the second motor 606 drives the middle shaft 608 to rotate through the chain 607, so that the tea leaves in the water-removing tank 601 can be stirred by the stirring pipeline 610, meanwhile, high-pressure hot air generated by the air circulation component 9 can be sprayed out from the connecting pipeline 609 and the stirring pipeline 610, air isolation can be performed on the tea leaves, the tea leaves are prevented from being collided and damaged by the stirring pipeline 610 and the connecting pipeline 609 in the stirring process, the closing plate 603 which forms a sliding structure between the T-shaped sliding rail 604 and the water-removing tank 601 can be pushed to be opened through the first multi-section hydraulic cylinder 602, and the middle shaft 608 can be rotated conveniently by the bearing 605.
As shown in fig. 1, the closing assembly 8 includes a sealing cover 801, a third multi-section hydraulic cylinder 802, a movable plate 803, a water absorbing sponge 804, a movable shaft 805 and a cylinder 806, the third multi-section hydraulic cylinder 802 is installed inside the sealing cover 801, the movable plate 803 is connected to the right end of the third multi-section hydraulic cylinder 802, the water absorbing sponge 804 is arranged at the right end of the movable plate 803, the movable shaft 805 and the cylinder 806 are sequentially connected to the lower end of the sealing cover 801 from left to right, the gas circulation assembly 9 includes a gas box 901, a sealing strip 902, a second fan 903, a heating resistor 904 and a gas pipe 905, the sealing strip 902 is arranged at the left end inside the gas box 901, the second fan 903 is installed in the middle inside the gas box 901, the heating resistor 904 is connected to the right end inside the gas box 901, and the gas pipe 905 is connected to the right end of the gas box 901;
the air is heated by a heating resistor 904, and then the heated high-temperature and high-pressure air is sprayed out from a connecting pipeline 609 and the stirring pipeline 610 by a second fan 903, therefore, the tea is subjected to air isolation and de-enzyming treatment, water vapor generated after de-enzyming enters the sealing cover 801, then the water in the water vapor is absorbed by the water absorbing sponge 804, so that the de-enzyming gas carrying residual heat flows back to the gas box 901 from the gas pipe 905 for further heating and reuse, the movable plate 803 can be pushed by the third multi-section hydraulic cylinder 802, thereby squeezing the water absorption sponge 804, discharging the water absorbed in the water absorption sponge 804 from the pipeline at the right side of the sealing cover 801, therefore, the water absorption sponge 804 can continuously work to absorb water, the sealing strip 902 can play a sealing effect to prevent the end part of the gas box 901 from leaking gas, and the air cylinder 806 can enable the sealing cover 801 to rotate to open through the rotating connection between the sealing cover 801 and the movable shaft 805.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, the air cylinder 806 is opened, the sealing cover 801 can be opened in a rotating mode through the rotating connection between the sealing cover 801 and the movable shaft 805, then picked tea leaves are placed in the water-removing box 601 by workers, the sealing cover 801 is closed, the second motor 606 is opened, the central shaft 608 is driven to rotate through the chain 607, the tea leaves in the water-removing box 601 are stirred through the stirring pipeline 610, meanwhile, air is heated through the heating resistor 904, then, the heated high-temperature and high-pressure air is sprayed out of the connecting pipeline 609 and the stirring pipeline 610 through the second fan 903, the water-removing treatment is carried out while the tea leaves are isolated from the air, water vapor generated after the water-removing treatment enters the sealing cover 801, then, water in the water vapor is adsorbed through the water-absorbing sponge 804, so that the water-removing gas carrying residual temperature flows back to the gas box body from the position 905 to be heated and reused, the movable plate 901 can be pushed through the third multi-section hydraulic cylinder 802, therefore, the water absorbing sponge 804 is squeezed, water absorbed in the water absorbing sponge 804 can be discharged from a pipeline on the right side of the sealing cover 801, so that the water absorbing sponge 804 can continuously work and absorb water, when the equipment is de-enzymed for a certain period of time, the closing plate 603 which passes through the T-shaped sliding rail 604 and forms a sliding structure with the