the head of the operating rod is in a slope shape, the slope shape enables the head of the operating rod to be provided with a sharp part, and when the operating clamp head is retracted into the hollow structure, the sharp part assists a doctor to perform cutting operation;
the auxiliary forceps with the conical caps are directly penetrated into the abdomen of a patient, an additional puncture outfit is not needed, the conical caps are taken down and taken out by using a main operation instrument, and the auxiliary forceps are simultaneously used as the puncture outfit;
the operation clamp head comprises an upper clamp head and a lower clamp head;
the upper clamp head is an elastic arc-shaped crochet, the lower clamp head is an elastic arc-shaped crochet, the crochet structures of the upper clamp head and the lower clamp head are arranged oppositely, a downward-bent crochet is arranged at the end part of the upper clamp head, an upward-bent crochet is arranged at the end part of the lower clamp head, the operating rod is provided with a hollow part, a stainless steel wire is arranged in the hollow part, and the stainless steel wire is connected with the upper clamp head and the lower clamp head;
the handle part comprises a first handle, a second handle and a handle, wherein the first handle and the second handle are connected through a hinge, a sliding block, a spring and a wire drawing are arranged in an inner cavity of the handle, one side of the sliding block is fixedly connected with the stainless steel wire, the other side of the sliding block is connected with the spring, the wire drawing is arranged in the spring, and two ends of the wire drawing are respectively connected with the top ends of the sliding block and the second handle;
the laparoscopic surgical instrument procedure is as follows: the length of the incision at the navel is about 2cm, the flexible tube is plugged into the abdominal cavity, the camera is inserted into the first operation hole, and the main operation instrument is inserted into the second operation hole; directly using the laparoscope auxiliary forceps to form a puncture hole at a proper position, and taking off the conical cap and taking out the outside of the abdominal cavity through a main operation instrument after the laparoscope auxiliary forceps are inserted into the abdominal cavity to start an operation; in operation, resected tissue is removed through the second operative aperture and larger size resected tissue is removed through the open instrument console.
