 is fixedly connected with the second lifting plate 510, the rotation of the output end of the seventh motor 520 drives the rotation of the second disc 530, the second disc 530 drives the rotation of the third telescopic rod 560, the sixth telescopic member 550 and the tray 540, the tray 540 drives the rotation of the arc-shaped soft plate 580, under the matching use of the third telescopic rod 560 and the sixth telescopic member 550, the lifting of the tray 540 driven by the output end of the sixth telescopic member 550 is realized, one end of the pull rod 570 is connected with the tray 540 in a sliding manner, and one end of the pull rod 570 is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped soft plate 580, the lifting of the tray 540 drives the arc-shaped soft board 580 to extend towards the inner wall of the bottle, the arc-shaped soft board 580 is attached to the inner wall of the bottle, the second disc 530 drives the tray 540 to rotate under the rotation of the second disc 530 driven by the output end of the seventh motor 520, the tray 540 drives the arc-shaped soft board 580 to clean the interior of the bottle, meanwhile, the water pump 390 conveys the external water to the interior of the pull rod 570 through the fourth electromagnetic valve 392, the external water is finally sprayed out through the through hole 571, after the cleaning is finished, the fourth electromagnetic valve 392 is closed, the third electromagnetic valve 482 is opened, the hot air in the hot air blower 480 is conveyed to the interior of the pull rod 570 through the third electromagnetic valve 482 and finally blown out through the through hole 571 to dry the interior of the bottle, the cleaning of the interior of the bottle is realized in the whole using process, the drying treatment of the cleaned interior of the bottle is realized, and the occurrence of water stain marks is reduced, the cleanliness of the filling bottles is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the output end of the seventh motor 520 is provided with a third gear 521, the second disc 530 is provided with a third gear 531 matched with the third gear 521, and the third gear 521 is in meshed connection with the third gear 531.
A cosmetic filling bottle cleaning machine and a method of using the same according to an embodiment of a second aspect of the present application, comprising a first cosmetic filling bottle cleaning machine according to the present application, and the following steps:
sleeving a filling bottle to be cleaned outside the support rod 230 through a bottle mouth; starting the air pump 210 to pump out air in the rotating box 220, closing the second electromagnetic valve 233, opening the first electromagnetic valve 232, and adsorbing the bottom of the inner side of the filling bottle by using the sucking disc 240; the output end of the second motor 320 drives the rotating box 220 to rotate, and the rotating box 220 rotates the supporting rod 230 communicated with the filling bottle to be close to the first cleaning roller 360 and the second cleaning roller 370; the water pump 390 delivers external water to the interior of the sprinkler head 380, and the sprinkler head 380 sprays the water toward the filling bottle; the retraction of the crane 310 adjusts the heights of the first cleaning roller 360 and the second cleaning roller 370; the output end of the third motor 340 drives the first cleaning roller 360 to rotate, and the first cleaning roller 360 drives the second cleaning roller 370 to rotate, so as to clean the top and the peripheral side of the filling bottle.
Further, the first telescopic member 313, the second telescopic member 414, the third telescopic member 416, the fourth telescopic member 451, the fifth telescopic member 473 and the sixth telescopic member 550 are all provided with an electric push rod, an electric cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder.
Further, the first telescopic rod 415, the second telescopic rod 472 and the third telescopic rod 560 each include a first rod and a second rod, and one end of the first rod slides inside one end of the second rod.

s1, sleeving the filling bottle to be cleaned outside the stay bar (230) through a bottle mouth;
s2, starting the air pump (210) to pump out air in the rotating box (220), closing the second electromagnetic valve (233), opening the first electromagnetic valve (232), and adsorbing the bottom of the inner side of the filling bottle by using the sucker (240);
s3, the output end of the second motor (320) drives the rotating box (220) to rotate, and the rotating box (220) enables the stay bar (230) to be communicated with the filling bottle to rotate to be close to the first cleaning roller (360) and the second cleaning roller (370);
s4, the water pump (390) conveys external water to the inside of the water spray head (380), and the water spray head (380) sprays the water to the filling bottle;