de-enzyming box 601 can be pushed to be opened through the first multi-section hydraulic cylinder 602, so that tea leaves which are de-enzymed fall onto the third belt conveyor 502 supported by the first supporting frame 501 and the second supporting frame 503, the de-enzymed tea leaves are conveyed into the collecting box 504 through the third belt conveyor 502 to be kneaded, the closing plate 603 is closed, the flat plate 701 is driven to descend through the second multi-section hydraulic cylinder 704, so that the pressure plate 709 presses the tea leaves, the pressure sensor 703 can detect the pressure pressed by the second multi-section hydraulic cylinder 704, and prevent the pressing pressure from being excessively large and damaged, the pressure plate 709 can be in close contact with tea leaves by virtue of the elastic telescopic structure formed by the push plate 708 between the second spring 707 and the second guide rod 706 and the flat plate 701, the telescopic rod 705 is driven to rotate by virtue of the third motor 702, so that the pressure plate 709 rotates, the rotating shaft 710 is twisted, the tea leaves on the upper surface are easy to flatten, the first motor 201 is opened to drive the tray 203 to rotate by virtue of the square connecting rod 202, the twisting lug 207 is enabled to carry out kneading work, the twisting lug 207 can be in close contact with the tea leaves by virtue of the elastic telescopic structure formed by the bottom plate 204 between the first spring 205 and the first guide rod 206 and the base 1 so as to facilitate twisting, after a period of twisting, the tea leaves in the material collecting box 504 are scattered by virtue of the back-and-forth lifting of the second multi-section hydraulic cylinder 704 so as to facilitate the twisting work, the twisted tea leaves can fall onto the first belt conveyor 301 to be conveyed, heat conduction aluminum plate 303 is heated through heater 302, thereby make the heat diffusion to first band conveyer 301 on, tealeaves to on the first band conveyer 301 is dried, tealeaves after the stoving can be carried on second band conveyer 305 through adapter 304, then cool off through condenser pipe 306 and condenser 307, tealeaves after the cooling is accomplished can drop and collect in first collecting box 401, can blow scattered garrulous tealeaves through first fan 403 and collect in second collecting box 404 at the in-process that drops, vibrate link 406 and filter 405 through shock dynamo 407, can shake out the tea grounds in the scattered garrulous tealeaves.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic complete equipment for tea production is characterized by comprising a base (1) and a de-enzyming stirring component (6), wherein a rolling component (2) is arranged in the middle of the front end of the upper part of the base (1), a conveying component (5) is arranged above the rolling component (2), the de-enzyming stirring component (6) is positioned at the left end of the conveying component (5), a rolling pressing component (7) is arranged at the lower end of the de-enzyming stirring component (6), the rolling pressing component (7) comprises a flat plate (701), a third motor (702), a pressure sensor (703), a second multi-section hydraulic cylinder (704), a telescopic rod (705), a second guide rod (706), a second spring (707), a push plate (708), a pressure plate (709) and a rotating shaft (710), the third motor (702) is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the flat plate (701), and pressure sensors (703) are connected to the left side and the right side of the upper part of the flat plate (701), and the top of pressure sensor (703) is provided with second multisection pneumatic cylinder (704), the lower extreme of dull and stereotyped (701) has connected gradually telescopic link (705) and second guide arm (706) from centre to the left and right sides, and the outside of second guide arm (706) is provided with second spring (707), the lower extreme of second spring (707) is connected with push pedal (708), and the lower extreme of push pedal (708) is provided with pressure plate (709), the lower extreme of pressure plate (709) is inlayed and is had axis of rotation (710).

An automatic complete set of equipment for tea production according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper right end of the base (1) is provided with a conveying and drying component (3) and a collecting component (4) in sequence from front to back, the upper end of the de-enzyming stirring component (6) is provided with a closing component (8), and the right end of the de-enzyming stirring component (6) is connected with a gas circulation component (9).
